Was quite happy to see a boxing gym around to do my exercise. Upon inquiring, I was so disgusted with the place. Will never even try working out here.

I train a lot at this place. It is a simple boxing gym. Some of the equipment are worn down, but that is a good sign that it is being used. They are all kept clean. As of 2018, the prices are slightly higher but there are new equipments.

Coaches are friendly, rates are reasonable

Good place to learn boxing. I recommend couch Bear. He is the man! Treating his job seriously. He will give you hard time but after each session you feel stronger and you will feel it was worth it.

I had 2 boxing sessions here, when on my travels. I'm definitely coming back. Rolly is amazing trainer and also active fighter. Very good on mitts. This guy knows what he's doing! Highly recommended coach!! When you come here, look for Rolly!

The place is near Makati CBD. The only downside is there's only one instructor for Muay Thai.

The place is quite congested for gym goer, but you will definitely would like to re-visit the place as soon as possible. The energy inside is very positive, and the instructora know what they are doing. I would recommend Vergel in Elorde Makati Ave branch!
