I went to many vet and i must say this is the best. Just 2 weeks ago I went to the one nearby and the level of professionalism is totally different. My dog consulted Dr. Azwan and he is the most careful and more detailed Vet I've ever consulted. My usual clinic before i move from Cheras to Semenyih is Teoh Animal Clinic in Pandan Indah and PawsDoc in Taman Seraya, both is good but Dr Azwan is way above. The earlier vet i consulted in EcoHill Taipan did not give me the right info while Dr Azwan did full checkup and gave me all the info i need. Im very very happy with Dr Azwan and at least we know what is happening with my Momo. Previous vet just normal diagnose and said my beagle may dislocate her rear foot but 1 week later it happened again and to make it worst, the front shoulder shows same symptom. Immediately Dr Azwan diagnose it may be a joint disease known to be very common in beagle. He recommended the right treatment method and decision is mine to proceed or not. Price is mid to high but it is worth every penny. Clinic wise is very clean and tidy. Ample of parking space too!!

This medical centre has the best pet care in town. They have complete bloodtest, xray, ultrasound etc that makes it a one stop medical care for your loved pets. The Veterinarians and caregivers are friendly and professional that makes you and your pets feels comfortable and at ease. The center is clean, professionally taken care of and super comfy for you and your loved pets. All and all, I would recommend this medical center for your pets too.

They meant it when they said they care for our animals A+++ service from all doctors and nurses! All my cats have been treated here, but two of the most obvious best treatments are Olivia's and Dorn's. Brown tabby is Olivia : misdiagnosed for FIP at another clinic. Treated at MAMC (she doesn't have FIP) Now age 2 y/o and still alive and healthy. The white one is Dorn. Found abandoned and dying, was put on a one month treatment by Dr Lam and look at him now. All my six cats are healthy and I will continue having them treated at MAMC Thank you Dr Azwan, Dr Alyaa, Dr Lam and nurses for caring for my cats! <333

I adopted a stray cat and at first she's in a very bad condition. Her chance of surviving is only 20%. But after some times and with the help from all MAMC staff, especially Dr.Lam. She's getting better and better and now she have stopped taking antibiotics after a month of treatment. I'm very grateful to all the staff for the none stop effort of helping my kitten until she's recovered. From 20% it has turned to 80%. I highly recommend this clinic, the staffs are very nice and knowledgeable, I would never change my vet clinic ever again. Good job to everyone and thank you for all the efforts you've put in to save all the animals in need. 😊

Quick and professional Dr. Lam , vet in charge attending our Simba, injured mouth and leg (sprained) . Nasib baik tak patah.. Clear explanation before each every procedure/examination took place. Dr. Lam did inform the cost n how the procedure will be conducted. Reach here because limited vet clinic available especially weekend n hari raya.. jauh sbnrnya tp terpaksa. But then terpaksa yg berbaloi sgt. Our Simba can eat as usual after 3days..

Service too bad ! Booked appointment on 2.30 pm and I arrived at this time too. Keep waiting in the waiting area and not even tell me THE DOCTOR WILL BE LATE! WAIT UNTIL 3PM AND TELL ME DOCTOR IS DOING ANOTHER CUSTOMER’S PET AND ASK IF I CAN WAIT MORE 10-15 MINUTES. HELLO? IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMER WAITING THEN PLS DONT ASK PPL TO MAKE APPOINTMENT ON THE EXACT TIME!

Their operation times are 10 am to 10 pm, ideal and convenient for me to send my furry friend after dinner time. The clinic is clean, their staff are friendly,  facility is clean, the service is great. Dr. Lam will always have the patience to explain and advise on a few effective options and fees for decision-making prior to proceeding with any medicine.. After medication, the doctor will follow up on four-legged health conditions and request you to send photos or videos to see the health progress.

My dog is 9years old and suddenly she like in depression mood with no appetite and keep to herself. Brought her to MAMC and Dr.Lam consulted her. From the first step we step into the clinic, we were being welcome very warmly and both Dr.Lam and his team of nurses is so caring and details in checking my dog Lexi. After doing all the necessary blood test , xray and ultrasound, Dr.Lam found out that Lexi developed pyrometra and he slowly explained to us the next steps and what is the options available for Lexi and the best part is, they will let u know the price before hand and is not pushy. Without wasting time, we agreed with the operation to remove it and before they could proceed with the operation they did another test on Lexi heart conditions to make sure she is ready and good to go for the operation. Operation went on smoothly and Lexi need to be hospitalised in the clinic for few days. We were being updated daily with videos and pictures of Lexi when she is there and without fail they will answer our questions very promptly. Even after discharged, they will still text us daily to ask us send pictures of Lexi incision so that they can monitor. Words cannot describe how greatful we are to found MAMC for Lexi with a bunch of wonderful Dr, Surgeon and nurses. Editing again for a more formal and throughout experience Sent in stray kitten, found with exposed tail and open wound, sent in to MAMC for treatment on 430pm dated 20.04.2023. Requirement and complain was cat with open wound sent for checkup. Services performed: 1. Wound cleaning Doctors comment: - clean wound consistently and observe one week afterwards determine how much removal is needed as necrosis is observed at end of tail. Line item charged 1. Consultation 2. Wound cleaning - moderate 3. Antibiotics injection 4 medication 5.Danzen tabs 6. Oil Total bill: RM419.40 Vet treated for open exposed wound, kitten sent home, found another big wound on the paw that was undiagnosed and untreated. Unless the RM45 Consultation does not include basic checkup and diagnosis, I do believe that the wound should have been attended and cared for too. Update : vet reached out for follow up diagnosis where consultation is waived. Will update on any progress afterwards

Very poor service by the vet. My cat got bitten by a dog on his leg. Vet administered tramadol and started pressing the wound within a minute although my cat was in extreme distress and the vet continued to ask me why my cat was hissing? It’s because he’s in pain. My previous vet asked to keep the cat under observation for 30-60 mins for the med to kick in so that she can examine the wound. The vet suggested 3 packages, all of which were very expensive and overpriced. They offered hospitalization although they do not have any staff on the premise from 10pm and 10am. I don’t understand how they can offer hospitalization if no one is there to observe the cats? The vet was very unprofessional. He told me my cat might die if i don’t do all the tests on his “all out” package which costs 3400RM

Dont like how the vet said they dont know what to give meds for my cat's minor sickness. They even said theyve never encountered this kind of disease. The vet shuld be professional enough to identify the problem. Every time we bring our cat, their first response is always to do their overpriced blood test n i feel like they just wanna make money.

they are good in making you agreed to their long term medical plan cost thousands (up to 10k a month). And if you want to stop & not agreed to continued with their plan even after weeks warded, they just rudely asking you to get your pet out with weird reasons even I asked them to at least put her 1 day boarding. My pet got drip & become swollen and they blame my pet nerve system (Dont have problem w other clinic) Their nurse also rude even thought the mistake come from their end, they not even try to apology & asking me to understand instead as they are 'tired of full appointments of the day'.

The doctors here are very thorough and answer all my questions and explained everything in details. All staffs are very friendly, helpful & professional.

Experience: Very friendly staff and doctors. Detailed with diagnosing issues and treatment, they try to cover all bases step by step so that any health problems can be rectified in stages. When it comes to full pet healthcare I'd say that they're thorough and knowledgeable. Location and design: Easy to park, accessible. Clean and fresh interior, hygienic. Price: I'm not going to sugarcoat anything, the bills will rack up because of how thorough they are. Saved a stray who had a few infections and the end bill came up to I think about RM3.5k including boarding (17 days), medications and first vaccination. So that total isn't including second vax, neutering or further meds. They will add supplements during boarding if they feel it's necessary before informing the itemised cost so it will easily add up to a high total. My own pet cat also went in for a simple annual vax, but end up I was convinced to pay extra over RM100 for an added skin issue. Thorough and detailed for the pet's health, for sure! But just be prepared to pay for that kind of thoroughness la 😅

The consultation is ok, the doctor explains everything well: the cure, short and long term wellness goals for my furbabies. However in terms of cost, apart from the consultation and procedure cost which is reasonable, the supplements and dog food I bought is literally double the price. Please check the price of the items before purchasing.

When my 14-year-old dogs are in critical condition (GDV), they are still willing to try their best to rescue my furkid at such an urgent time. I totally understand that in such a condition, old age and diagnosed kidney disease have a lower chance of being alive, but at least their team is trying their best to rescue him. For anyone who wants to try to rescue their furkid, I would suggest this clinic, as they have the necessary equipment. I believe their quality service and experience are worth the price. They will quote the price to seek your agreement before proceeding with it; therefore, I felt this was comfortable for the fur parents with a budget limit. Of course, not everyone with a critical case can be successfully rescued, such as my furkid, but I totally understand their conditions and won't blame the team as I know they already tried their best.

Amazing vets & nurses. Very detailed, open. My 2 months old golden retriever puppy had issues, they gave us different solutions and prices to let us choose. If you’re staying nearby, recommend this place.
