Got to Malaga Subway at 8.04pm on Saturday night only to be told that they were closed. I was not real happy since I checked the website before leaving home … 5 minutes away, and it stated the closing time as 8.30pm. I should also state that the sign on the door also stated a closing time of 8.30pm. The girl at the counter stated that the shift finished at 8.00 and that they were closed… 😡😡😡

Ok please just avoid this subway at all cost you can only get chicken sub if it's heated I was told they have to even tho no other subway has the rule and then the only cookies they have are all broken why have them to sell if they are nothing more then crumbs

Very bad customer service. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I asked for a cookie and she the lady who served me with blonde hair was so rude

I was having a bad day and came in with my bike I asked for two cookies as that is all I could afford. I paid for the food and left. It was after I left realized the kind server gave me a whole extra cookie. Thank you. ;)

I went in to get lunch for some coworkers and myself on break. There was no one at the store and it was still Miday. My server was short and blonde, she was rude and was extremely stingy with how much product went on each sandwich, to the point where there was 1 strand of capsicum on each one. I also asked her to mark one, which she didn’t mark. The sandwich itself wasn’t bad but the service and stinginess was atrocious.

The lady who served me was in a giant rush considering i was the only customer in the shop. I ordered a 6inch but received a footlong, wrong cheese was used and my salad wasn’t what i ordered. Will never be returning

Will give you one star because i think im to nice otherwise 1 star bit to much going there more that 1 year , with group of workers on sunday , now it has been 6 Times we asking for Italian herbs and they dont have it , thank you start sending us somewhere else the actually they have everything available 👍

I visit here on a daily basis, the shop is always clean and tidy. The two dark haired girls (one taller, one shorter) both make phenomenal sandwiches, my order is always correct without even having to ask. All the staff are very friendly and have great customer service! Will be back again, and again and again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went there this evening, just before 7pm, not one person in the store. I could hear a conversation in the back room. A blonde young girl came out to serve me but by the body language, wasn't happy. She mumbled when she asked about my salad, tossed or placed, she wasn't happy repeating herself. The salad and my hubby's BLT was made with so much filling, can't complain about the food. But she cut my tomatoe and cucumber on a dirty bench with a dirty knife that was left out, then cut my hubby's with same knife and placed it on bench for next custom. There was a note about leaving a good review to boost your ratings. All I can say, smile, be happy to serve the people who pay your wage, there was no excuse for a dirty bench and reusing a dirty knife. Be grateful you have a job, some of us don't and I have worked in customer service, it's an easy job if your a happy person.

My fiancée and I grabbed dinner there after she finished work nearby about 7.15pm. It was empty in the store, thankfully as I can have quite severe anxiety, and the young blonde girl who served us was bubbly and confident as she took our orders. My cousin in law is a regular, and he'd apparently popped in just before us as the server recounted, recognising my fiancée which was quite sweet. The food was really fresh, and tasted really nice, which I know isn't wholly common in a fast food chain. The young server had clearly been cleaning in her downtime as the bench she was preparing our food on was neat, tidy, and clean. Thank you for the service and for feeding us hungry girls after a long day of work 😂

went here saturday night at 7:50 pm and the store was completely closed. checked their opening hours online beforehand and on the store-front and it says closes at 8:30 so don’t know what’s going on

Came in tried to talk about the app they just couldn't be bothered to talk about it and basically just wanted me to leave Very poor service
