    New review: 2/5. When I called to order a Wacky Wednesday for delivery I was told I would have to collect it myself. Whereas in the past when I called they would deliver it. Old review:3/5. The service was slow. It took an hour for my 2 burgers and milkshake to arrive, but the milkshake wasn’t there. It took almost 30 minutes extra to get my milkshake. Bear in mind that Steers is less than a kilometer away from me. I phoned 20 times before I actually got through to Steers to place my order. The driver was helpful with the milkshake situation. Older review: 4/5. The service and wait times have improved a lot. Sometimes they have trouble with answering phone calls but it’s not a huge issue. Oldest review: 1/5. We waited 4 hours for our food to arrive. The restaurant closed and the driver told us we could either buy someone else’s food or not get food.

    I am not usually a person to comment or make reviews, but today's experience Warrants me to share my disappointment with Steers in Grahamstown 1. The place looks utterly depleted and added the cleanliness was shocking this includes the plates used to serve food on. 2. The food was cold yet, my family and I were the only sit down patrons present and not to mention the lack of effort put on preparing the food. So glad the portion sizes were so little I spent almost R400 for items paid but was later informed they not available. Come on Steers. Steers as a entire chain has for sure lost a customer that used to love biting away on those lovely Burgers and Chips, unfortunately from now on. I will pass The Staff too looked not entirely interested in their normal tasks. Those Burger Patties were made long before we arrived. I wanted to just leave at first and ask for a refund. But as I said before with my kids at the table I felt the time was not appropriate. Dissapointed At Best

    I never leave negative feedback but I’m absolutely appalled by the terrible service I received this evening. I placed an online order at 20:30, after the first 45 minutes I tried calling several times and nobody could be bothered to answer. I had given up and was getting ready for bed when I heard a loud hoot outside. The driver finally arrived at 22:15. To wait an hour and 45 minutes, and then to have cold and soggy food is terrible. Dear owners please take note that your staff is running your business into the ground. And if you can’t keep up with the demand don’t accept online orders or hire more delivery guys. I paid upfront, including a driver tip and delivery fee, and I’ve been a loyal Steers customer for over a decade. I’ve always received good service from every other branch EXCEPT this one. I’m never wasting my time or money here again and recommend that nobody else does either. Shocking An update: I left my contact number to give Steers Grahamstown the chance to make right their wrong. Nobody ever got hold of me. I’ve left Gtown now and am uninterested in getting an apology or refund. bye!

    Ordered a large chips and got at medium chips with literally 16 chips in.. I eat alot of steers food and this is the worst I have ever received. I mean if u call that a large chips what is a medium chips? 10 chips and what is a small? 6 chip?

    I didn't like the attitude of the person who stood at the counter, I waited over 30 mins just for 2 standards burgers and chips, some of the chips were still raw but the burger was good.

    My patience was really tested here. I'm not mad at the staff because I get that they had a million orders...but an ETA or functioning tracking service would have softened the blow. Placed the order at 18:47 and had to call twice and I was told both times that my order was out for delivery...riiiiiiiiight.The store has even closed and I still don't have my order. I suggest that others either collect their orders themselves or use Uber eats because you're more likely to get your order that way. Haha, it didn't arrive. Glad I didn't pay upfront

    Pathetic & unapologetically ever late, Undesirable, disappointing and the worst service ever! 💔 I lack words to describe your service. Today, I placed my order & at about 19:49 I received a notification that my order was being prepared. Mind you his, I have decided to pay in advance for my order!💔 Guess what I haven't recieved my order- I have even lost the appetite. When I called your store, the cashier was not even apologetic- she just shamesly told me that the order is out and it was delayed due to many orders that the store received. No communicatio of the delay and inconvenience Last time, I placed an order online and have to wait for at least 2 hours to get mine. Then a wrong order was delivered to my door step and I had to wait for an additional 30+ minutes to the 2hrs that I had waited for my order. Bye Steers! Your service is poor and inconvenient! It is annoying 😒
