great experience and nice environment hair salon in melaka. especially Dave his professional advice on my hair style and hair scalp problems. and i had a really nice massage during my hair scalp treatment by staff Elaine, she is really good 👍🏻. excellent service with them & reasonable price. highly recommended.

Me and my friends (4 of us) came with a request and the staffs are super friendly, gave multiple tips on hair, and suggested treatments but without the forcing demeanour. We definitely enjoyed their presence, and honestly their patience in handling our crazy attitude. Definitely recommended!

The best experience and service u can get for any kind of hair treatment. Honestly im not surprise with M concept 5 star rating. The treat you like a princess. My kids love this place as they serve so many free snacks and drink. Whenever you come to melaka, make sure you make your booking as they always fully booked on weekend.

The barber was very professional and gave me a haircut that suited my face shape. And my hair will not be dry even if it is dyed. The hairdresser's skills are very good. Worth recommending👍🏻

Did my hair colouring here, excellent consultation, no pressuring attitude to buy their package/upgrade service. Also gave great tips for hair care. Complimentary snacks too! Overall very satisfied.

Initially thought this place seemed too good to be true with so many 5 star ratings, but we are truly impressed by the top notch service by our friendly stylists, Aaron and Eileen. This was the best experience I've ever had in any salon , a friend of mine recommended this place we were three of us .... Me and one of my friend got wash , cut and a style and my other friend got a cut and style ..... The atmosphere was great , prices were accordingly to the service ,no complaints about it..... The service were incredible, I loved the way the stylist did not complaint or judge me for my pretty longer hair to cut on as I don't usually get time for my self care day because I literally have a day or two off in a whole month so I don't really get to go to the salon as often.... Highly recommend this salon and they give you exact service or type of hairstyle you're trying to get done definitely will go back .....

She also provided additional knowledge such as how to design a haircut etc. ...... It made me feel that she always puts her customers first.
