Very bad customer service. The staff at the front desk have absolutely no coordination between the patient and the doctor. We visited the doctor yesterday and was told the patient has to be admitted for 5 days. We were under the assumption that a room was available for the duration of the stay, but in the evening after reaching home we phoned the hospital to confirm our arrival tomorrow but was told there is no rooms available and they don't know when they will be free. Today we came in the morning to see the doctor again after getting an x-ray done. We went downstairs to discuss the formalities with the staff at the reception but they had absolutely no idea why we came and what the problem was. They were asking us to explain everything to them as they had no information about the patient and why they need to be admitted. What this means is they have no access to the patients files which the doctor had worked on and don't have any proper information to handle the situation. I expected more from this hospital but unfortunately our experience was bad. The staff is very inexperienced in handling customer relations and how to coordinate between doctor patient files. The staff need lessons on how to professionally operate in a hospital environment to ensure a pleasant experience for the patients!

Quick and excellent service from Gurudharmam Mission Hospital is really appreciable. They have good facilities and supportive staffs too. Four wheelers and two wheelers parking is available. In short, it’s a multispeciality hospital in the heart of Mala at an affordable cost...

I had a very bad experience there. They are using very high doses of medicine that can negatively impact your health. They are not conducting a proper evaluation and study of patients and their conditions. Casualties are also very unprofessional and careless with patient care.

Very bad hospital. No basic facilities. Bad behavior of staffs nd nurses. Pharmacists are not even aware of the names of simple medicines that even familiar with normal people and also medicines and injections are not available and have to buy from oitside. From the experience i could understand taffs and hospital management are working for the Apollo hospital. Because for evwn simple things patients are referred to Appolo hospital.

This hospital has emerged into a pretty decent hospital in the vicinity of our home. Great doctors are available and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. I was admitted there almost a year ago due to a case of pneumonia. Thanks a ton to the doctor's timely diagnosis and the treatment thereafter. I'm still alive 😎🙏🏿. My mom has been going there for her regular checkups for more than two years. She's quite happy with the treatments,doctors and the staff. However there are some areas of improvement that could be - adding more varieties of food for IP, -IP rooms could be more ventilated. -the ground floor is a bit congested for that's where the reception, pharmacy, cash and laboratory are at. (But heard they're expanding the building so hope they'll move or rearrange those facilities for better spaciousness) Wishing health and prosperity to all those who read this review 🙏🏿
