Been here twice and enjoyed having breakfast here. Lucky to come in before the crowd. I do agree that if you are treating the place not like a restaurant with a wait time and seating you expect to order in a few minutes and get you food within 10-15 mins like a dine like L&L not super long. Loved the fresh squeezed orange juice, pancakes & sweet bread French toast

Had an awesome breakfast here! You walk in, order and find a table and they bring the food out to you. It can get a little busy here and there's not a ton of room, so just be aware of that. I got the plate breakfast trio with over easy eggs and toast with a half stack of banana pancakes.. Was super full after that. My wife got a locomoco and macadamia nut half stack and was very happy.

Took my my family visitors from Australia for breakfast. We enjoyed the food and the service. The place is just average size but enough for fast and comfortable dine in. Clean and sanitary. Associates are friendly and helpful. Good local eatery place.

It’s expensive for little protein I order a corned hash rice and two easy over egg. I can never finish the rice because they don’t give enough egg and corned beef hash. Price went up high and the food amount is the same. Food would fit on a regular 8” paper plate. You would same money. Check out Hawaiian cafe in waimea Kona. Their loco moco is huge I couldn’t even finish it and it’s $15.85. Helpful tips for you guys.

Poor takeout quality. Undercooked waffle, dry crumbly pancakes. Trio plate was basically all rice. See pics of what we found online to order versus what we actually got. Not our first bad experience at this Koa, hence this review. I’d recommend a different location.

Good prices. Great service. Can accommodate groups 5+ and still be speedy. I go here every drill weekend and it’s fast enough that no one notices I left base.

I think its terrible when were told to sit outside for takeout order, when there is plenty of seating open. Ordered banana pancakes, yummy, waiting for order. My 11 yr old gets her order, shes only allowed 1coconut syrup for her 3 huge pancakes. Upset! $8with tax spent for banana pancake house order and only 1 coconut syrup. Denied a second! Thats the last time i go here! Dennys is $6 and generous with syrup. Thats messed up house of pancakes. !!! Its like going to a bank and not allowed to make any change. So upset on baboozness when i dont mind buying the syrup to enjoy the silly 🥞.

The best! Always busy but they’re fast and have great service. Love Koa’s!
