Some of the food on menus is good.customer service ok.but if you are a rice eater you have to check your to go order because I order a shrimp egg plant got it hot and rice was half cook hard cold when I got home I did not eat it because it was mixed in with the bad rice. Another time I order beef stew and the potato’s and carrots were raw just like they just put the cold vegetable into a hot stew it was hard. They want tips but don’t make good food that taste good.

The last time I went to Loco Moco in Kapolei it was recommended by a friend who said the garlic chicken was on point. And when we tried it, it was pretty good! However, our food we ordered today was baaaad!!!! The mochiko chicken was burnt, the garlic chicken was tough and not crispy and the French fries were soggy AF. Some pieces were literally still raw potato. Our plate reminded me of reheated leftovers. I couldn't even eat most of it. I tried but it was so bad. Also, my bf asked for just a side of pastele stew and he ended up with a beef stew bowl with rice!! I dont normally write bad reviews but no one should be served food like this especially when we paid $40. I don't know if it was just a 1x off day for them, but it was bad enough to where I don't think I'd ever go there again!! At least LnL is consistent.

We come to enjoy the food at this "hole-in-the-wall" when we go to Kapolei. Everything is good, though I usually make sure to have some katsu and mac salad \000/

I ordered the 2 choices combo plate with Kalua Pig & cabbage and Teriyaki Pork. Yummy! Good stuff. I'll be back there soon.

Double Cheeseburger Delux… absolutely delicious, they weren’t lying when they said homemade patties!!! And the Spam Musubi was on point. These items topped other spots I’ve been to 🤙🏼

Great service, awesome food/flavor/selection, and awesome prices. Nice and clean interior and located inside a shopping center in Kapolei. Parking is mixed with the rest of the shopping center. Will be back often and strongly recommend eating here if you're visiting the island.

Fabulous service, delicious food! At affordable prices, we had the Chop Steak, Salmon plate, and a coupon for a free plate to go! Busy place. Sorry didn't take pictures of our plates but they were delicious!

My family and I have not been here for years. The food was good and the staff was wonderful. There was so much Aloha. My grandkids were hungry and a bit anxious so the cashier came over and had them pick out some small toys. It was so nice of her. When we left I gave a big tip to show my Aloha to her. Mahalo!!

First meal here. Super nice lady behind the counter. She helped explain the menu to me and helped me order what I wanted, despite me not being able to think clearly after a 10 hour flight! I loved the spicy pork lunch plate (the mini size was perfect to finish the day with). My husband got the classic bento and it looked amazing.

The service was amazing! I came on island the day before wanting some delicious local eats. They did not disappoint! I ordered an impromptu assortment of food enough for 25 people at the beach and they set it out for us! Between the service, the delicious food and providing everything needed for an Oceanside picnic, the last-minute venture was a success and looked well-planned. Thank you so much to the Loco Moco team! We will be back!

First they did an impromptu catering for 50 people and they had us from go! Then we had them cater for 65 people 24 hours notice and everyone else fell in love! The last day therein Hawaii, we went across 1/3 of the island to have the crater for 12 on s the spot! If you want true Hawaiian BBQ, this is the place! They had all meats available for any dish, and including they’re sides would make you fall in love with Hawaiian culinary!😋❤️

I'm not going to lie, when I first came here a few years ago I thought yall are named loco moco but the loco moco isn't that good. However, they have other really good options like the beef stew and chicken cutlet. What makes me really appreciate them is the fact that they must really care about the community for them to have the types of deals that they have. The prices are already decent but they have deals that change every month that can really help you out when you need dinner at a lower price. Thank you Loco moco!

The Machico chicken and katsu chicken was old and tough. We had to throw away half of our plates. It was so disappointing because we had such a great experience before. Advice to other customers, maybe try them earlier in the day not an hour before they close (8pm).

My #1 spot in kapolei for Hawaiian food! Obsessed with the BBQ mix plate, loco moco, bbq chicken and their mac salad is to die for! I can never finish my plate but leftovers are just as good as when its freshly made. Everything is made when ordered.

Went here for breakfast 🥞🍳 and the food was onolicious 🤤. Servings were enough for two that we could go without lunch. We were satisfied till dinner. My daughter had Korean fried rice, bbq teri chicken, and scrambled eggs. I had scrambled eggs, little weiners, and toast.

The food is overly cooked like the hamburger stake is rock hard, So disappointing I use to love eating here all the time. Nothing like the good old days when the chef made it taste great. Just came here 1st time in years 08/27/2023. Wanted to give it a try again but maybe should have eaten somewhere else. Hopefully they can really consider on having more knowledge on cooking to enjoy instead of rushing to cook. Anyways hope the best for this company.

New owner and prices went up, quality down, less options, and feels like any other l&l type restaurant. I went here over l&l because of these but will probably stop moving forward. Very disappointing.
