It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this review but I think I should come out and say this for awareness. I am sure that there has been a lack sense of responsibility. TCC was the only clinic my now deceased cat ever been. It’s our first time owning a cat so we don’t know much. His first check up was when he was just 9 weeks old. He weighed < 3kg that time. On his first check up we asked right away if he could get vaccine. His attending vet advised us that my cat should weigh > 1kg to do so. We did everything. We’ve been in and out of the clinic for almost another 2 months just to get my cat vaccinated. But we didn’t! The attending vet keeps on telling us 1. His cbc is low, 2: his immune system is low, 3. We have to cure this and that. Looks like he gaining profit out of us! Until last Nov 19, my cat tested positive of parvovirus. I guess it’s partly my fault for leaving him last Nov 9-Nov 12 at this very clinic. I thought of leaving him here because they claimed to have an outstanding services. So I thought they would attend my cat outstandingly. I also thought by this time, my cat would finally get his shot! But my cat didn’t!!! Before checking out on Nov 12, we asked to run parvo test to my cat which resulted negative. After days, he started vomiting, watery stool, lethargy, and lose appetite. We asked his vet about this symptoms thru viber and he prescribed another medications. This goes on until next we decided to bring my cat back to the clinic on Nov 19. And there my cat tested parvo positive. My cat was an indoor cat. He never went out. My apartment actually does not allowed pets but the housekeeper knows I rarely go out and I guess they think I am too lonely to forbid a companion so they allowed me anyways. We asked how my cat got parvo. His attending vet said it develops over time because he wasn’t vaccinated yet. He even had the audacity to say that my cat health issues prior to this are much more easy to cure and is ok unlike parvo. It leaves me wondering, if it is just ok why you didn’t give him the shot beforehand??? This all could be prevented IF YOU ARE JUST A RESPONSIBLE VET!!! dami mong arte ok lang pala ung mga dati nyang issues!!! My cat died under their care! The next day; November 20. WE ARE STILL GRIEVING. Yes. I made a mistake. I have fault for TRUSTING TOO MUCH ON THIS CLINIC!!!

I left a review here more than a year ago but it seems to have been deleted. I took my cat here only because our regular clinic was fully booked. My cat had passed blood and I gave the attending vet his history. She assumed that because he had UTI in the past, it must be UTI again. I asked her to test him for anything else (CKD), but I found out later on that she never did. Instead she kept him confined until he turned lethargic and wasn't eating. After a week of this, she brazenly said I don't know what's wrong with him, told me to take him home then proceeded to hand me the bill and prescription. Once home, I noticed that he was very warm and could not even stand up so I took him to his regular clinic were they told me that he was dying, his organs were shutting down due to sepsis. They told me that his sickness could have been resolved if he was treated right away and if even he did survive he would always be in poor health. There were so many complications as a result of the negligent treatment that he received at TCC, that my cat had to undergo so much corrective measures, an operation, etc. He blessed us with one more year and finally crossed the rainbow bridge. I highly DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. It just looks fancy but the service is extremely poor.

I would like to thank all the staff (attending nurses, front desk and pharmacists) including Doc Ada for making sure Sam would be able to recover. Value for money is no longer a consideration because the life of your cat is preserved preventing furparents from additional stress. The daily updates is more than enough to keep furparents like less worried. This allowed me to have a peaceful night knowing your furbaby is well taken care of. The facility is top notch because it is clean, calm and peaceful for your cats recovery. All the staff are not just friendly but passionate cat lovers. Oh! Check the guard, he’s another guy that I had a quick chit chat on cats and you can feel their genuine love everytime they speak about the welfare of these cute furballs. The pharmacist on the night of the emergency check in also showed great compassion and loved her cats dearly. What else can you ask for? For a furdad like me who worries about cats 24/7, it is a huge deal when a facility like this gives you quality service. I’d like to recommend though that whoever manages the updates must be equipped with information they can instantly provide the furparents as I have experienced delays in responses for questions that could have been immediately answered. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and I am relieved that Sam is coming home with restored energy and vigor. The fight is not over since we have to observe another 2 weeks to assess full recovery. Huge thank you to everyone. This goes to say that I highly recommend this facility for furparents of cats out there. Don’t just take my word for it, come see them to experience it yourself. Your ever grateful furparent/clients, Ricky/Ceejhay

LONG REVIEW AHEAD BUT USEFUL This specific place is full of contamination and diseases and an awful Veterinarian. DO NOT EVER DECEIVE 1. Sick cats are on reception. YOUR CAT IS IN DANGER IF THERE ARE NOT TAKEN VAX YET. 2. TCC is the only cat clinic my now deceased cat ever been. We've been in and out of the clinic to get my cat vaccinated but they didn't give him the shot. Their reason is because of the low immune system of my cat. 3. Until my cat was diagnosed on FPV+ after taking lodge here for 3 days. Here are the timelines November 9: We lodged my cat because we needed to attend an important family matter and he needs care while we're gone. We thought of leaving him at the clinic since they claimed to be a top notch. We also planned to finally vaccinate my cat while lodging. We were confident that we will get the shot this time because our Cat weighs 1kg+ and he was so playful, active, and seems nothing wrong. November 12: My cat took a viral test and cbc count because as these are the requirements of his vet to get my cat vaccinated. Unfortunately, they said my cat still positive of calicivirus which pertains to his immune system, means its still low. Before check out as well, we run some tests for FPV (parvo) which my cat tested negative. On the other day, he started to create a signs of FPV like loose stool, vomitting, lethargy. After a few days we went back here again for checkup and this awful vet said that they should do another test (CBC, fpv, fcp-fhp ag test, fecal test) and now results for FPV (parvo) is now positive. We suspect that our cat is infected HERE in this specific clinic and that is why we are so angry at all of these staffs. 3. This awful veterinatian rejected to vaccinate my cat 3x because of my cat's FCV positivity. This awful vet said this calici virus is easy to cure after my cat was already diagnose of FPV. What a bamf malpractice is in here huh. If this 4-1 vaccine are already took by my cat, surely my cat was immune already for this disease. Recommended? A BIG NO!! You should not bring your healthy cat here! Maybe go to their alabang branch but for me, The Cat Clinic is not worth a clinic anymore.

The only vets I trust for my cats. They’re very responsive to queries and appointment request via IG. Space is cozy and doesn’t look like you’re in a vet clinic. Doc Sheryl takes great care of my cats from their vaccine updates to their recent neuter surgery. They also offer grooming services and I love that they made an upgrade to their space to have a glass window so you can watch them getting groomed. Their billing service and pharmacy/store is in the 2nd floor though but it’s not a big deal for me :) thank you TCC!

The doctor started giving medical advice without inspecting the patient first; this became apparent because they were unaware of something which was visually obvious. They were also recommending a full extraction of all teeth without being clear on when or why this would be necessary. I was hoping to "upgrade" my level of veterinary care but I don't think this is it. Decided to stay with my previous vet instead.
