I recently stayed at I'M Hotel and it was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is modern and luxurious, with beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to all the local amenities and attractions. The hotel also had a fantastic rooftop infinity pool, which had an amazing view of the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at I'M Hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I heard great things about this hotel but when we arrived checkin was a little rough. And when we inquired about about massages they told that wasn’t available until Friday… when we are due to checkout. Plus the bar is closed, and the pool was only open till 6pm. So disappointed. Also no blow dryers in rooms… because of Covid. Does not make sense since we touch all the other things provided in the room. I’ll give the place a 2 star rating at the current state. The cleaning staff was really nice…. But this felt like I was on lockdown again. Went to the hotel across the street with a nice rooftop bar that was open and has an amazing view. ☺️👌🏻

The pool looks really cool online but it doesn’t receive any sun throughout the day and the water is very cold. They close the pool at 6pm daily so why show pictures of it at night when it’s not even open? If you ask for more than one small bucket of ice per day they’ll charge. Didn’t cost much but still annoying. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and hotel staff was very nice.

Location: it's in a very busy area with almost everything you need. There is a Century City Mall, remember to exchange your money there instead of some small agencies in the area. Food: We did have breakfast there once and the food is quite good if you enjoy Asian food. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and the facility is as well. We are very happy to enjoy a zero-dust hotel stay. Facility: There is a gym, swimming pool, onsen and sauna... we didn't use everything but like the facility we used very much. Service: The employees there are very friendly and helpful. When you call Grab to pick you up, they will check the license plate of the car and you can just relax in the lobby until the driver arrives. Price: The price is really not bad with a clean spacious room, lots of facility, and good service.

Nice room to relax while on quarantine. They have friendly Receptionists, Nica and Jewel (hope I got their names right) and also housekeeping, Marian. Bed is huge and I like the sofa that was set up near the window. Will definitely come back here after the pandemic.

Staying at the hotel on March 14, 2022, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to 21centrymall, and the decoration inside is quite clean and high-end, but the light in the tea area of ​​my room is broken, and it keeps flashing at night, which makes me sleep very well It's uncomfortable, the sound insulation doesn't seem to be very good, and you can hear footsteps at night. Other than that, everything is fine, but I won't stay in this hotel again next time I come.

Being the first time I stayed here, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is. Check in was quick and efficient. The staff were accommodating on holding our bags while we went and got food. The room itself is super nice. One bedroom, a small balcony and a semi hidden kitchenette behind a pull out wall. Great views, especially at night. Check out was equally quick.

I truly had a 5 star experience! I stayed for 5 days and was able to experience everything the hotel had to offer and I had such a great time! The staff was attentive and the housekeeping staff always called to check in to see if you needed anything even if the do not disturb sign was on. The breakfast was good and the coffee machine was really cool! The spa services were top notch, probably my favorite part. They offer unlimited use of the Onsen and steam/sauna. The massages are also a great value and worth the price. I truly had an amazing time and I will definitely be back!

I had a mixed experience here. My first warning is most places in the Philippines still rely on hand written receipts. Beware of the language they use when changing any booking details and clarify communications on charges because the hand written receipts are not detailed invoices at all. They make you sign authorization for hand written no detail receipts as well. If you book through a 3rd party, make sure you ask this hotel for their invoices before agreeing to any changes/upgrades/fees, those will be charged along with and separately from your 3rd party booking. Beware also they do not state that visitors are charged a fee. I was charged fees equal to the rate of an extra room, but in the end, the staff and manager made a compromise on the fees with me. It was helpful but only after I had to drill the front desk the points of miscommunication and how to make it right with solutions from their management. Overall the location is convenient and rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Close to night life. I would not stay here again due to poor staff training and slow and non proactive customer service that adds to stress no one wants on vacations. Lastly, do not order food at the rooftop. We got 700p truffle fries that were just super sad! Short unseasoned fries in a tiny bowl with truffle flavored aioli. Don't get ripped off. There is great dimsum restaurants nearby!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at I'M Hotel. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful whenever we had inquiries or requests. The room we stayed at also had a very relaxing ambiance. As for the food, we loved our complimentary breakfast. The selection was delicious and we were very satisfied with our experience. The staff here were very professional. They are quick to attend to your needs and the hotel is very clean. It's also located in an area where you can see the Bay from the hotel along with there beautiful skyline of the city. Yolanda along with the other masseuses did an excellent job and stayed very professional at all times. Jerome and the rest of the house keeping team were very friendly and professional as well. This was a very good 2 week experience.

A very unique place to gather all my friends they have a rooftop cocktail bar that was very awesome and relaxing plus the great view of the city at night. It was the best place to visit along the big city and also offers different dishes that are extraordinary. The cocktails are so nice along with a huge variety of tasty drinks to choose from. Their staff are so presentable and very accomodating. I truly recommend this luxury hotel especially to those who had missed their bar hopping experiences. Enjoy!!

It was a good experience, the room is clean and the view of city lights are stunning, but the front desk staff are not that friendly.

We were somewhat puzzled by the hotel's 5-star rating. The front desk lacked the expected hospitality. This stay was meant to celebrate our anniversary, and when we left a comment during the booking process, the response was vague, stating: depended on availability. When we sought clarification, we received an unhelpful response. Unfortunately, due to the non-refundable nature of our reservation, we couldn't switch to another place. Upon arrival, our special request went unacknowledged, the front desk seems unhappy to see anyone, and the room, while spacious, lacked hot water and had low water pressure, we had to take cold shower two days. The pool was also no power and unattended during our visit, pool is on 2nd floor so it’s noisy, and seems dirty too. Considering the cost, there are lot more better options available elsewhere.

Everything was nice at this hotel except for some broken fixtures that needs some minor fixing and replacement. The staff is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The location is great, easy to get in and out of the city. My stay here was a wonderful experience.

Good quality hotel in a central position. I was in room 1602, very nice room with a shower looking out the window but the water was never hot, like warm at best. No USB ports in the room. Happy to go back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is spacious and clean. The air-conditioning unit is working perfectly. It's a good thing that the shower is separate from the bath tub for hygiene purposes.

LEASE READ +Very nice hotel, very clean and could be the nicest hotel room and elevators I’ve seen. 10/10 cleanliness which is very imp for staying in Manila. - Our check in, we had to correct the receptionist and mention our 3rd night when she said our stay was just 2 nights at first. - Pool is not a rooftop pool, it is on the second floor. It is very close to street/car level and it’s very polluted. A 40% portion of the pool floor side is getting constructed and the pool bar. You are being watched by construction men while you are in the pool ( our stay is/was JAN 26’) - We paid about 300$ for 3 nights. But you also get a hold on to your Credit card for about the same amount around 250$ so expect your budget to be paying&holding twice the amount for the number of nights. - We were asked by the check in lady to resign our signature, because the size of the signature compared to our passport was not to her liking. Very inappropriate, never been told what to do about our own signature and she is not the FBI.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is really nice and spacious. Staff are friendly and quick to help. The only issue would be the breakfast buffet, lack of options and too many sweet foods. Would be nice with just simple food, vegetables and fruit. Will definitely come back for the rooms!

I absolutely love my stay in this hotel. It was a birthday treat to myself. First off, the staff was welcoming and warm upon arriving. They assisted us in our room. The room was big and spacious. It had complete amenities. Although the wifi could have been faster, it's not bad compared to the other hotels that I've been to. The gym is my favorite part of the hotel. I love the wide range of equipment and the atmosphere. Also, highlight is the pool that is famed for its glass walls and floors. The staff are courteous and they even surprised me with a towel cake. The breakfast is alacarte not buffet, but we really enjoyed it since the servings are very filling. They have a bread and butter station too. Overall a 5 star stay.

I'm hotel is one of the cleanest hotel with the friendliest staff ever. Breakfast is good. Rooms are big. Hope to have robes and hairdryer ready available in the room. But nevertheless the stay doesn't disappoint!

Beautiful experience. We got the package deal for Indulgence. The scenery from the huge windows is great. Peaceful location despite being in the middle of a busy city. The breakfast buffet was delectable and would go back here again. We unfortunately did not get a chance to try the Onsen.

The room is spacious, I just noticed a smell on the office chair, so I assume they don't clean the furniture thoroughly. It was also difficult to remove the sink stopper. The staff did a great job accommodating us and I liked the overall experience.

We recently stayed in I’m hotel for our anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The room is super spacious & I really like the layout of having separate toilet & shower room. Every staffs are accommodating and very responsive. We got their 4 pesos breakfast promo & food variety is great. Kudos to rizza & faith who assisted us during our breakfast and even served us coffee. It makes our stay remarkable.

When we checked into I’M Hotel we were told by the reception team that Onsen Spa was the best in Manila! Excited to try, I booked 2 services on Sunday 23/04 at 8pm The hot stone healing massage for 90min, started by the therapist dropping the water from the heating pot. I had asked for strong pressure but there is a difference between strong pressure & being rough (the whole experience was not relaxing) the stones were too hot so the therapist moved to my legs did a massage then started using the stones on my legs once they cooled down, then went back to use the stones on my back on the towel, when I was asked to turnover I was told 20min were left & her plan was to give me a head massage! So front of body got no treatment in a 90min massage service!!! I told the therapist I had asked for my hips to be an area of focus & they were barely touched! So she spent the last 20min on my hips as I requested but no head massage. My other treatment was the Korean foot spa add-on, which was supposed to include a mask & warm herbal aromatic oils but I did not receive any of it! Above it all, when I told the receptionist how disappointed I was she didn’t even acknowledge it! No let me see what I can do, no let me speak to the manager, nothing except I’ll speak to the therapist!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing. Well what will she say 🤷‍♀️ I did a bad job? Of course not… Do your own research before booking any treatments with them - won’t be back.

The room was very spacious and I like how the toilet is separated from the shower and bathtub. Their facilities like the mermaid is also very nice and unqiue. They also had a complimentary 10-minute massage which was awesome - would definitely come back and try their spa!

This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star hotel. Some of the elevators do not work, some of the access doors are locked to enter. My sink and shower drains were blocked, but was fixed upon request. I was given a coupon, for a complimentary dessert, when I went to claim the dessert, the coupon came with conditions to follow/like on social media and submit a 5 Star review.. Complimentary means free of charge, not with conditions. The good part of my stay, was the front desk associates, allowing me to check in early and the house cleaning staff were very good also. The hotel located around many restaurants and the famous P Burgos Street.

We got the twin double room. It was very spacious. Very nice. Amenities were plenty. Pool location was very nice also. Very airy, so, the pool pretty cold once you dip in. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Location is very good if you're intention is just to stay near Makati area. And, it was relatively affordable.

Experience from the check-in until check-out was superb. I was looking for a quick, and relaxing overnight stay after a full week of work and I got more than what I expected. Spa packages and choices were overwhelming but in a good way. Suggest to get the one with the tea package to complete your massage experience. Will definitely come back!

The day spa service for our massages really topped off the time spent, and the area surrounding the hotel met our needs for the short time we had visiting. Lots of restaurants and clubs to choose from. Getting transport is never a problem, although Manila is fun and quite the experience to get around in. The pool is especially cool and we enjoyed the rooftop bar for quite the personalised experience. Highly recommended to choose this hotel for a stay in Manila.

The swimming pool has a deck above it with seating pods and cushions. The hotel is comfortable and handy to restaurants bar and nightlife. I would happily recommend this hotel

A very nice room complete with washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen, water heater, rice cooker, induction range, 2 TV sets, 1 King size bed, living room, T&B, shower with tub, flat iron with board, Clothes cabinet and safe locker. Round dining table with 2 chair and office table with table lamp. Wooden parquet floor and a terrace to relax.

Rooms are big and comfy with kitchen untensils and washing machine..I stayed here as an ofw for quarantine rqmnt before going back to my work.One point to raise is the very late servings of meal as they are understaff so better to bring some biscuits to fill your tummy while waiting.Be very careful of not staining the bedsheets ,rags and alike otherwise you will pay exorbitant fees.Advise to check out early if possible 5 hours before your flt as you will be dismayed or worst late at your flight due to very stringent checking of your rooms.A lady in the reception is not so polite,could be stubborn and I would say she is not supposed be assigned there.

Stayed here in June 22. Staff at front desk were nice. The rooms were really nice. Big bathroom with tub and with separate toilet across the room. Bed was really comfy and my room had a great view. Room for improvement were the room only had coffee, and when I asked for tea bags, they had run out. 2nd day at breakfast, I asked for a juice and I was advised that they had run out of juice. I think for a 5 star hotel, this is unacceptable. Pool was nice. I think this is more of a 4 star hotel though. The location was very good. However I didn't feel like it justified the price I paid for the 3 nights.

This was my second time booking at IM. I love the area. It’s very safe and welcoming. This hotel is close to everything one could need. All of the staff are great one of the housekeeping staff members that I remember is TIN. Very friendly and made art work out of the towels. For anyone traveling this is the place to stay. I will book here again.

We stayed at I'M hotel as part of our mandatory facility quarantine. Room was spacious, equipped with smart tv, a mini fridge and electric kettle. Internet was fast so I was able to work during my stay. Staff were courteous and acommodating. Food from the restaurant was a bit pricy but delicious! When the world is better, I look forward to coming back to this hotel and be able to use their facilities!

My experience with Im hotel during my stay was very comfortable. cleanliness of the room and other facilities inside are well maintained. The front office are swift on their assistance whenever needed during my check, for I have a lot of luggages at that time. The staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy.
