    Although a useful service, I can't fully say they have a good service. App does not work at all, forced to use website. They have missed my scheduled delivery around a third of the time which causes issues because I have to bump plans because I have to wait longer to receive my items. Runner sometimes will not even inform if they have delivered and so I have had ice cream melt fully because they had failed to do so. Expect to always have many of your items missing, requiring replacements or not available at all.

    I ordered thru their website, I cancelled my order due to a lot of unavailable items. It was my mistake, I was a PureGo user and tried to use this app as an alternative but it was not the greatest decision I ever made. Waste of time and effort. I should've used PureGo instead. They have a lot of things to improve on, my order was rescheduled for the next day, they should not allow to receive orders if they cant accomplish it on the selected time. And worst of all, I need to wait a few more days to receive my refund. I am not gonna use this app and will never recommend it.

    Since the pandemic started, we got so scared to go out even for a grocery run. MetroMart has become our go-to since! Aside from a super user friendly interface, they have a lot to offer too. What I like the most about this app is its CSR, because since we mainly use it for grocery stash and food, their people informs us every detail like the expiration date, or if the item is out of stock, alternatives, just how I would normally do. They really care for their customers Next thing are the riders, they initiate calls/texts how you prefer, so no more worries on your orders, you literally just chill and wait for them to arrive. Honestly, one of the best apps there is! + they give a lot of vouchers too, wouldn't you like that? KUDOS METROMART 🥰👏

    My family has been buying our groceries from Metromart since the pandemic. Their app is user-friendly. Their shoppers communicate promptly with us for replacements and out-of-stock items. We are sad, but understanding, about many unavailable items. Delivery service is good and timely. The refunds for excess payments charged are returned to our account. Their chat box for our concerns is functional. Ready staff to chat with you during the day. Thank you MetroMart for being partners to households. Stay well.

    Unreliable delivery times. Their commitment is 1 hour but their ability is delivery within 4 hours. Beware.

    Avoid this delivery app. Not worth the expense. Awful customer service. Delivery charge + Shopping charge + ₱150.00 Tip. Wrong items were delivered, no effort to correct mistake.

    MetroMart was a big help to me during the pandemic. It was a lifesaver. I’ve been a loyal client of them since then. I’ve never had any problems with my orders, and I could easily track everything via their app. I also love their CSR, because they’re quick to address any concerns that I have and they’re very friendly and helpful.

    Service works well enough. Their customer service agents aren't well-trained though. They're respectful and accomodating but it took me about a series of emails for them to tell me how the in-app tip is divided between the shopper, rider, and Metromart. Yes please note that METROMART GETS 30% OF THE TIP YOU GIVE IN-APP --- 35% goes to the shopper and the other 35% goes to the rider. They said, "In terms of the tip via app, 30% goes to Tech usage and insurance background verification while 70% is divided to the assigned shopper and runner who catered the job order. Please note that rating affects the tip allocation and if it is negative, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer" It took them about 5 back-and-forths before they divulged that. I am unsure if their cut is justified and if the percentage they get is commensurate to the purpose. I feel the entire amount should go to the shopper and rider. METROMART SHOULD ALSO BE MORE TRANSPARENT ABOUT THE PEECENTAGE THEY GET FROM THE TIPS. What exactly is "insurance background verification" for? I'm not happy about this aspect of Metromart but the app itself is satisfactory.

    I don't know if the problem is with Metromart or Landmark but upon checking out all my orders disappeared, Prior to it, the partial list disappeared so I had to re-order. Also, twice there was no option for date of delivery, and had problems saving my credit card details. I just wasted 3 hours!!!

    Works pretty well, I had a weird issue with payments and custom service answered pretty quickly. Some shoppers don't check for alternative items sometimes, while some do.

    So...To order you have to CHOOSE your address FIRST so the system can give you the list of places you can order groceries from based on your location. I selected my address (I have two places on my account). Then, I ordered from the usual grocer. However, an issue happened after my checkout. My order tracking page listed the delivery is meant for the address which I did not select at all. My delivery also went there so it's clear there's an error in the system that did not reflect my chosen address correctly. I mean, you literally choose where your order is going to be delivered FIRST. I can confirm that by my account settings too because the correct address is still selected there. There's no reason the address should change post-checkout. I have reported this issue so I'm giving this service a 3-star for now. They should fix this.

    Been a long time customer of Metromart, but their recent addition of mystery fees and miscommunication between the app and the shoppers have lost me as a customer. Twice already— the shopper would call me and align on a different price, but the rider would see a different additional price on his app upon delivery.

    Delivery time has become unreliable lately especially with Landmark Grocery Alabang and S&R Sucat. When I place an order the next available delivery time is 5 hours. To be specific, I placed my order at 930am and delivery time is 3-4pm. Then at the ETA I get a notification that the store is expecting a surge in orders. At around 5pm, I get a message from the rider that he is just on the way to deliver the orders. This is just very poor service. Some of the items ordered were meant to be cooked for dinner of the same day. Nevertheless, 2-3 hours delay in delivery is unacceptable! Please improve your service. And please improve your app also and include a live chat with a customer service agent for immediate concerns

    Customer since 2019. The shopper that made my last delivery had made an unauthorized item replacement without my consent. I had reached the customer service about it and they are not very helpful at all. Guess it is time to switch to another grocery delivery service.

    Failed to deliver for Christmas which means no meat for Christmas Day and eve despite ordering nearly a week before. Only got notice the items would be delivered on the 26th after the delivery time. Plus anytime I order through them always lots of items not in stock. I know they are between the vendor and the customer but their customer service is appalling, as in nothing we can do. Surge of orders at holiday time, seriously you couldn’t predict that!! Don’t take orders that can’t be fulfilled and sign your vendors up to that too. Easy if you have a proper logistic and inventory system in place. Last time I will order through metro mart.

    Scheduled an order w/in the day. Wait for the whole day then they cancelled my order. Beware on this company. Metromart more like MetroShit!
