I had a very bad experience today (4th March 2022) at 10:25 a.m. I called the number here to ask about my parcel. My call was answered in very rude manners. A woman answered my call and scolded me just because I called a wrong DHL. I knew that I was wrong for calling DHL Express not the DHL E-Commerce. However, you should never make the customer sound stupid when people are asking you questions. If you have a bad day and it affects your performance then you are not right to be working in customer service. You should explain properly, what if the one who call is old people who did not know well about this kind of things? I hope this service point can teach some of their staffs some good manners when working.
