Dropped by the salon for a quick haircut. Great job done by Edwin. Very friendly and good stylist. Can see he paid attention to detail and cut nicely.

It was my first time coming to this salon based on the review in Google. I was lucky enough to have a slot for hair washing and blow dry. I was attended by Alice, she was very kind and friendly. She did a hair assessment prior to the wash and suggested for treatment which I happily agreed to. She included hairstyling using ghd hair curler (knowing that I would take photos after that 😚). Through out the process, she shared on how to better care for my hair which I really appreciate. Overall it’s a very good experience. Would love to come back next time I visit Malacca. I totally recommend this salon and Alice!

1st visit on 2nd week Oct 2023. As first time here and salon location inside the shopping mall so take time to search..I called for directions and a lady named Alice very patiently told me but I still unable to reach her so she asked me to stay and she will come to me. Thank you for her patience in advising me and designing for my hairdo, according to the dress up to attend my nephew's wedding lunch later. Thanks, Alice, for her great service!

Took a chance with INM salon while I was holidaying in Melaka and I was very satisfied with my haircut! Edmund, my hair stylist, understood what I was going for and was very professional in his service! It was a relief to get rid of my heavy waist-long hair and I loved the new haircut Edmund gave me. The service included a hair wash, haircut and styling. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone passing by - the stylists and prices are great!

Very happy client here. Visiting from the US and in need of haircut. Alice was very friendly and offered me for hair treatments as well. My damaged/bleached hair feels really soft after the treatment. I’ll definitely return whenever I visit Malaysia .

Great service and completely satisfied. Came in with my mother to get our hair done during our trip to melaka. I got my hair dyed and cut by Edmund, who did a great job. He was also very patient and thorough in his explanation of the process and price. My mother did a hair treatment serviced by Alice. She was very friendly and professional and gave great advice on the hair services and aftercare. Definitely will come back again!

I texted in the evening to find out more about their services. Her responses was prompt despite the late hours. In the saloon, Ms Alice explains in detail about the different hair treatments and hair colouring packages available. She also recommended hair styles and was so patient with me. Viola! I love the end results! She achieved the colour I wanted. My hair felt softer than it ever been. All in 3 hours! I would definitely revisit this saloon!

I was on a short getaway to Malacca and decided to get myself pampered by washing my hair. Little did I know I will be getting me a color refresh. I enjoyed my 3.5hrs here getting the services done. They were super patient and understanding my needs. The environment was cozy and the hair colorist made me feel comfortable all throughout the process. Certainly recommend this place to anyone ☺️ There is a small snack corner and bottled water if you need some refreshments while getting pampered.

I would like to echo what many who have already given their good reviews to this salon. Alice and Ivy were truly outstanding, very professional and passionate for honing their crafts. Importantly, they do not treat it as if it is just like another 'job' or another 'human' coming for a hair cut. Very attentive to every single detail, gave sound advice on hair care and ensure i walked out as a satisfied customer. Also, being the last customer of the day...i did not see any sign of fatigue on them. Highly recommend for the skills and service.

Super happy with my experience at INM. Alice was very considerate and understanding. I appreciated her detailed and professional advice about my restyle and treatment options. I would definitely recommend her as a hair stylist. Also loved that the studio was really clean and comfortable without any unpleasantly loud music.

I thought it was very good. I thought I would come out of the barber shop crying, but I didn't expect that the final product would be exactly as I imagined. The service attitude was also very good, and they took care of the customer's feelings even if it was very busy.
