An 8-storey electronic superstore! Aside from the tons of gadgets to browse around and the interesting promotional events going on, the staff were really helpful. I made a casual remark to the cashier about a pen refill I originally wanted which was out of stock on the shelves and the guy took the considerable effort to help me fish out the elusive item from his back store.

This big electronic shopping mall has a lot of cameras to check out and use various lenses. They have gimbals, drones, Sony, Canon, Fuji, etc. There is also a film development area on the camera floor and they've got a nice selection of film to purchase. Make sure you check out the InstantFlex TL70 in the film development section, it's a pretty cool little instant camera. They also offer discounts of you're traveling and have your passport. I bought a small USB charger block, 35mm and 120 film, rubber lens hood, and a outlet extension cord, prices are pretty good. This is located right across the street from one of the Yurakucho train station exit/entrances.

I wanted to buy an ebike and the staff told me that I had to wait more than 5h to get the bike ready because they had bikes being repaired. In my opinion bic camera is not a cycle repair shop, it’s a shop where you expect to buy articles and walk out with it ASAP (otherwise I would shop online instead). I really don’t understand how repairs are prioritised over sales for such a shop and it’s really annoying to commute there for nothing. They lost a sale and in the future I will definitely not go back if I need a bike again.

And here to shop for pharmacy items but it has many floor selling many things. Easy tax refund done on the spot and packed in sealed bag. Paper bag is 5yen each which is reasonable though I had my recycle bag but don’t think it fit my buy! Hahaha

The store has like legit EVERYTHING! Well divided, very fun to walk and enjoy interesting things. Personally, I love to go for games and figures on the 6th floor and follow with sushi for lunch on the 7th floor! Recommended! The location is quite central!

Never buy this SIM card. It’s very complicated to install. They already know. So after you pay it, they propose that they can install it for you for an extra 2200. This is literally stealing. This is so not Japanese. Never buy anything in this shop.

Department store specialized in electronic equipment which is quite large and complete. From cameras to cellphone accessories, everything is sold here. The prices vary and the staff is also friendly. The place is divided into several floors and the area is also clean. If i am looking for electronic tools i will come to buy again here.

It’s a electronic store, with toys, stationary, drugstore all roll into 1. There’s also a good section. Conveniently located beside Yurakucho station. Staff speaks English. I was there twice to enquirer about the Nintendo switch. Received conflicting information about the warranty. Think the first staff misunderstood my question due to language barrier. There is only a Japan warranty so did not buy in the end. All other requirements (English available, compatible with games bought outside Japan, voltage compatible, various plug sizes available) were met except for the warranty.

Bic Camera is a wonderful chain in Japan that sells everything to make your life easier. They have a wonderful camera section and all other electronics a person can think of. Staff are super helpful and took care of my requests. If your tech person this is the ultimate one stop shop in Japan.

買清酒超過2支不能退稅 TLDR: No tax Free on Sakes. I am very disappointed for the policy change this year. I always buy sakes here for last 8 years without any issue. But on 2023 they refused doing tax free on Sake purchase because I buy more than 2 bottles.

it's not right to tell lies to hard sell expensive models should wait quite a long time in queue to order delivery because they try the hard sell of water server and stuff during procedure

This store sells everything with affordable price. Also can claim tax free for foreigners.

Bic Camera has a large variety of items and the staff are generally extremely helpful and friendly. The rating purely reflects our experience 18/10 evening. Which was disappointing and frustrating as we went there based on our previously positive experience at other locations. We were looking for a solution to clean hard in-eye lenses. As we are bi-lingual we were approached by a lady that spoke Chinese on the third floor. We showed her a picture of the list from the Bic camera site and she responded with these aren’t sold here and ask if we’re interested in buying cosmetics then walked off. She was neither friendly nor helpful. If it were only based on our interaction with her it’d be a one star. We later asked a Japanese gentleman in our terrible Japanese and he helpful showed us the product on the third floor and directed us to the 6 th floor where they had the full range.

One of the few retail outlets that close later than 8pm in Tokyo. Multiple levels of electronic gadgets, cameras, phones, games, toys and even high-end watches for sale. I managed to score a Nintendo Switch Game for a steal!

What a great place to watch the gadgets!!! They have many cool stuffs and it’s always interesting to read those explanations how those gadgets are made and what you can do with. Staffs are always polite and they are always very helpful to answer your questions or any concerns. I can’t enjoy like this at the BestBuy, but here, it’s always fun to spend times.

Bic might be my favorite store ever. They have nearly anything you might want. I have been there for computers, phones, pillows, sake - and tonight - a bicycle. The store is crazy packed with people but that’s part of the experience.

I often go to the mobile phone counter.Some are very kind and some are not. It is a pity that there are many clerk who are not familiar with it.
