We ordered our food and everything was good until, one they served us old friend that was just dipped back into the oil to cook it again , you could just tell it was cooked again by its colour and texture, and then they got the paella sauce wrong , i wanted hot then they decide to put lemon and herb .

Wow!! My kids are like really sick and on antibiotics. All they fancied to eat was Nando's chips with Peri Peri salt on them. My kids love spicy food!!! Big time!! I've cooked chicken and slow cooker meals but no this is what they fancy!. I rang the restaurant to ask if the chips could please be really fresh and my gosh they did that🤩 now my kids are full, satisfied and they can take their last syringe of antibiotics before bedtime 🤩🤩 like my kids normally eat me out of house n home! But this week they really sick so no high grocery bill, but all they wanted was this! Money well spent, chips hot, Peri salt great, thanks Nando's now maybe I can get a good night sleep 🤩🤩

The place was rather dirty, there was plenty of staff on and it wasn’t busy. The staff were all standing around instead of cleaning up the place. Servers would clear plates and not wipe tables, the place seemed rather disorganised. I watched as servers walked past dirty tables multiple times without bothering to wipe down. Very disappointing as this place use to be so nice and pleasant. Visited Saturday 8/7/2023 around 2pm.

For years since nandos opened their first store in Perth, my family and I have been big fans. But in the last year, every time we decided to have Nandos we have been disappointed. It just doesn't taste as good anymore! 😕 The chicken was either small, too dry, or no basting on it. There's even been times when they simply ran out of chicken, lol. This time, I had enough. I could barely eat my chicken. It was seriously bland and rubbery. Just tasted like boiled chicken with a very small touch of basting. (I like the extra hot basting) I didn't eat much of it and just felt sick! my cats and dog enjoyed it, though! I'm extremely disappointed and can't do this anymore. My relationship with nandos is now over.

One of the best Nandos in WA. Peri chips were perfectly cooked with proper seasoning. The corn had generous basting unlike most other nandos. The haloumi strips were moist and tender. The service was warm and welcoming. There is ample seating parking space.

Located behind Ampol service station next to thai and vietnamese restaurant. Facilities were clean and tidy, service was decent. The thing we like is that its open till 10pm which is a plus for us. Heaps of parking for customers and plenty of sitting for large group or families. We love nandos so we can say chicken was well prepared.

It’s not often I leave negative reviews and I value the Google review platform… As a long term customer of this store and lover of Nandos, I have never felt soo disappointed. I ordered two half chickens and chips for my fiancé and I via menu log, not something we do often but we were both exhausted with a teething 8 month old. When it arrived, sealed and minus my fiancées half chicken, I took photos and immediately rang the store. After talking to two Managers I was told after lengthy polite conversations they could not pay a delivery fee to supply my short supplied order. I understand that it must be hard with 3rd party delivery services but this was a store issue and it was obviously their error which they should pay to fix. I declined the offer of store credit as I was soo upset that they refused the fix their error and now my fiancé is without dinner.

The female toilets were absolutely revolting and they absolutely stunk of urine. There was so much dirt and dust, I don't think they've cleaned them in weeks. My partner went to the men's toilets and said they were putrid and totally horrible. Seriously in this day and age these conditions are unacceptable and definitely criminal. My next move is to call the health department. 🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮.

My association with Nandos started when my wife worked for them in SA with only one store in the world. Tonight's experience must be the worst ever. Staff had no idea how to handle the volume of customers, meals being served to people who came in after me after already waiting 20 mins, meals on the serving table with Uber drivers standing and breathing over the meals while they got cold, manager with a bad attitude. Just bad service with a manager who obviously cannot deal with pressure. DISGRACEFUL AND NOT THE NANDO'S NORM.

A new menu brought a huge and pleasant surprise both in food and cost. Both of them good. A quarter chicken in herb and lemon and broccoli on a bed of creamy feta with peri peri dressing on the side. A big hit.

The service was satisfactory and the food good, but it still feels like a bit of a barn, rather than somewhere to visit to eat.
