Very
bad
customer
service.
The
staff
at
the
front
desk
have
absolutely
no
coordination
between
the
patient
and
the
doctor.
We
visited
the
doctor
yesterday
and
was
told
the
patient
has
to
be
admitted
for
5
days.
We
were
under
the
assumption
that
a
room
was
available
for
the
duration
of
the
stay,
but
in
the
evening
after
reaching
home
we
phoned
the
hospital
to
confirm
our
arrival
tomorrow
but
was
told
there
is
no
rooms
available
and
they
don't
know
when
they
will
be
free.
Today
we
came
in
the
morning
to
see
the
doctor
again
after
getting
an
x-ray
done.
We
went
downstairs
to
discuss
the
formalities
with
the
staff
at
the
reception
but
they
had
absolutely
no
idea
why
we
came
and
what
the
problem
was.
They
were
asking
us
to
explain
everything
to
them
as
they
had
no
information
about
the
patient
and
why
they
need
to
be
admitted.
What
this
means
is
they
have
no
access
to
the
patients
files
which
the
doctor
had
worked
on
and
don't
have
any
proper
information
to
handle
the
situation.
I
expected
more
from
this
hospital
but
unfortunately
our
experience
was
bad.
The
staff
is
very
inexperienced
in
handling
customer
relations
and
how
to
coordinate
between
doctor
patient
files.
The
staff
need
lessons
on
how
to
professionally
operate
in
a
hospital
environment
to
ensure
a
pleasant
experience
for
the
patients!
