What a comfy experience to stay here. they have super clean room, tasty food and excellent service. One of my recommendation in the town 💝 (Now i remember your lobbies smells so so so good!)

Arrived without a booking due to a flight having to return to Makassar airport. Excellent check in. Staff throughout the hotel are extremely polite and proficient. Perfect transfer to airport the following morning. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great place to stay. I stayed there for 6 nights and I had pleasant time. Unfortunately, one night, my power was off for several times I called the fronst desk and they told me they'll check and update me ASAP about what happened. I waited for an hour and still get no response, and I was pretty worried about the power, so I called the front desk again, and they told me it was nothing to worry about. They should call me first tho. But yeah, staffs were great, breakfast was amazing, keep up the good work!

The best premium hotel in Makassar in my opinion. The rooms are neat with complete facilities. Breakfast is also delicious. The price per night is expensive but offers the best quality compared to other hotels in Makassar with similar prices. There is a rooftop restaurant which is great for seeing the night lights of Makassar.

The hotel is decent and we liked the location. Some minor complaints on the toilet smell, the towel smell, but still acceptable level. Air condition is always cold, we liked it. Will return here.

The rooms and service were very good. The food was delicious and great location. The only disappointing thing was that the driver didn't come to pick us up in the airport and after a long time waiting and trying to contact the hotel, we had to take a taxi. At least the hotel paid for it then we arrived.

A great for value hotel. Location is strategic at city centre. Breakfast is nice. Have local food: coto, porridge etc. Room has separate toilet & shower which is nice. The room is spacious. Will be back again to this hotel.

Everything is good but just the bathroom have little smell and it’s so hot in the 7 floor bathroom I don’t know why the air conditioners was not working

Such a delightful experience here, the room is clean, staff is super helpful and kind. The location near mall and many restaurants, suitable hotel for staycation and vacation, alone or with your family. There is gym, sauna, and pool including pool for kids. If you want to swimming without staying the night there is pool package with food

We absolutely recommend hotel melia. The service and facilities are very good. Mr. Farea helped us in the restaurant and he was very friendly and also knew a lot about the city. The breakfast is so good; great variety of food. We will stay there for two nights.

PROS: I had a fantastic stay here. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me; they made me feel at home. I had a complicated request for a doctor who speaks english and they organized the entire thing for me. Robbie and Rafael were very helpful in organizing my bus to Toraja. The bed was very comfortable. It might be the best bed on Sulawesi, seriously. The room is large, the view is nice, the TV works well. The food in the hotel is very good. CONS: I wish they had given me more information when I checked in. I did not know the hotel provides room service until my 3rd night. I also wish they had asked me to provide a deposit when I checked in (this would have saved me a lot of time using my credit card). As other people have said, the elevators are very slow, probably because the staff use the elevators frequently. Overall: 9/10

The hotel is located in good spot, utilities are amazing most of the staff speaks English and the Room has an international plug which is a big plus considering that the other premium hotels that I stayed in Makassar don't offer the same. As for the complaints, the bathroom and toilet needs maintenance, there's stains on the walls, shower heads are moldy, and pipes are leaking heavily. The toilet in the room I stayed is very small, especially for tall guests like myself. The carpet in the bedroom has stains, and even the headboard of the bed has questionable stains all over. The room was given an hour late because of "cleaning," but I think they need to do the cleaning more thoroughly. Location 4/5(pretty far from the airport) Hotel 4/5 Room amenities 4/5 Maintenance 2/5 (please fix the problems) Cleanliness 2/5 Hence, my personal total rating will be 3.2

Staying here for 2 nights during my business trip to Makassar, Hotel was easy to find, located in the center of city and also close to shopping center and several restaurants. Got a good rate IDR 900k/night including breakfast, room was spacious, clean and looks well maintained. Breakfast was also great, lots of options such as pastries, Noodles, local foods and many more, view in the restaurant also great.

Love the room and the lobby's lights. They gave a warm welcoming notes and complimentary a plate of fruits and snack. The hot water ran great and the bed was comfy. I had a pleasant stay.

Located in the heart of Makassar city. Close to business area and tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. However, some wall lamps are not functioning well (it's not major).

First of all, check-in process is wonderful..and almost everytime I come to this place comforts me like at home. Secondly, level of service staffs here are outstanding, noticeably Mr Soma who speaks very good Japanese services his customer with due delligence, with well spoken and fast and precise services provided. I’ve gone up to the 20th floor for bit of a grab, it was quite late at night and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much however the steak that I’ve ordered was very much in my opinion, SPOT ON. Well seasoned and tender, sauce was nice too. I can not recommend with enough words here but if anybody is planning to stay in Makassar, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE and you will not regret your decision even an inch. Enjoy..👍

Location not good, far from city centre. Breakfast not delicious. Water tap weak. And just look at the colour and stain and smell the towel when it gets wet, Otherwise the Aircon works and its cold. Amenities reasonable although jaded

Been here a few times and always a great stay. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Clean gym with plenty of equipments, I'll say it's pretty close to a full-functioning gym! the staffs are all very welcoming and glad to assist with any of my enquiries. Indomaret is just nearby too. for the price, it's a steal to stay here
