Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Raj, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Raj is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful Wellness area. Quiet neighborhood and perfectly placed for day trips. They have a very good cook. I enjoyed the food very much.

Really nice place to visit in Bandarawela. Especially the location is center for visit other places such as Ella, Haputale, Diyatalawa, Badulla and many more places. Staff is really helpful. Rooms are well cleaned and maintain properly with all the facilities. We got a super view from our room and room with the balcony gets the best cool climate. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would love to visit again.

Stayed one night during my recent visit to Uva Province. Nice and clean hotel ,very well maintained. Service was good and friendly staff is their to serve you. Enjoyed my stay.

Good location and definitely a grand hotel few years ago. I guess after covid maintenance budget becomes lower. We stayed two nights and three days. We had to call 3 times to inform about the hot water in bathroom. Always its broken due to any reason. We had to wait without having wash (with children) until they repair it. Also the restaurant needs good attention with their menu and food preparation. I can say foods are average. But should mention the staff are really good and very helpful. The management needs to put more capital to maintain such a hotel.
