At first I just went because of my ear problems. Then I find out about my tonsil which effecting my ear, snore and apnea(difficulty to breath during sleep).. Dr Fong is a good & professional doctor. He accurate diagnosed my dad’s issue and performed ear wax removal. Greatly improves his hearing capability with hearing aid. My dad suffers vision and hearing impairment due to aging. Lost his sight permanently a few years ago despite multiple surgery. Now with his hearing deteriorating, we’re trying every means to slow down the process. Dr Fong has gone into great length becoming our referee for our OKU application. We are thankful of his effort in extending his support. OKU aid would drastically reduce my burden and medical expenses. I first visited Dr Fong's clinic in January 2022 for my hearing problem which later turned out to be more serious than what I initially thought. Dr Fong had been very attentive and helpful in making me understand the whole situation. He explained in detail the treatment options available for me to consider. In the end I decided to proceed with the surgery as I was certain it was the way forward for my problem. The surgery was completed safely despite a few hurdles thanks to Dr Fong's expertise. No words can express my gratitude to Dr Fong. It was by chance that I was in KLCC with my mother. We were discussing about her fall, and her knee doctor said that it’s not due to her knees. Most likely to being unstable. So we decided to see an ear doctor and when I googled, Dr Fong was nearby. He was also able to see my mom at such short notice even though there was a queue. He treated my mom with such politeness and respect that I swear my mom was smitten over him. I thought being in KLCC that the bill would be a lot, however it was so reasonable. We met Dr Fong no more then 3 times and now my mom is using her hearing aid. Dr Fong guided me on how to get her a hearing aid which the government provided to her for free since my late father was a government servant. She has not complained about feeling unstable anymore and she can now hear the telephone ring from the kitchen. We no longer have to shout to her as she can hear us and she too no longer have to ask us to repeat what we said. Life is so much better, with Dr Fong the ear doctor! 🙂

Dr Fong was very attentive and listened to my concerns before further checking. He also explained thoroughly the issues and suggest alternative treatments to ease my sinus problem. I opted for FESS (Functional endoscopic sinus surgery) after trying medication for a few months and Dr Fong conducted the surgery himself. Everything was smooth, paperwork for insurance was done by his office and his office would contact me from time to time to set follow-up appointments. My go-to ENT Specialist.

I've been referred to Dr Fong on my tonsillitis and nose breathing. Dr Fong's patient and kind and most importantly friendly. He explains your condition from A-Z and helps give you options before resorting to surgery. I highly recommend his services. Friendly, soft spoken doctor. Advises well on options during my medical tenure. Shares knowledge and answers patiently, including showing in google. Despite his busy schedule, he even able to personally whatsapp his patient for queries. Even inform upfront personally (in rare occasion) if he's running late due to other emergency attended. Btw, his new scope screen is cool! Sometimes get some freebie (drink, snacks) 🤭 Meanwhilez the clinic has free wifi and snacks... so can fill time while waiting for your turn...

Hi...having issue with snorring and continuous cough especially early in the morning are really unpleasent..I decided to meet Dr Fong in TTMC KLCC where he revealed the whole root causes and suggested for me to check my Oxygen content during sleep..upon result released, decision made to undergo laser treatment.
