Good hotel..classic..spacious rooms.All rooms is also well-lit. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. It is big, cozy, and comfortable. They have both shower head and bathtub that you can use. Hot water runs perfectly. Staff is excellent at their service, beyond what I expected. All smiles and greetings are genuine. They are also very helpful. Complementary Breakfast is excellent. There are so many choices of food, Lots of choices from Philippines food and Western food. which is really great. Hotel lobby is well decorated. Overall an excellent hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with plenty of dishes to choose from. Location is fairly close to the airport without traffic. There is also easy access to Glorietta Mall. Friendly hotel staff provided excellent service. Gym was decent, did not get to use the outdoor pool so can’t comment on that. My two complaints would be: 1– the in-room hair dryer (would stop working intermittently while using) 2– the elevators (kind of slow or perhaps there were just not enough elevators for that many floors/rooms). Other than that, would definitely use this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Makati City. The room we were in was clean and the staff was really friendly. The food was great and the amenities were well taken care of. It's connected to Glorietta too so you can shop around and visit the nearby restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay here!

I was in Mandatory Quarantine in this hotel and let me tell you!!!! I had the most amazing Costumer Service (Andrew and Chin) were the most patience and caring with me and my family. I was feeling a bit guilty because my daughters birthday was going to be spent in Quarantine, but I explained that to the front desk and they did everything in their hands to make my daughter feel special (I attached pictures of the cake she got (for free) and how happy she was)! I am so grateful that I can experience this Quarantine time in the BEST Hotel! Great view as well

Our stay was excellent. We had stayed 2 nights for my sisters graduation and had our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was great and service was excellent! Everyone is courteous and very quick to attend to our needs. Chris and front of the house at the time of our dinner was kind enough to assist us with all the questions we have for our stay. Thank you to all the staff! My sister enjoyed her stay and graduation celebration!

It was a holiday and we were invited to stay in Holiday Inn Hotel Makati. My family normally chooses a hotel around our Quezon City home for convenience (we hate getting stuck in traffic) so we reluctantly agreed. However, Holiday Inn Makati did not disappoint! The hotel staffs in the check-in counter, restaurant, bar and housekeeping are very accommodating. The person-on-duty at the bar even made some small talks making sure we enjoyed our drink. I also like the idea of the hotel being adjacent to Glorietta because we had a lot of restaurants to choose from. Thanks again to the all the staff for making sure we are comfortable during our stay. Our family would definitely be back again for more staycations!

The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. I was positively surprised with how good my experience was, and this branch of the Holiday Inn might have been my best stay out of all the Holiday Inns I have stayed in so far in different countries. The staff in the Flavors restaurant is very helpful too, and made my stay there even better, fetching anything I needed. Special shout out to the staff working in the concierge, especially Troy who was very attentive to my needs and helped me find a cab. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Manila!! Very satisfied customer here.

Very clean and accommodating all the staff of this hotel

Found the best way to spend the holidays! The staff were very accommodating. Upon entering the hotel, you would see beautiful smiles who would offer to help you with your luggage. The rooms were spotless. The bed was so comfortable. They provided robes, foods, towels, shampoos, conditioners, and more in our room! We also had access to the roof deck which has a pool, a gym, and a bar. The food on the buffet was also great! There were different meals to choose from (which had labels in them in case you're allergic to anything) There were spaces for pastries, fruits, drinks, and more! Overall, this experience was the best! Would definitely recommend this! And we would surely come back.

A wonderful stay my husband and I had for 8 days. Great location within steps from the mall and the Greenbelt. The friendly staff can’t be beat. We had amazing room attendants Chris and Zeus who did an exceptional job in tiding up our room and ensuring that we always had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Food was pleasant. The place was empty but honestly, for dinner deserves more people. The highlight of my dinner were the people. The staff were extremely hospitable. Always smiling. My servers for the night, Hermie, James, and Christian were on top of everything my parents and I needed. Overall it was a 9/10 experience for me. Spent a great staycation with family at this hotel. It was our first time staying here and we were happy to experience the Holiday Inn hospitality and kid friendliness. Everyone was so nice and attentive, many even going out of their way to offer you assistance and help. Beds were comfortable, water was hot and strong. Kids eat free! Kids stay free also (extra bed for kids if needed). Enough selections at breakfast, nothing too special but they were good and filling. We were staying with senior citizens and the staff were very helpful in getting food and things for them. Staff were excellent all throughout from check-in, during stay, at meals (Tasha, Jenn, everyone really), until check-out (Nona) -- many times how well you are treated makes or breaks a hotel experience, here at Holiday Inn & Suites you can't go wrong with the people.

This is a reliable family hotel with an unbeatable location. The location and its positive and energetic staff make it a real winner. The staff at Flavors restaurant and Citron cafe are warm and attentive and go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. At this price point the food quality is quite good and the coffee from Citron is excellent (and I’m from Australia so I won’t drink bad coffee). Special shout out to Christian from Citron who remembered my complex coffee order every day, Gen and Joy from Flavors and Chef Freddie who offered us fresh bacon and waffles one morning. Also to the doggy handlers of Girlie and Coco and amazing front of house security and reception staff. We also really appreciated being invited to the in-house Ash Wednesday service. Overall experience is excellent! I love the way they welcome us from the car, to lobby checking in, and up to the room. Staff are informative and aware of my perks as IHG Silver Elite Member. They have granted my requests fast. Staff are friendly, polite and attentive, especially Nica for checking in and Nona for checking out. Room is clean, thanks to Josh. We had a fun dining experience eating at Holiday Inn, Flavors Restaurant buffet! Our captain waiter was Christian who was very amiable and accommodating on our requests. The buffet tables were very organized and very accessible especially to senior citizens. The food was really high quality and delicious - from the cheese, the viands upto the dessert. The ambiance was very good. We really enjoyed the place. We will definitely come back!

The booking process went through relatively smooth and hassle-free. The Duty Manager was very courteous and thorough upon checking in/out. My little girl loved it since she had an added treat by buying toys at the mall. Looking forward to my future stay again at the hotel.

This is a review for the executive lounge and the wonderful staff that treated us like the only customers in the lounge even though it’s mostly fully at night. The 3 great staff that deserve mention are Pam, Steven’s and Coline. We ate breakfast everyday and cocktails at night. Food was wonderful with different varieties. The staff were so helpful and so knowledgeable of surrounding area for things to do. Truly a great experience!!! Again just a wonderful staff

We went here for dinner so my rating is solely based on Flavors Restaurant and not the accommodation of the hotel. Our servers RJ, Erwin, and RC were really friendly and attentive. We ate their buffet selection which was not that much to choose from and personally I wouldn't mind smaller selection depending on the quality of food. The highlight for me was definitely the roast beef. One of the tastiest and softest roast beef I've had in buffets. The shrimp bisque was also great although I would prefer to have maybe cream on the side. Then lastly their desert section was great as well.

Great location for hotel as it has direct access to the Glorietta Mall. My wife loves it here and we always stay at this hotel while in Makati. Breakfast offerings are excellent to start your day. But best part is the great team starting with Miss Gen, Miss Krista and Miss Mary Rose and the entire staff. They are always extremely welcoming and happy. They are so attentive and pride themselves on making sure you to have a wonderful experience. We look forward to tomorrow’s breakfast before flying out.

Excellent service and location. Adjacent to Glorietta mall, SM mall and a 5-10 min walk to GreenBelt mall and Ayala museum. Excellent breakfast buffet and the wait staff by Gen, Anna, Mildred, Joy, Krista and Erwin were extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. We stayed here for 12 days and the entire hotel staff was very accommodating and warmhearted. Traveling with an elderly person can sometimes be challenging, but Holiday Inn Makati guaranteed a Handicap room with toilet and shower grab bars. This made our stay safe and enjoyable for my parents. Excellent work Holiday Inn and Suites Makati!!! We will surely return again!

Rooms were spacious and well fitted, however the sound proofing needs improvement. We can here hallway noises and door closing/opening. Great service. We requested for additional pillows for comfort and was immediately actioned. Breakfast has great selection. Andrea, our server has great attention to detail, assisting and pro-actively asking for any assistance needed.

I stay here in Holiday Inn Makati almost twice or thrice a month. Each stay is always a very pleasant one. Kudos to Mr. Zeus for always keeping my room clean at all times, taking care of my detailed requests and being very responsive to my needs. Staff in the restaurant are always very accommodating. It always feels good to dine here. I definitely recommend this hotel to all.

We had our 2-day work/leisure stay in Holiday Inn & Suites. It was my first time staying there, and I'm happy to say I enjoyed my stay! Aside from the great facilities, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent food and service our group received. On our first day, we were served by students, namely Ems, Aiza, Albert, and more. They were friendly and are always smiling when I see them. I can't think of anything to complain about honestly. The location is great for its convenience as its right next to the mall. The room was great too! Clean, bright, and has good connection. Service was also excellent, from the security and receptionist to the servers and managers. I truly felt welcome during my stay. I would definitely come back in the future. Thank you for the excellent stay!

The lounge service is very good. The ladies make sure that everyone is able to get what food or drink they need. Food quality is also good. Liquor service is average but that should not matter really if you are not a fan of alcohol. I just wish they would let children (my 8 year old son was not allowed to join me) in the executive lounge during the cocktail hour.

Holiday Inn & Suites Makati exceeds in customer service. All the staff were friendly and were beyond expectations. Check in was seamless, our housekeeper, Re-al was quick, super friendly and attentive. The staff from our breakfast at Flavors were so sweet as they even sang us a Happy Birthday song altogether. The staff at the Oz bar were so friendly as well. Everyone was so very attentive. Angel and Ann has checked us in and out. Thank you again for making us feel comfortable! The hotel is slightly outdated, but in the process of catching up with modernization. Our stay is amazing! Our family has had so much fun while staying here. We’ll be sad to leave tomorrow morning. I am really impressed with the service, their staffs are alert when it comes to their guests requests. All of their staffs are accommodating and never failed us to greet us everyday! I also want to so commend your Front Office staff Mr. Poul and Ms. Ann, very friendly and we felt really welcome as a students in their hotel. We interview them for our project, they accommodate us and even give us advises as well. Holiday Inn for 6/5 for me!

I just want to share my experience at the executive lounge and the service received from Aya, Nicole and Sherry. They provided exceptional, attentive and commendable service that make the guest feels valued. Experience like this goes a long way and make a difference for a customer to decide where they prefer to stay on their next visit.

My family had a great dinner at Flavors. The food, as always, was very flavorful and varied. And the service was fantastic. Jen, their captain, is always attentive, pleasant and listens to our needs. Her staff who served us ( James, Rommel, Joana, Dale) were very attentive and prompt in their services. This service is the reason I keep on coming back.

Service was incredible from getting out of the taxi to check-in, hospitality lounge, lunch, checking out to getting back in a taxi at the end of our stay! I felt like a VIP. The food was good and a wide variety was offered. Clean room. Bathroom had thick towels and great water pressure. Connected to a big mall where we were able to buy souvenirs made by the locals. I felt safe at this location.

People here are efficient and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

I recently stayed in Holiday Inn & Suites Makati for my 10 day Covid19 quarantine. All of the hotel staffs uphold the highest sincerity and dedication in following the government COVID-19 quarantine guidelines and protocols. It is really a hassle for us guests to be locked in a quarantine hotel for nearly 2 weeks but the staff of Holiday Inn & Suites Makati make it sure that we are provided with the best service and best comfort in our rooms.

I stayed here on a business trip and found the hotel to be well located, in the heart of the town.

Place is cozy. Food is great and staff is very courteous and warm.

Room is okay, the only problem is the aircon. Making a loud noise on its fan blower.

Staying here for quarantine Initial room was not cleaned properly wherein under the bed was dusty. There were even ants. Food served were cold and not even warm. Room had letter that there will be some construction noise ongoing from 8-10am but even until afternoon noise were heard. Overall it is a very disappointing stay and I cant believe I will be staying here for the rest of the quarantine and I cant wait to get out of here! Quality of this hotel branch is so much different from Holiday Inn Express in Resorts World were overall service and food were good.

The positives; Room is clean and neat. Aircon works. It does not have noise from outside. Room stays very dark with the curtains pulled. Great for day sleepers. Areas to improve; I booked a room for my 9 day quarantine with all meals provided. During the first 5 days, 2 of the 15 meals was either luke warm or stone cold. Need to come up with a better way of caring for the guests. Being that I am stuck inside the room, entertainment is limited. Some of the channels offered are not provided. "Fox Sports". Internet speed is very dodgy. Especially on Sunday. I am certain that if it were not these trying times, that I would be able to recommend this hotel to travelers for their quarantine time. My next trip I may as well have to pay more for better service. I have paid less and was given good service at Selah Garden Hotel. At least there the food was hot. Post departure update: They made great strides to ensure that the food I received was hot every time. In this Covid difficulty, I can recommend this hotel for quarantine stays. Just be aware that Sundays will be dreadfully long with all in the Philippines online at the same time.

Currently checked in for 5-day mandatory quarantine. Food is sad, no menu to choose from— you only eat what they deliver and they deliver so so late (Lunch @ 2:30PM and Dinner at @8:30PM + had to call both times to follow up because it seemed like they forget to deliver my food every time— Stayed in Seda last October 2021 and their food portions were significantly more + you were given a menu to select from daily consisting of around 15 different dishes and every meal came with dessert of either fresh fruits / pastries etc. Holiday Inn also makes you follow up on your own PCR test schedule, whereas Seda assisted me with reaching out with assigned testing lab.

It was nice room. Thanks for letting me stay here for almost a month of my quarantine...

Ive only tried their unlimited grill which they offer only only on Fridays and Saturdays. Their grilled food is fine but I am looking forward to try other food in their menu next time

Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Makati last July 9 was perfect! This would be the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel and they never fail to amaze us with their efficiency and good service, very approachable staff and security personnel. Room was overall tidy and clean and we are delighted that the hotel was right beside the mall, you can literally go to the mall from the hotel lobby! That is why we absolutely love coming back to this hotel, and will definitely come stay again in the future!!

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Makati City. It was my first time and I highly recommend it. I arrived to a very clean room. The breakfast was superb for me. The gym and the pool are so nice as well. Most importantly, the hotel staff are very warm and accommodating. From the front desk, housekeeping, dining, gym, function rooms, and the pool. Their services are highly commendable, I remember Kylie, CJ, Christian, Toni, Angel, and Deine (other names I forgotten already) - deserve a raise or a special bonus from management.
