Very poor service. If you are in Makati and wanting to have a drive thru near Tordesillas Citiland Mcdo and you waited for so long that's why you decided to park in the customer parking area and felt the urge of peeing, sorry guyz, they are not updated on the newest protocols on dining, you cannot use their comfort rooms. Manager is complacent and insensitive.

I came around 11:45 on a Wednesday, and placed my order at 11:50. I suppose they just didn't care to fill my order, because after multiple attempts to find out what was going on, I eventually left at 12:40 with no food. Worst experience I've had at a McDondalds - not only is it incredibly frustrating that I have to skip lunch today, but you also wasted almost an hour of my time that I could have spent doing anything other than standing around waiting for nothing.

Crews need to be taught that there are other terms customer use for certain way of order. Mngrs, inform them from time to time that the technical process term of ordering a non-value meal are usually being said as isa at isa. But I was okay with that it's just that it prolonged the order time. The coffee they served os water sugar. Yung last serve na kaya dagdagan nlng ng tubig and ice.

It's just like a normal MC Donals if you want to mention burgers and fries. However, the one that has to talk about it is that it is too crowded, It will be hard to ask to see waiters or more ketchup. Your order also took at least 20mins to reached me. That will be okay for a day-off but for the rushy lunch. That's not a good idea

My number is 337 and they we're currently shouting number 351. I followed up twice and there I found out that my order is still not processed. Need to follow up once in a while. Bad monitoring of orders. Number is not shown in the monitor. They'll just tell you that they will serve the food ang give you tablr numbers. But if you won't follow up after every 10-15 minutes. They won't serve it.

I would recommend corporate intervene, their poor standards in such a high traffic area are problematic. Inability to convey missing items ahead of ordering and poorly printed receipts requiring hand written ORs when requested for clarity(which is your last resort). Required two order modifications. I value the consistency of McDonald's greatly and trust the brand to correct their performance.

The good - April 2021 mecq - This place is the only one I found to offer al fresco dining around salcedo/valero area - They have a lot of electronic kiosks - Proper social distancing observed - Al fresco area outside is nice and not that much noise considering the area is placed in the middle of valero/salcedo. - McCafe section - Nice bike park area nearby The bad - Although there are plenty of kiosks to make order, there was only one personnel to attend for the cash payment counter who also processes orders at the same time which lead to payment/orders piling up. - Took me 20 minutes to from ordering to finally getting my meal and that was around 2-3pm PS - k burger is just ok, I would still go for cheeseburger deluxe or quarter pounder most of the time.

I bought a meal with a shake shake fries cheese flavor to go, but they forgot to give me the cheese powder. Not so many customers today but they can’t still give my order. Please check always the item to avoid inconvenience

As always, good old mcdonald will not disappoint!

One of the most creatively designed and well lit McDonalds in the area, accepts gcredit, Maya and other forms of payment, has ample parking, they just need to upgrade the comfort room, it's the only one I dislike about this McDonald's, this is cleaner than the jollibee nearby,.the jollibee branch nearby stinks due to their drainage

It's a lot more bigger and the service is faster even if it's full house.

I would say the place is clean, the bothersome thing is the digital ordering where you as a customer have to input your own order and the menu gets confusing at times and noone is there to assist you. We got the 1 piece chicken meal. The chicken they served was quite small, maybe good enough for Happy Meals. Security was there but seem lackluster so you have to look out for your things.

The staffs is very slow, inattentive and irresponsible! It took them 45 mins to serve our food and still incomplete plus they give us a wrong order!!! We are with a muslim and we order a burger and we have a ham. 😡

Great place for hanging out. Ample parking space, good ambiance for a fastfood, clean restroom.

For fast food, waiting times is horrendous. Nearly 20mins for a burger meal. Looks like 20+ employees working in a downtown busy branch, you'd expect management/engineers/bosses to have it run more efficiently
