SM Makati has expanded and leveled up at every opportunity it gets. I grew up regularly being brought by my parents here to buy shoes, school supplies and uniforms, toys, clothing and more. Despite the multitudes of competitor stores nowadays, it is still to date one of the best stores to buy quality items at affordable prices, even slashing them during sale events.

Sufficient but could be way better. A lot of high quality products with absolutely amazing value in the SM department store. Also houses some fashion staples like H&M, Uniqlo, and F21. Really great place to visit when shopping! Food choices could be improved drastically. Food quality and value are not good. For better options try Glorietta, The Landmark, or Greenbelt.

SM Makati has plenty of stores to offer. They also have their famous department stores, where you can buy basic needs such as clothes, appliances, DIY stuff, and more. They also have a supermarket for your needs. This mall is also connected to Glorietta and other transportation centers such as MRT-3 and One Ayala. Sometimes, the mall offers good promotions, such as mall sales and other discount events.

A good place to stop for almost everything you'll need at home or for travel. Easy to navigate around. Easy access to car parking.

The SM Store Makati has been recently renovated and now looks great. The supermarket and food court is at the basement level and there are four floors of their department store. Big brands like Uniqlo and H&M and also here as well as Crate and Barrel. The whole building is also very conveniently connected to the MRT-3 Ayala Station and the southbound and northbound bus stops.

One thing I'd noticed is the food court located in the basement.... There were no cleaners or cleaning staff to remove used food items on tables. Letting customers do the cleaning and clearing of the table used by previous customers. I do recommend to have 2 staff per each food kiosk so for purpose of setting clean and orderly food court area.

Nice bedroom with basics to stay for several days. Maybe just need some update like smart TV, hangers on the bathroom for robes, new trash can (mine was broken), little things that can make the excelence. They have super nice areas and bedrooms. Service is very kind. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again.

4 yrs ago: The saleslady at the ground flr watson section wasn't very helpful. She doesn't even know what products they were selling. I had to call the attention of the supervisor to assist me. Sept 2022: The mall looks so festive. There are so many Xmas trees and decorations at the 5th floor, Home section.

There's no signal of Dito here. Other than that, it's convenient to buy anything here from groceries to clothes, appliances and electronics.

Clean mall, everywhere seats, kindly staff, you can find almost everything.. Supermarket under and restaurants

A large department store which is very clean, brightly lit and there is a large range of local and international products. Quite a good store with wide variety of clothing, beauty and fashion.

One of the best shopping mall in Makati aside from glorietta and landmark. Wide selection of shops, foods and grocery items. Fresh ambiance and well lit atmosphere. Popular destination of foreigner and locals to shop items. Mall is clean and maintained. Great SM mall experienced.

One of the largest multi-level SM Store of all. People can choose from a wide variety of clothes, dresses, watches, shoes, accessories anm many more. Parking is not a problem since the near parking area in here is the Park Square 1 that has a direct access at the 3rd level of the mall.

Dependable store which our family really like to shop. Very polite sales persons ever ready to assist you in every way possible.

Wide variety of items from clothing to house care. Place is clean, staff are courteous and helpfull.

Very accessible, you can ride on mrt from tbe market itself.

SM Makati is one of my favorite places to shop, from food, clothes, grooming products and dinnerware. My one stop shop.

Had a wonderful surprise when i shopped recently! Was upgraded to vip, and they assigned a personal shopper!! Cool!!

The Store caters to every "shopper". It offers kool deals too. The lay out and ease of navigation is an added attraction. In-house staff are happy to be of assistance. Dining options are few, but adequate for a quick bite or takeout.

Good protocols for safe shopping. All stores are open. Has good store time.

Still not as crowded compared to pre-ecq (aug 2021)

Like most pinoys, I love SM...I almost always go to the grocery stores when I need something for our kitchen. It has almost everything I need, except dried berries for snacking and my fave liquid bath soap from Old Spice...there are times though that lines became long due to few opened tellers. I suggest that fridays, saturdays and Sundays should have maximum opened tellers. And the green bags too should be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the bought items. I was a victim of this as I was loading the bag in the taxi it gave way...and I was gathering all the items on the street.

Love SM stores so much, especially this one in Makati. Would love to visit again soon!😁😀😍

They have everything here. So many good finds at the department store! Imported brands like H&M, Forever 21, Uniqlo, Pandora just to name a few can be found here. For girls, check out the make up section. There's also a food court and grocery at the basement. Avail of the SMAC rewards card if you come here often.

Establishments follows the minimum health standard and there are personnel that enforces the rules.The supermarket offers affordable produce.

Nice shopping mall which have almost everything you need. Even it is not as big as Glorietta or Greenbelt but due to its size is compact, you can locate everything you need quickly. SM Supermarket at the ground floor also provide lots of affordable goods with quality

Very cold ac even amidst pandemic which is great. Guards and mall staff are also actively reminding shoppers to properly useface masks and shields. Great job!
