The place is full of doggies of all sizes. There's also a cat house. The animals in general seem happy. Are well looked after. Doggies that perform tricks and shows seem to do so willingly...and love their trainers and care takers. They are awesome to watch. However...there are some doggies in enclosures. They are spacious. But on rainy days the floor seems to get wet and there's no place for the doggies to sit. Also there was a strong smell of dog urine near these enclosures. We were told that they all get to run and play in the big runs after visiting hours. But it was still disappointing. Also, many big dogs in the petting area were restless. Tired of visitors touching them or trying to play with them. Also, a bit disturbing. Also, the place is very far and as far as I know unapproachable by public transport and needs a car.

Normally I get nervous when it comes to zoos and animal activities in Japan as they don't always have the best animal care. This place however, the dogs seem happy and healthy. It was very fun to get some much needed dog time in and roam around the park.

They have many dogs they you can play with. The dog park is 1500yen entrance but you can get discount tickets online. It’s not really worth the price. You have to pay extra for other services like walking the dog for 20 mins which costs 1,000 yen, but the dogs don’t really want to walk. They are very playful with the staff but not with the customer. There are onsens and soba shops near by but they finish early as the soba sells fast.

Good theme park for playing with dogs and cats. If you take train and bus, you can get one day bus ticket from Tsuchiura station (Tsukuba center).

Some bad odor in cat house. The cats are not very clean. We know it's really difficult And the people working in Wan wan land are so admirable. All the dogs are pooping continuously. And they are cleaning the place immediately without any delay and sanitized.

Wanwan Land is a place for you and your family to enjoy petting dogs and cats. The place is amazing with big outdoor playground for kids to enjoy. My kids enjoyed watching the dog shows and petting dogs and cats.

There are not many activities you can enjoy. But if you want your kid to play with a dog, the dogs here are so polite so your kid can enjoy it. Other than that, they should do an online channel on various platforms to get more income so they can upgrade the services to their dogs. It is very sad to see those expensive dogs have very rough hair.

Visited this lovely Cat and Dog Park. This place is very lively both with animals and humans. You can a lot of dogs of different breed. They also have a husky and separate section for Big Dogs and Small Dogs. You will have to pay 1000 yen to roam around a dog of your choice. There are events that happen all day. The cat house was relatively small and crowdy. Must visit with family.

If you love dogs, this is the right place (there is a cat house too). You can bring your own dog if you have one, or rent a dog for the day. There are petting areas and a stage for events, like races. Entrance is not expensive but the playground is limited if large. And the restaurant selection is small and unremarkable. Handicap/wheelchair friendly. Credit cards OK in the entrance only.

lots of cute dogs and cats to play with. your kid will love it. you can also visit it if you are dog lovers and want to rent a dog and spend some time. its also a stress reliever!

I think is a little bit expensive for the service that they offer, and charge you for everything else in there. The bathrooms are tiny and poor cleaned. Avoid weekends, that might be full of people. Going with kids would be a better experience

It was great 😉 it’s just that we were not able to enter the cat house due to the corona virus but we enjoyed a lot there are many activities and you can also bring your own pet 😍

Great place to visit if you like cats and dogs, you can hire a dog for a walk and there are places to go and pet them. It's nice and relaxing place for kids and adults alike.
