Looked up some local grub and this spot popped up...why the heck not...we were hungry from a long day at the beach. The food was good...homemade style food that was fresh. The honey spice chicken was good as well as the steak and shrimp. Maybe we were there late for a Wednesday but place was mellow. Go out and support small businesses peeps!! Keep these small spots open and thriving.

Great customer service and delicious food. I had the Kalua pig, steak special, and fresh poke. Generous serving and was prepared quickly for both dine in and take out. Definitely will be back to try other dishes. 'Ono!

This restaurant was beautiful. It was not what I expected to see here on the Waianae coast. But this bar and grill restaurant is very spacious, the staff is really helpful and polite, the food is delicious and the servings was very generous, well worth the price. The customers that was already there when I got there was pretty laid back figuratively speaking for a bar and grill restaurant. And they have spacious seatings, wide screen televisions, and really cool air conditioning too! I'll definitely go and dine in at A &G bar and grill in Nanakuli again. I give them 5 stars for excellent service, atmosphere and great tasting food, not to mention the menu has a variety of local faves for a very reasonable price! I absolutely loved their Garlic Butter Furikake french fries.... YUMMY! I'll never look at french fries the same. I'd like to say Thanks to the staff at A&G Bar and Grill Nanakuli, for a pleasant time while I was there having a late lunch with my boyfriend. Keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everybody!

The Poke Bowl was simply amazing, I will leave it at that. Service was fast and friendly.

This restaurant pleasantly surprised me on the Waianae coast. A&G Bar and Grill is not only beautiful but incredibly spacious. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite, and the delicious food comes in generous servings, making it well worth the price. The atmosphere, despite being a bar and grill, is laid-back, with spacious seating, wide screen televisions, and refreshing air conditioning.

I just moved here a week ago and have been in for the steak special 3 times already! SO delicious and all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Absolutely love this place!

I'm not sure where such a high rating came from. Based on my experience on a dead Wednesday night, it's definitely not deserved. A few sitting at the bar and another table was occupied and that's it, it wasn't crowed at all and it looked like 3 servers working. The service, or the lack of, was the real stand out of the experience. I don't need attention every 10 seconds, but maybe every 10-15 minutes would have been nice, even as a check-in, we didn't even get that. When the waitress did show up, she was cordial enough, but with the attitude of she'd rather be standing back at bar gossiping or whatever, or anywhere else. The food was decent, it came out lukewarm, not hot, and the steak portion of the steak and chicken dish was overcooked, I asked for medium and received well done, otherwise it was fine. Flavors were good. Others in my party seems to enjoy their meals. Cost was fair. About $80 for 3 adults and 2 children. The ambiance seemed like an upscale sports bar, which was nice, however, it looks like a bit of ceiling repair from a recent leak needs to be completed as they had several missing and water stained tiles. If they could fix the service and food issues, a pretty easy thing for good management and/or ownership, this place could be so much better.

Second time eating here, Feels like that locals spot that welcomes visitors. Food is delicious and the crowd is jovial. Will be back again.

Hands down! A&G has the best customer service , best food , you name it they got it! Food & drinks kept coming on time , always there to make sure we were okay. I love it ! Especially when I order through the phone , service is great and fast. Looking for a great place to eat/drink ? This is the best place to visit! Local people are always the best ! ❤️

This place was one of our FAVORITE stops while visiting! We had a warm welcome! They had local music playing and they were phenomenal! I had the Hawaiian plate, and my husband had the salmon! We also ordered a appetizer and dessert. All the food was awesome!--- The only "negative" thing that we noticed was there was 1 waiter for the first 40 minutes we were there! But she ROCKED it out! Super glad we stopped!

This is a Family owned restaurant, we learned they have two locations. Everything is made fresh and it was so good. Really relaxed environment with Fun servers and the Manager was really sweet! This was so Fun to try I'm not a local so this was a first and I'll definitely be recommending this place to others who visit Hawaii.

We went there for some decent food and it was great on a lively karaoke Saturday night. Everyone seemed to be having a good time singing from their tables. Most of all the people all seemed to know each other and were very friendly to us vacationing outsiders. There was even a live band with real Hawaiian music after karaoke was finished!

Solid meal. Not bad. Not great. Service was a little slow. A 24-oz beer was $5. $5!! Best deal in Hawaii so far. In a state where EVERYTHING is expensive this was a nice change! Would have given 3 stars but the process bumped it to 4!

Food was delicious, but took a long time to come out, and the service was lackadaisical. We were one of two groups and still the service was very slow.

This was a great place to go after hanging out on the beach. It's a bit of a hole in the wall but the food here was great from what we ordered. The waitress was also super friendly and patient with us as we tried to decide what to get. We ended up getting the kalbi special (fried noodles with a couple of pieces of kalbi)with added shrimp. And an order of crispy calamari with volcano sauce. The portions were large enough for us to share and both of us were super full.

Great spot we went to with friends! It was late so we appreciate a good meal and good company! Service was great!

A very pleasant and comfortable place to dine in Food was very delicious (hats off to the chef) very hospitality atmosphere waitress polite and courtesy as she sat us down. Liked the place it has a bar, most of all very relaxing. First time there. I had lunch with my granddaughter that day. Planning to go back again soon. Price was sufficient.

Not a great experience. Terrible actually. Hawaiian plate was mediocre, steak and shrimp were ok. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper DRY calamari, which showed up after we had already eaten our entrees. And they still charged us for it. Ughh... not sure how this place got good reviews because it was not good. They music was A+ though. Kudos to the guitarist.

Good food. Alfredo was great Our food all came out at diffrent times but at least it was all warm.
