Unfortunately not a great visit today @1:00pm 19/03/23 the order was prepared fairly quick the lady who serve me was amazing but the tables were all dirty i had to clean it my self the food was quite disappointing but I accepted that, I understand it can be busy but the fowl language I heard from the two young males was atrocious my 3 kids shouldn't have to hear that while trying to have lunch I've not heard the C & F word used that many times in my entire life. I would have complained instore but I could already see the manager having trouble controlling the staff as they weren't listening disciplinary action really needs to happen. Placed an order through drive through and was asked to park, still no order went in store and about 10 cars had been served and had to wait another 15 minutes, received my meal grilled chicken burger was awful chicken was like rubber no flavour at all. You would think after waiting nearly 20 minutes they could produce better food. WILL NOT GI THERE AGAIN 😡

Ordered 2 medium super stunners, they forgot to give us our ice creams and chicken nuggets. We then later realised that they gave us 1 less straw than what we were supposed to have

The burgers here are CONSISTENTLY dry. So dry that they're hard to even swallow. It's like the bread is stale or there's not enough sauce being put in. I'm not sure what is wrong but they're so just unbelievably dry each and every time. After 4-5 dry whoppers, I'll now go elsewhere

Emily served us with a smile. She asked how I like me tea and nothing was too difficult for her. What an asset to have someone so pleasant.

Managers really need to teach staff general manners. You order something and get interrupted with "anything else?" Or "What drink?" Before you can even say " with a Coke".

Food took ages to get to my hand and two of three items were cold. Store manager was rude with the wrong attitude also. Was offered a replacement after complaining about the poor service online, but I won't be going back to that environment again. This was in the morning so afternoons might be different.

They Serve you quick as possible and do 24/7 on Friday and Saturday, all fresh and salty chips saucy burgers finger lickin goodness mention Billz and they’ll add ya complementary sauce.

When ice cream 50cent they put more than now and they give one tissue Price up 80 cent plus 15 minutes wait drive-through for ice cream no tissue they have no time put ice cream. Where is manager? Where is the Owner? Where is Supervisor?

Got a Whopper from this place. Tasted good. Also got a coffee. Not so good, but I suppose Hungry Jack's is generally not well known for coffee

I have changed my review of this restaurant. I used the shaker function on their app, got a $4 bdelux, great, drive to get it, app crashes, bad luck, pay the full price of $9 now, wouldn't have gone there if that was the case. This to me is blatant false advertising, either take down the app until it's fixed or honour what customer say.

This is hands down the best hungry jacks I've ever been to we went on 8th of august 2023 and the people were so nice and the burger was sooo hot and flavourful, we very rarely ever get HOT fast food but holey moley this was amazing, 10/10 will be comming back!

Service needs updating big time. Staff don't know their own menu! Then make you wait. It's supposed to be fast food! Don't take orders if you cannot serve it!

No refund for my order they couldn’t complete multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend as your first choice with hungry jacks. Not even worth starting how slow they are with anything it had taken 30 minutes for 2 coffees at one point.

I ordered 3 chicken royals and grilled chicken asked for everything to be made straight from the broiler and fryer, got parked and had everything in the bag but when I got home all the Pattie’s were stale and the grilled chicken was hard. Must’ve been lying at the bottom of the pan all day. Burgers were all squished. Absolutely disappointed.

Visited on 25 June around 2.30pm. Young female manager was behind counter and saw us a couple of times but did not even approach us at least 5 minutes. Eventually she decided to serve us as if we just got here. Every staff members were busy and we were not sure what this manager was doing as we did not her see working but saw her dancing several times. Food took time to arrive all burgers and chips were cold.
