I just got in here to celebrate our anniversary and Christmas party for this year. The place is nice and I love it. Although it can still be improved in some ways. Personally, the lights are not that bright for me in addition to dark shades of the color of walls and tiles of the hotel. I think considering interior designer is the best option for this matter. Aside from that people here are well aware of what they are doing. Highly commendable. I recommend this place to anyone. Although I am not sure about the price but since I got in here for free, I can say that I enjoyed it.

This was one of the best hotels by far! We came from New Jersey and was recommended this hotel. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The location was on par when it came to convenience. It was a short drive from the airport. All the shopping and all types of restaurants are literally across the street, which is a one-way so traffic was not an issue. There is also a pharmacy and small grocery for essentials. The hotel’s pool wasn’t deep so it was pretty good for my 2 yr old to swim in. The bathrooms had soap and lotion with basic essentials laid out (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap). One of the best parts of the room was the washer/dryer unit available in the room and was very useful at the end of the stay! The only negatives I’d have to say are that the hotel is not kid-friendly. They aren’t equipped to accommodate small children (kid-friendly meals, drinking cups) and the hotel rooms do not have a microwave. Instead, they have ovens which is a little inconvenient especially since you’ll have to wait for the oven to heat up. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go to this hotel again!

Super comfy hotel, great service and great beds. However the upstairs bar is too smoky and the downstairs bar is too bright and open. A better bar/loung would make it perfect!

I stayed at Makati Diamond Residences for a couple of times now and I’m impressed with their service every time. Staff greet and put on a smile whenever they see you which made me feel welcome. The front desk, cleaning staff are all very accommodating and helpful. I usually check out early morning for my flight and they helped prepare to-go breakfast. Today I was late and in a rush so the staff even brought the breakfast box to my car. I appreciated their help very much.

A room is a room. What makes this hotel great are its staff. From the front desk on the graveyard shift, to the cooks, the servers, and especially the housekeeping and room attendants. They are truly the beating hearts of this place. Courteous, friendly, mindful of privacy, accommodating and respectful. This place is worth its weight in gold. I'm currently staying here while reviewing this place and I'm sure it'll continue to surprise and make my stay enjoyable.

I liked seeing the city skyline as I awoke each morning thanks to the amazing view from the balcony. Overall, I had an incredible time during my stay at this hotel. He were here for 1 Night and a half. Our flight arrived early in the morning 4am and the check in time is at 12pm. So we went to the hotel and asked for early checked in. Staff was kind enough to let us checked in early with half day room fee on top of the 1 night fee. The room were clean and smell fresh. We have everything we need in our room. Washing machine/dryer in one, oven, stove, fridge, iron, ironing board, purify drinking water system etc) the only one thing we have issue with would be the bathroom drainage is quite terrible as the water sits around during the shower and can get overflow. Also we’d asked for a room with a view but unfortunately there are none available. Our room comes with complimentary breakfast, you can choose between Filipino traditional breakfast upstairs or continental breakfast downstairs. We had a quick looked upstairs but decided to go with continental one. Note that it can get really busy and unpleasant in the morning as everyone is running up and down for food! Overall we are happy with the location and the service. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

By far the best hotel in Makati. Staff, service, facilities, rooms and breakfast are all outstanding. A little expensive but worth it for the experience. I have been staying here since 2019 and have a fantastic connection with the staff.

My daughter and I had snack at their coffee shop at the lobby while waiting for my other daughter partying at the 2/F a week ago. We ordered ham and cheese croissant, cream cheese cake and watermelon shake. They are all palatable. We had dinner after an hour, and we enjoyed our food. Service was great too! Staff were professional and approachable. My daughter who partied said that all foods were all palatable. I look forward to staying here soon.

Very accommodating staff. Never had a dull moment during my 1 week stay. The restaurant in the hotel Alfred's is top notch. My 1 week stay became a 1 month long stay and surely they took care of my needs. I recently stayed at Makati Diamond Residences and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. Did not really stay in one of their rooms, but been there for a few events. Their function rooms are spacious and equipped with needed things for a meeting or event. Staff are always there to assist and always courteous. Food is always delicious. Downside is the location. Must end any activity and leave before 4pm to avoid heavy traffic.

Excellent staff. They are very cooperative . And since we were vegetarians they made us special vegetarian breakfast and went out of their way to make us soursop juice. Always ready to help with a smiling face. Would highly recommend this 5 Star hotel. Concierge Uly was very helpful too.

The facilities were great, the male staff were well dressed and handsome the female staff were respledent in their gowns. the rooms were clean and well maintained. price was allright the location was divine just across the mall. my only contention was that they could have better ventilation in the lobby. it appears that there were a lot of unwashed guests at the time in the lobby and the area was not exactly smelling rosy at the time. sorry just an honest review so please dont hate me.

The 5-star luxury hotel with kitchenette (hence the name "Residence" located at the heart of Makati City, right next to the Greenbelt shopping complex. It's also accessible to Pasay City and the seaside to its West, and the Old Town Manila to its north, each take about half an hour to reach by car, which is decent riding time in Metro Manila. The hotel provides turndown service in late afternoon, and the staff will also call to make sure you don't need the service if no disturb sign was on the whole day. I want to thank Jeil at the reception who kindly informed me room would be ready by 10am as I arrived early at 8am (so I took a walk in the shopping complex area and visit the Chapel). Also, I appreciate Daniel for his kind introduction of the hotel and sending my luggage to my room. The meeting venue is very professionally managed, and the staff do not hesitate to accommodate last-minute requests. The various breakfast choices surprised me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Filipino option on the roof deck. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend everyone to choose this establishment for their first visit to Manila.

Had a great quality staycation in this hotel within the city. Staff are very courteous, well-trained, and have the initiative to guide guests for their needs. The interiors are really classy, and the room felt comfy. Had a sumptuous breakfast as well.

Amenities are complete though they might still have several restrictions and limitations due to Covid-19 pandemic. Surely your stay will be as comfortable as you liked it to be.

Rooms are very spacious, and comes with a water filtration system. The rooms are spaced ideally to fit a family (or group of friends) comfortably. Televisions provided are also smart android TV's so you can connect your device to stream easily. Filipino Breakfast Buffet reigns supreme upstairs, and does not even come close to the International Buffet at the Ground Floor. Overall, a very pleasant stay every time.

Super cozy place to stay right in the heart of the Makati Business District. From the guard to the food server service was warm friendly. Room was neat and well kept. Eco friendly even with a premium water purifier in the room.

Everybody was so pleasant. We’d love to stay here again. They accommodated our request of an early check-in and we really appreciate it. Another plus for me was their true commitment towards sustainability thru the use of a water filter in the room! As heavy water drinkers, we really like this because we don’t have to call everytime to ask for another set of water. Service, ambiance, and amenities are all on point! Kudos!

This is a very nice hotel. Near Marriott level. The room cleaning and service was exceptional. I want to note that I kept my "Do not disturb" on for 3 days and requested service on the 4th day. I honestly did not try much hotels in Philippines, but I have been through Asia and seen a lot of hotels. I came to Makati Diamond Residence in Feb 2022 and stayed until May 2022. I am very pleased to have chosen this hotel, I even opened an account for my company with them, all our staff and meetings will be conducted and stay in this lovely hotel. I got to meet a lot of staff in the hotel, and they all made me feel so welcome, that even today, I really miss going back to this hotel. I would like to thank each and everyone that I met in Makati Diamond and say thank you for making me feel at home away from home. Even though my trip was long and tiring, it always felt so good coming back to the hotel and resting after a long hot day in Manila. Highly recommended to stay here. The location is so close to everything you need. This location will reduce your time spent in taxi/grab and help you stay away from the crazy traffic. My room was the 64sqm room, it had a washing machine, a stove and all the things you need for a long stay. I even managed to have home cooked meals, which is one of the things I really miss when I am travelling for work. Thank you Makati Diamond. You made my hard trip so much easier with the professionalism you provided.

Spacious, clean, modern. The staff is amazing, they remembered all of our names from day one and were at all times friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a feast, at dinner there is a neat cocktail menu. This simply a very 5 star experience, everyone is nice and engaging. We were directed to the VIP check in room so we don't have to line up. I tried 3 more expensive hotels after my first visit at Makati Diamond Residences but no one came close to the quality of service that this hotel provides. They make you feel like you are a part of this exclusive family during and after your stay. They make your stay an unforgettable experience and I have been in other 5 star hotels around the world and Makati Diamond Residences is probably my favorite hotel to stay at. While their breakfast might not be that big in variety it is actually very decent when it comes to flavor and prep. I am still sad though that the breakfast taho seem to be not available during my stay. Their rooms are bigger than other hotels in Metro Manila. They even reminded me that the drinks on my fridge and snacks on the counter were complimentary since I didn’t touched them during my first stay (talk about attention to detail). Every request were delivered quickly to my room and every query that I have were answered clearly and precisely. If I could give one critique, it would be the infotainment in the room. Some hotels allow you to connect to Netflix or HBO go. It would be nice to have that option too. The place is just right of front of Greenbelt so there are a lot of places to go to for shopping, eating and partying. There’s also a 7-11 close by if you need anything and it is open 24/7.
