It is very popular in Austrailia, they sales a lot meterial for houses, constructions, anything i you need. The staff are so freindly and kind, the meterials is so high quality, i like this shop

My review is for the lovely helpful and patient lady working in the paint section today. I wish I could remember her name but she had a badge with paint specialist on it. Not only did she take the time to help me understand the colours I was trying to narrow down but she also saved me $$$. I was going to buy 2 x 4 litres but only needed a little less than 6 so she pointed out some 6 litre tubs on special that I had missed online! Just a super polite and friendly person. :) thanks again

Went into the store to enquire on some doors I had already purchased online that was waiting for delivery. I needed to add to the order before delivery. Joshua at the trade desk was able to track my online order, help me find the additional doors that I needed and put them aside. He also contacted the couriers to ensure the additional items could be delivered on time. Joshua was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and ultimately very professional. Joshua is a credit to the store and is to be commended on his customer service.

Amazing customer service at this store. A worker by the name of Caleb was extremely helpful at answering my questions about the barbecues. Will definitely be coming back :)
