The staff here was so friendly and the room was amazing. Great puzzle with different level of difficulties.

It was really fun and put you right into the theme of the room with all the decorations. One thing that can improve though is using more creative ways instead of just using locks. Could use a bit of magnet locks with objects or more innovative ways like effects to solve puzzles. We did two rooms so far. Overall it's pretty good.

My 12 year old daughter wanted to do an escape room for her birthday. From walking through the door the staff were attentive, he managed the girls excitement so well. They had a blast, they didn’t escape but they had so much fun trying to.

Have tried a few escape rooms and this one has been one of my favourites. We did "The Warrens" which was definitely challenging (especially for 2 people) and lots of fun. Great utilisation of the space and you can tell that they really thought out the puzzles and design.

So much fun! I was a virgin escaper so was a bit sceptical…but it was fabulous! The hour flew by! The young lady at reception was just gorgeous (can’t remember her name 🥴) and made us feel so welcome. Weill definitely be back! 🤩🤩🤩

Four of us had our first experience in The Warrens room but we didn't finish it in time and we had such a great time that we came back on another occasion to complete the room. Then my son just celebrated his 16th birthday with mates doing the Mental Perception room and they had the best time!

Loved it! A couple of excellent scares, puzzles were very difficult but we really enjoyed attempting them. Our two teenage girls had a blast.

Fantastic experience! The booking process for our school excursion was very easy and Ultimate Roomscape had great communication. We had a wonderful time and it was so much fun. Will definitely be going again soon!

Had such a fun time doing The Warren’s escape room with my mum! Super scary though so if you’re not one to enjoy scares be careful. Laetitia was the one who brought us through and not only was she super nice but also super helpful with hints and things and she was just amazing in general so thank you to her. <3

Our team did the Mental Perception escape room today and it was excellent. Most of us had never experienced an escape room before and were pleased to find that it was actually a little difficult and very fun! The guy who showed us around was awesome and welcoming. We will be back!

We went here for a group joint birthday surprise (6 of us played) and did one of their horror themed rooms called "The Warrens". We escaped with 90 seconds on the clock! It was such good fun and the rooms are really incredible and challenging. Have done a few escape rooms at different locations and can say this one is by far the best I've done. Will be back to try more of their rooms for sure !

went here for my boyfriend and i’s one year together and had the very best time!! the man working at 4pm today was so so so lovely!! he was so helpful and very kind! it was an awesome room and i couldn’t recommend more!!

Had an extremely fun night playing the warrens! Extremely interactive and hard, took us 2 hours and we still didn’t get out. The amazing lady working stayed back an hour so we could finish. Very scary 100% recommend

We had a great time at Ultimate Escape rooms. The rooms are so much fun to play with great puzzles and challenges. The staff are so lovely, shout out to Monique who hosted our game. She made it a very memorable experience!

What an awesome escape room! I absolutely love horror themed escape rooms - so myself and my partner did the "Mental Perception" room. We were a little late coming in due to traffic, but were still given the full 60 minutes plus extra as we were so close to the finish by the time 60 minutes was up! Our game master was awesome and had very compelling storytelling, and the room itself was well thought out and very impressive. We will definitely be back to do the rest of the rooms!

Had a lovely staff member named Sarah, 10/10 experience, we completed the warrens themed room and it was amazing. Extremely immersive, interesting, and overall an experience to remember. 100% would recommend and can’t wait to go back. Big thanks to Sarah for making the experience funny and exciting for us all 😊😊😊

Did the Warrens room tonight with my partner, we almost got to the end but the game master allowed us a little extra time to complete it. Definitely spooky but great puzzles to solve that really had us thinking. We’ve each done two other rooms previously with friends so will be back to try the other ones! Great date night idea to do something different! Game master gave useful clues and was easy to get along with.

My students and I had a great time at Ultimate Roomscape. The staff members were very accommodating to us and made our time there very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone.

Best Escape Room I’ve ever been too! It was a great place to spend time with friends who I haven’t seen in ages! The staff were very friendly and nice, and we were in the rooms fairly quick. The games master also gave us some more time, as we were very close! 100 % recommend, and 100% coming back!

Was a fantastic experience. We did The Warrens escape room with 7 members (myself being one of the 7) and it was so amazing. Any hints that were given were really helpful and we had a lot of fun. We will definitely be going back

My job is to book about 90 fun activities a year for a group of high schoolers, and these guys are probably the nicest, easiest to book with and most accomodating people to work with of all the venues I've worked with so far. Not to mention the kids had an absolute blast with them! Their price is the same as all the other venues in the state - they all hover around $40. It'd be great if it was a bit lower so I could justify taking the kids there more, but I understand it costs quite a bit to run such a good service. Keep up the great work guys!
