My
recent
visit
to
Zambrero
Malaga
left
me
feeling
quite
disappointed
with
the
decline
in
service
quality
since
the
change
in
management.
Having
previously
enjoyed
my
experiences
at
this
Mexican
restaurant,
I
was
disheartened
to
witness
a
significant
drop
in
both
portion
sizes
and
customer
service.
I
placed
an
order
for
a
REGB-sized
burrito,
expecting
a
satisfying
and
substantial
meal.
However,
to
my
surprise,
the
staff
member
who
prepared
my
burrito
appeared
to
be
skimping
on
ingredients.
It
was
clear
that
they
were
trying
to
save
on
fillings,
resulting
in
a
noticeably
smaller
portion
than
what
I
had
anticipated.
This
was
particularly
disheartening
as
I
was
dining
with
my
9-year-old
son,
who
excitedly
looked
forward
to
enjoying
a
delicious
and
filling
meal.
Unfortunately,
the
lack
of
generosity
in
portion
sizes
left
him
disappointed,
and
he
expressed
his
disappointment
by
saying,
"She
didn't
get
me
much."
It
was
disheartening
to
see
my
son
disappointed
in
the
treatment
he
received
as
a
young
customer.
While
the
cost
of
the
meal
was
relatively
low,
amounting
to
just
under
$15,
it
was
not
the
financial
aspect
that
bothered
me
the
most.
Rather,
it
was
the
disappointment
of
witnessing
a
decline
in
customer
care
and
the
unsatisfying
experience
for
my
child
that
left
a
lasting
impression.
