Lots of impatient Staff (though not everyone). Rushed because there are lots of patients. Some of the facilities are not working as well. If you look at it from the outside, it wouldn't look like a building that's 'clean' in hospital standards either. If you have other places to get your medical, then I suggest go there instead. If your company requires you to go here, then oh well, just bear with it. It's a day after a holiday so maybe they're just stressed with pending patients or hangover from a free day, but I still think my stay wasn't as pleasant as it could've been

Disgusting behaviour of employees, very unprofessional! One nurse was even shouting at an elderly. No sense of urgency, no willingness to assist/help. It's like all the employees dragged themselves to work there and were venting their stress out to the customers/patients. Very disappointing and aggravating.

Staff chatting, and did not open on time, 730 am as indicated in the published operating hours. Had to shuffle back and forth from second to third floors for all the tests. Staff are generally nice, alright, probably the only good point here. Bathroom does not have hand sanitizers and toilet papee inside, you will need to go out to wash your hands and all, so you've touched everything with unwashed hands, including the door knobs before you reach the washing area. Should be more hygienic, considering that you don't know the medical background of the other customers.

Earlier today, I went to AFR. To check all documents if it is complete. To find out, I have a missing requirements for me to bring. That’s the Polio Vaccine. My flight is scheduled tomorrow. since i have a record on this clinic already, I contacted them by 2pm if the vaccine were available prior heading to the clinic, I was just so lucky to have an available vial, the last one. I made an appointment over the phone and asked them if they can wait until i arrive and have it done. Thank god, all the employees assisted me promptly without hesitation. It wasn’t their fault anyway, but they extended for few minutes. To everyone out here especially OFW, ask your agents if all the papers and requirements are done prior making any flight schedule. Cos if things could go wrong, we might get offloaded at the last minute of our flight. Stay vigilant. Make appointment ahead of time. Nice team, super helpful. From front-desk, information desk, cashier, to the Drs and Nurses out there. Thank you! I appreciate it. Take quick ride with angkas or joyride for you to avoid traffic.

One of the best clinic I’ve ever been. - super organized - it’s clean - it’s spacious - the staff are nice and friendly even there is a shortage - smooth process and not crowded - I like it because the process is not too slow Kudos to the management because I appreciate it a lot. I hope you continue that way

I'm a private citizen, not a seaman or job applicant, and I specifically try out clinics like this to rate them. The staff here are alright, but the guards are insanely rude. I felt like a 3rd class citizen here. It feels like the guards want to drive customers away. You have to go through the powertripping guards to meet the welcoming smiles of the staff. I went back a second time with different clothes. You have to dress up nicely to get proper greeting from the guards. I could imagine their treatment of the less fortunate. If you have a car, dont bring it with you. The guards will scratch your car and will threaten you to have it clamped.

Had a great experience when I did my medical at this clinic on the 18th of May. It was fast and organized, I was able to get my medical certificate the following day. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. On top of that, the facility itself is clean. Kudos to all its employees and to the management.

Two doctors were rude and some of the staff somewhat unhelpful. The results were questionable as well. Even if you show past and present results for comparison they will still insist that they were right because they got offended that you questioned their results. That’s two facilities (actually better ones) against them. Math is not adding up. Hope you get better doctors and train them with customer service. Not recommended. Oh, they do not allow you to take your results home even if you paid for them. What a joke.

They deserved a 5 star for a very smooth process of medical and approachable staff. Thank and keep it up

The clinic is very well organised and clean! The staff are are accommodating. Just remember that if you are pregnant, make sure to get an affidavit of support from your sponsor to avoid inconvenience as the clinic requires it before the release of your medical certificate.

The clinic is well-organized, clean and everyone was wearing PPE. The processes were smooth and fast. I took my medical there and almost everything ran smoothly. I was only slowed down when I got to 4th floor in the Nurse section since no one was there to organize the people. Everything ran smooth except that part although when I was attended to, I didn't have any problem with their service. Overall a great clinic, highly recommended. Update: went back to get my results and apparently, nurse section forgot to get my BP the previous and a vaccine requirement for my medical. Props to everyone who assisted me even if they were supposed to be on break, EVEN the nurses. Really thankful for the great service.
