    1. I had my training session under Coach Rann, overall he's a one good coach. Each of the programs are well executed and I feel much more better after every session with him. A well mannered coach, experienced in Muay Thai and most importanty, best punctuality. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fitness coach. 2. The fitness centre itself feels like home. There is an open space where members and clients will do the functional training and it is well equipped. 3. The other secluded area is for appointment basis only on which exclusively for clients that took the PT session with them. Very good initiative had been taken by the team considering the fact that not everyone has the courage to workout in a commercial gym. The space are fully air conditioned and it's pretty much comfortable. Thank you Fitcom Fitness Centre and Coach Rann for being a part of my sweet journey <3

    Nice coach and very good environment. Just follow schedule training and meal plan, and finally will get the best result. My target is fat loss and will achieved my target with my nice guy coach Ran. So as long as I training at FITCOM Fitness Centre give me good experience and motivate myself also.

    Great experience to have personal trainer Shanice Yu working with me to get fitter. She was very professional and helpful. I used to have knee area pain and tightness, only to learn from the sessions with Shanice that it was due to incorrect posture during the exercises. Shanice helped me to recover, do the exercises the correct way and I never had such issue again.

    Great environment for working out, all inclusive equipment and friendly trainer.Thanks to my personal trainer Edmund im able to lost weight and having a healthy diet schedule just for a short month.

    I have wanted to try signing up for PT for a long time. I saw a Fitcom advertisement on Instagram and decided to subscribe to their courses. Here I would like to thank my coach Lele. Lele really carefully plans the course schedule for students. While training you, he also carefully checks whether the postures are correct and then guides the correct movements. It will also guide you to eat more correctly. If you want to exercise effectively, you can really consider Fitcom & Lele!

    Small and private gym that feels me more personal. My personal trainer, Coach Sally super nice and take an interest in i no matter what fitness level are at. I really like how she give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Highly recommended!

    Ran, who is a good and amiable coach, is the one who trains me. An experienced Muay Thai coach with good manners, and most importantly, the best timeliness. He consistently creates a fitness routine depending on my capabilities and endurance level, which encourages and motivates me to keep going.If you want a fitness coach, I highly recommend him.

    My 1st best experiance workout with Muay Thai!! Really love the PT session with cheerful & supportive Coach Emma. She always provide the training set based on my current stamina & skill level which make me more motivated & inspired to continue. She knew well her trainee's preference 😆 Thru this 30 sessions fun journey, my body fat % & visceral fat 📉 & muscle mass 📈 which is what we aimed for..and definitely, the journey will be continue..highly recommended for private PT & skillful coach 👍👍👍 The gym quite comfortable - with aircond & fan. It also have good facilities & gym equipment.

    I had my training session with Fitcom almost 12 month under coach Edmund . He is very passionate, professional and encouraging me on the workout , dieting , nutrition and etc . Under the training session I learned so many knowledge on the workout part and nutrition in take for ur health. The changes that I have make on this session workout make me more active and confident many more activities.

    I engaged Fitcom's help to rehabilitate my right knees due to a sports injury resulting my meniscus, ACL and collateral ligament to be all partially torn. Due to this injury which had plagued me for more than 6 months, my right leg's muscles atrophied considerably and I needed to find ways to rebuild them and regain the strength on the right leg so that I am not risking another injury on my left knee for over compensations. I was lucky to be assigned to Ay Wen who's arm with specialized knowledge in sports injury rehabilitations. We got down to work immediately: Our 1 to 1 sessions (3 times a week) enable us to really focus on the functionality, balance and strength trainings of my right leg. A little over 2 months of training I find myself in a better place now: I have regained much of my muscle mass in my right leg, improved moderately on my flexibility, worked thoroughly on my secondary muscles and most importantly I have gained a lot of control on my balance (which is crucial for me to advert future injuries) I will strongly recommend Ay Wen and Fit Com for any sort of sport injuries rehabilitations, muscles conditioning/toning/ balancing and strengthening of secondary muscles for sports injuries preventions. So many of us are unaware of the fact that we might work on our primary muscles regularly, we often tend to ignore our secondary muscles and this gives rise to sports injury. And we all want to continue to be active in sports and so prevention is the best measure.. So my advice is to have some basic training to build your secondary muscles, core and improve your balance which in times to come will save you troubles and pains of sports injuries.

    I am very satisfied with the training session of my two coaches, Shanice and Xian Hwi. Great functional gym and clean environment place. Awesome personal trainers Shanice and Xian Hwi helped me achieving my goals, very motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging! Highly recommended! In addition, Fitcom Fitness is a great place to work out.

    Good coach and nice environment! My personal trainers, Shanice and Xian Hwi are excellent fitness trainers. Their guidances and advises is really helping out a lot to stay fit. They are friendly and helpful in sharing nutrition diet plan and motivation given always. Awesome personal trainers!

    This is my first time join this gym, my personal trainer (Ms. Sally) is very helpful and give me so much advice regarding calories intake, tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body ! Thank you so much to my coach and i really love her excellent training 👍👍👍

    Shout out to my PT Coach, Sally! Superb in tracking your progress, always follow up with your daily meal from time to time. Very fun coach and great in giving motivation. She will also consistently help in recording video of your workout moment, it’s a big bonus! 😁😁 Professional & highly recommended! I signed up 50 PT class, currently gone thru about 25 classes, in 2 months time, very obvious improvement, not only improving my body shape and body health, what I didn’t expect was my mental health is getting much much better, my lifestyle became healthier, happier, and productive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars to PT Coach, Sally 💛💛💛💛💛 5 loves to FITCOM Fitness Centre

    Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Even so, my PT: Jeffry is a professional yet kind, patient and understanding. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness and body image to work with Jeffry. The environment in the gym were also nice n cozy ☺️

    Decided to get 30 session with Coach Emma after trial. Main goal was to actually improve mental health. Muay thai helped as I can punch and kick stuff and release my stress. Plus Emma is always open to talk about anything. Overall, my mental health definitely improved after my sessions. Go ask for Emma if you also want to improve your mental health.

    Decided to signed up their 30 sessions PT class after attended their trial class by coach Sally. The reason why I choose here because: 1. Private and clean environment 2. All the equipments are well maintained 3. Lastly, (which is the most important thing) effective coaching was delivered well by my coach. I am glad and blessed to meet my coach because she really caters the workout and diet plan personally to me based on the body composition results. In which the plan is really suits me well. Despite of that, I have also gain lots of fat loss knowledge from my coach, Sally. Thanks a lot for moving me back to the right path in my fat loss journey. Whenever I feel like giving up, she always give her very best to motivate me. In turn, I am able to achieve my targeted percentage body fats by not losing my muscle. And I am really happy with my results and body shape. For those of you that looking for PT around Melaka, this is definitely a good place for you to start up your fitness journey.

    I went for their trial class after delivery and I decided to signed up for their membership after that. My coach is Carol乐乐 who’s also just after delivery. She’s very understanding and great at guiding me during workout and diet wise. Regardless of my hectic schedule which only allows me to attend the class once/twice a week, I still managed to see changes physically and improvements from the bodyscan data. Definitely will recommend Fitcom when my friends/ family are looking for a place to workout.

    I was looking for postnatal training and I found Fitcom trainer 乐乐 is certified trainer for pre and postnatal training. 乐乐 is very professional and she understand all my problems and worried. She coach me with postpartum rehabilitation exercises during training to help achieve better results. After 10 classes, my weight and body fats is lower and my muscles has increased. Besides, all the trainers there are helpful and friendly. Environment is good and I strongly recommend 👍👍👍

    I am trained by Shanice Yu and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the workouts and the level of support I've received. She provides personalized workout plan to me and I set the training slot. She is a knowledgeable instructor. She shares with me a lot of workout knowledge and guide me a right post during workout session. Since joining, I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance. Further, the workout room is free from smell of sweat. The equipment is clean and in good working order. I recommend FITCOM Fitness Centre to you.

    I had learned Muay Thai training under coach Emma, who is a professional and friendly coach in teaching and correcting my posture. She will provide workout plan and suggest some meal plan to me. She also willing to share her experiences and knowledges with me.     I am YiHao ,18 years old and I am glad that I met my coach Ran first time at Fitcom. He is such a best responsibility and steady coach . He will teach u the right position on every equipment and sometime will make a joke with u while u training so that‘s cool;he will support u to keep it up so that u can push yourself while u training so that can hit your own body target. From now on I already one month traning and I can feel that I am growing muscle and start to getting fit. I can saw the diferrent compare the before and after for my training. I know the progress that lose fat or growing muscle is hard in short time but I am really enjoy of it cause I never touch gym before and I realise that it‘s fun although it’s tired. But all this thing I want to thx is my coach Ran,don‘t have him I don’t even know I can push myself. Keep it up guys!🫶🏻

    It has been started fitcom from last year and i were under coach carol. She always give the guidine and support on the healthy diet and workout. From the beginner until now, i can see the whole body and health improvement. Even my family and family also said so 🤭.     I have begun my first ever fitness training session at Fitcom. I would say the environment is so comfortable and clean for which you can enjoy your workout. My coach is Carol 乐乐 who always shows her enthusiasm and passion in fitness. I can see my improvement after 4 months through her useful guidances on healthy diet and workout positions. She is a good coach who likes to share her workout experience with me and willing to go extra miles to help her students for greater improvement.
