It was a adequate room for the price. The employees we're at times rude and they always kept the front gate locked. It was very uncomfortable having to ring the buzzer to be let in whenever I left. I won't be a returning customer.

I went there to inquire but the lady from the reception was rude on answering questions she was too busy doing something else.

It's nice and clean but the wifi was off and very bad english spoken there. Had to go to the lobby for a kettle to heat water and the "offer" to run around the corner to buy a beer for me when I asked for a store cost me extra 50 peso! But all in all the RedDoorz hotels are nice and I'm using one in Cebu tomorrow.

Red Doorz hotel is simply the best for staycation in a budget. The rooms are so affordable and I like the design of the hotel, its like you're still @ your home. Every room got kitchen complete with refrigerator, (though rented on a very minimal price), dining table & chair and also got wall-mounted telephone. I paricularly like the balcony overlooking Makati and the bedroom was so relaxing and classy, comes with an a/c, flat screen tv, closet & I really like there's a lot of mirrors, lol. The bathroom got all the basics you need like a shower with heater, toilet & sink. There's also a garden for smoking area @ the top of the hotel. The staffs are very courteous, accomodating & friendly with very good customer service!!! I also like the design of the reception area with an aquarium, chandelier & comfy seats. There's an incident deposit upon check-in with a minimum amount & paid in cash which will be returned once you check-out. There's only stairs in this four-storey hotel but it's totally okay. All-in-all, its a very, very good hotel, highly recommended!!! Will book a room again next time!!!

We always book this property for staycation after long weeks of work. And all the staff so far welcomes you with a smile and they're all nice and polite. Though sometimes it's hard to guarantee getting a room with balcony, hope they can have the option online to book a specific type of room like the ones with balcony. We're always willing to pay extra just to get a balcony cause we like the view at night and have coffee there.

It is very cozy and clean. Safe place to stay while you are in manila. Very accommodating staff and responds to any issues right away when you have concerns about the room. It has a fridge and an electric heater you can use when you want to have you coffee early in the morning. Cool place to stay!

Good place, at reasonable rates, at the heart of Makati, there is no elevator but that is not a deal breaker for me, a good place to rest is whats important

Not bad for a budget hotel. The staff will help you carry even your very heavy luggage up the stairs.
