Good hotel. Room @ deluxe is quite nice. During the evening the air con is cold, however during the day it is really hot. I set it at 18 celsius but the room temp is up to 26 degrees. Breakfast is just okay.

You get what you pay. Great place to stay. Room was extremelly "the star" (for me) clean, good lighting for online work, bathroom was tidy and neat. The swimming pool was nice. Most of the corner spots were beautiful esp to take family picture. Bfast buffet was really really good. I will stay again in this hotel if I go to Makassar next time. Thanks to all helpfull staffus and the hospitality.

worst..i booked for 3 nights since July but when i arrived at September they said there was no room and no booking although i already showed them the booking receipt? Then they said they were overbooked? Very not professional.. Definitely wont come here for my next visit in Makassar

nice room, all facilities still good, buffet has wide variety of food got a small chapel and lots of ballroom to have event it's next of the mall so very easy to find food or in need to buy things

A nice hotel to stay in with family or business trips. It has a open area swimming pool where you can look at the city, meeting rooms, fitness room, and other stuffs I won't bother to look at. The continental breakfast has a lot of variations, including local speciality foods. The rooms are really nice, as what you would expect from a hotel. There is nothing wrong with my experience staying in.

We stayed here for 3 days. Clean rooms, good service, breakfast is definitely delicious. The kids were very happy with the pool, 5 stars for the pool attendant. Only 1 input for hotel services, maybe it would be better if the lift facilities were added or enlarged. We stayed here at the weekend, there was a wedding party at the hotel. We were on holiday, so it wasn't too much of a problem waiting in line for the lift (almost 30 minutes). It's unimaginable that if we rush for the plane schedule, we will definitely be late. The room was very functional with excellent interior. The bed was comfortable with amazing view for both sides. The breakfast was satisfying with proper variations and was being quickly refilled. The staff was nice and attentive. The highlight was for the pool, which is kid friendly. This is the best hotel for family vacation in town. Highly recommended.

the new luxury n hype 5stars hotel in Makasar. the iconic swimming pools with awesome scenery view at sunset time. The room so comfy, great bedding, n i love their toilet setting layout. compact n luxury rain drop shower. The only minus was their lobby area too minimalist, less sofa for waiting check in/out, and also their fitnes area too basic and no sauna. hope the management will add some wellness facility to their guests experiences.

I stay from 13/3 to 15/3 2023 , that was really amazing experience. I used to stay in some 5 stars hotel in makassar but the rinra was the best so far. Food was great but need more kids food too. The view is everlasting memories. The room was clean. The guy who clean in level 15 is so friendly . Looking forward other family time to get back here . Room 1511 Yuni and van

First time here, i take prestige room with sea view and balcony 1027 room Outside : Hot, no greenies, look humble for 5 star Inside front office : standard, still look humble Room: waow incredibly fantastic, 5/5 for sunset view, we have jacuzzi to enjoy the sunset Breakfast : too ordinary for 5 star hotel, disappointed, 2/5 Facility : its good 4/5, nearby culinary district , mall, transmart, losari beach, pinishi point, and CPI Need attention for cleaning detail in future improvement NB : just call the hotel for best offer and room price, not to buy from other of application (third party)

Unfortunately very disappointing. Its a chaotic place as it’s so busy and there are so many events (weddings, conferences, day visitors to the restaurant and the attached shopping mall) all happening at once. So as a result it’s very noisy everywhere, long waits for the elevators (10 minutes each time, which I’ve never seen before), long waits for a spare table at breakfast, chaos around the pool with so many people. There’s also an awful smell of sewage at the pool, all times of day. Inside, our room was spacious but a bit grubby and dated - with quite a few flies. The shower head didn’t work. Wifi was very poor. So overall I’d say definitely avoid, sadly!

The food is also okay. The view from the hotel is the best. Recommended 👌🏻

I book this hotel for business trip 2 days at makassar the hotel look nice , the room was nice but too noisy i can hear the sound from next door, with the price they charged me it was too over price , the bathroom was nice , but the soap & shampoo was not nice . the breakfast they close the pool area for sitting & for hot latte they charged extra , the black coffee is not even hot. need to increase the level of service. too bad such a nice hotel got level of service like this. you can do it more better overal the view was nice & its a nice hotel

Had a nice stay in The Rinra Hotel Makassar. As usual, we had this business trip and this is one of the finest hotel in Makassar. It even close to a mall in Makassar I love the bathroom setting which allow us to use the dry part to keep our clothes or changing clothes. What I would like to add is the soap and shampoo rack close to the shower. It is inconvenient to take the shower without having the amenities close to us. Otherwise it was okay. The food is also okay. The view from the hotel is the best. Recommended 👌🏻

I stayed for 5 days and had to survive my night because it's too noisy. The room is not sound proof at all. I can hear people talking in the corridor and my next room really bad. My room also didn't get clean well, I still can found hair in the wastafel area.

Best hotel in town, i always get back here. Excellent hospitality. Always welcome, and humble people. Especially Mrs. Venny who always booked my room. And handle basically everything. You’re the best, note to the management, she deserves a great bonus and promotion. The breakfast was so good, i just hope that the ice cream would come regularly since i and my wife like that in the morning. If there is a six star hotel, you’ll be one of them. Thank you. the interior is quite okay, the service and rooms are also okay. but last night I couldn't sleep because the left and right were very noisy and couldn't rest until 2 am. Room tightness is very lacking, can't drown out the noise from the next room and above.

One of my worst 4 nights business trip ever : 1. The curtain is filthy; 2. The Air Conditioner is noisy and bothering me all night 🤮; 3. I order double bed and I got two single bed instead; 4. The room is not clean and the smell was bad;

Good view, good staff, just needs to work on their food proposal. Have a normal green tea, or a normal cup of coffee from a coffee machine. Other than that the rooms are clean, and staff very welcoming. Thank you

Place, vibes, and room is good, but the service is not really good, I order 3 rooms that day one seperate room and 2 rooms with connecting door in it. So when I'm check in at 1 pm they gave us the single room first cause the room with connecting door are still in cleaning process. But it took a very long time for them to gave me another room with the connecting doors. It is also because my mom keep calling them using the telephone from the first room. They gave us the room around 4.30 pm :)

The only hotel in the world that according to staff charge 4 nights for 3 nights.So I arrive early morning 11/10/22 I pay for that night of course only fair I can go straight to my room I stay the 12/10//22 and 13/10/22 I pay for them nights I leave early 14/10/22 at 0400hrs I the morning.They want me to pay for 14/10/22 as well.NO WAY!!???

Only went to accompany my wife. I had coffee on the third floor resto terrace. Now that is worth going to in its sell. Great ocean breeze in morning. Overlooking the ocean and CPI island.

The views from the balcony of premier suite on the 15th floor is amazing and breathtaking. The food is delicious, especially for the dessert (perhaps due to my sweet-tooth palate). I enjoy my visit here together with friends.

i stayed for two nights. got a room on 4th floor. on the very corner. it was visually cleaned, but since i do have a dust allergy, im sneezing the second i lay my suitcase. the hotel transferred me to another room, it was nicer. but one thing i know, the floor is not vaccuumed well. im sneezing all nights and stop sneezing the time i went out. it is very unfortunate.

Good hotel, strategic location that next to mall. Good breakfast too which I like the chocolate croissant. They also put ethnic touch in their interior bedroom and lobby.

Stayed 4 nights gere. All were good, from reception, bfast meeting room and the room aswell. Facilities really represent your 5 star. Just one suggestion if would be great if you could do something with tree branches that keep knocking my window every night i was in 619, perhaps other room experience the same thing. Beside that you have done fantastic jobs Thank you
