Really nice for small jog. Or taking kidss see small park. Need more maintenance though.

A shaded garden located between roads near to the mayor's building. There's a tiger statue, pathways for jogging and some benches to sit. This place gets crowded in the afternoon, also in the morning on weekends and holidays. It needs extra maintenance.

Nice park to do jogging with family..

One of the better shady park at the western part of Makassar city. It is large enough for leisure jogging. At night there is enough lighting but still romantic enough. There are many couples occupy the park benches at night. The only minus is there are some spots of the park that has unrepaired broken tiles mostly due to tree roots. While jogging you have to be careful not to trip over because ot that.

A small refuge in a city with almost none. The park could be do much more if its function is to serve as the Sunday morning community exercise park. But, the bust traffic either side make it slightly difficult to get to any day other than Sunday. The sparse vegetation and lack of ground cover make it a bit muddy in the wet season... This small park has space enough for some basic exercise stations and could also serve as a nice place to highlight some local flora. BUT unless someone is making a $ you can't expect much in the way of community facilities in Makassar!

Nice small park in the middle of Makassar city. Very dense and noisy with insects noise. So cute !

As one of the infamous jogging track and park in Makassar. It has green and refreshing environment and it is very easy to be accessed by any mode of transportation. A good place for aerobic sessions in the morning.

Last time I went to this place was about 5 years ago. This place doesn't change much, but the place is not maintained well I think. But for the facilities such as chair and jogging track was still maintained and in good condition. For the fountain itself didn't run. Overall it's good for people who like to jog or run here. Usually in the morning there are gymnastics.

I come to this place quiet regularly every weekend with my family just to have some quality time and breath fresh air, the garden is perfectly clean and organized, people don't disturb each other and enjoy themselves, also no disturbing people come and ruin the moment. Perfect for family or people who want to spend time alone.

Only for walk, the government of Makassar need to improve all facility e.g public toilet

Nice park ... around there are cafe's and hotels ... good place if u are need to get a rest for while ... sitting there and reading novel, great if u wanna be alone just come in the noon ... there are too much old tree ... so fresh ...
