Over the years l have spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars at Robs, lately every fish l buy just dies within days. I only brought fish on the weekend and it is now Wednesday and l have had 8 die. Not happy, as they were not cheep fish. There is nothing wrong with my tank as l have had this tested by many places including Robs. They definitely have the gift of the gab and many have told me they would not buy from them. They also take no responsibility for selling fish that die within days. Everyday at the moment l loose fish that l have brought from them. NO HAPPY. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing what you are buying and the condition of the fish.

I bought a 5ft tank, they came and did the setup while I was away for work. Anselm is the man to talk to. Really excellent knowledge and service from him and the team. Really healthy/happy looking fish. Will go out of their way to help. Fair prices and good quality products. Worth a trip out there if you can.

Diseased fish selling liar. STAY AWAY Brought 6 rummy nose and 4 endler guppy Day 1. 5 rummy nose dead Day 2. Last rummy nose 1 endler and 1 cardinal dead. All this with no obvious cause from looking Went back to shop with water from my tank to test. While waiting to speak to him I noticed the tank full of rummynose I had bought from had maybe 20 left and now had a good 60 cardinal tetras mixed in with them. Gave him the water and i dont know what he did to test but showed me that my nitrate lvls where at max reading and explained that "i have been feeding too much and have killed them. My existing fish are just used to it so they won't die". I have a master test kit and tested before going to the store and read 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and 5ppm nitates. So I went to another fish shop just down the road and got them to test. Incase my test kits was off somehow. Results where same as my kit at home. Day 3. I come home from work to see 2 of my cardinals have pop eye and had to watch them live there last few moments before dying... I understand that buying fish is allways a roll of the dice. But to do a dodgy test of my water and then explain that my water is bad not his fish. Doing business like this is a sure way to be out of business and its safe to say I will never be going back there

They are all about money not people having healthy tanks they told me that the two guaramis could go with my betta fish and the ended up killing and i bought 2 axolotls that were not allowed to be collected because the had “white spot” and ended up being anchor worm and I’m still stuck with it if you want real advice for fish go to city barn or Morley aquariums

I have been buying fish and all my aquarium supplies from Robbs for quite a while now. Pretty much all fish for my tanks at home as well as my office have been purchased from them. The quality is always the highest and they definitely have the best range of fish in perth. Service is second to none, highly recommend.

Thanks Anselm for the awesome service. I can't believe I've waited so long to visit this little gem of a shop. The health of their fish shows, they're all happy and colourful, and the set-up is pristine too. This makes it hard to not buy everything. Yes you'll leave with more fish, but you'll also leave with more knowledge - that's what a great fish store should do. My two pairs of blue rams have settled in beautifully, after not even 24 hrs, they've coloured up and are happily sifting through the sand. Will be back very soon!

Very happy with the customer experience and how helpful the staff have been with helping me resolve issues I couldnt resolve myself. They are constantly getting in new fish and all their fish look very lively and healthy. Highly recommend Rob's Aquarium 👍🏻

Purchased fish from Robs on two different occasions, a 3-4 months apart, both times I've spent over $100 and both times have come home with fish with white spot / ich! Be very careful, they have a no return policy too.

I’m planning to set up a extra large cichlid tank. Staff were extremely helpful with advice in regards to setting up a sump for it. Fish were all well coloured, healthy and very reasonably priced. Over heard staff advising another customer in regards to his purchase and it was obvious that they wanted the customer to have a successful tank and happy fish not just angling for his money. Will be going back to purchase from here shortly.

Great help on all topics of fish. Great prices and always have time to help with fish or aquarium problems, including if it means helpful information that doesn't result in a sale. I have found them very knowledgeable and will always return. 👍

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The guys are so helpful and willing to take time to explain do's and don'ts of your aquarium needs. Can't recommend Rob's highly enough. :-)

Wonderful service. Took in our filter after it just stopped working. The lovely server there said that he'd simply give a new one because our one stopped for no apparent reason, still within the warranty time (with proof of purchase). We absolutely appreciate what he'd done for us!

Super helpful and friendly customer service and always have different kinds of fish on almost a fortnightly basis which brings back customers as well as new ones!

Make sure you double check the price before buying. We paid $25 a fish as opposed to $15 which I thought I was paying. We were told the fish we bought were bigger but that's not quite accurate as the size difference was marginal. I don't normally complain, but I felt I was misled as the tank with the so called smaller fish had a $15 sticker on it and the tank which he scooped them out from had no price or sticker. I just assumed it was excess stock from the $15 tank. Disappointed after all the good reviews I read. First and last time. Back to Vebas for me.

Rob, Antony and Joe are amazing. Knowledgable, helpful and patient as they helped my with setting up my new tanks and supply of beautiful healthy fish. Such are large range and reasonable prices. They remember my preferences and always let me know if something new that interests me is arriving. So good, my sister found a new fish supplier.

I can honestly say I've never been so impressed by the high level of customer service I have experience at rob's aquariums. Rob is 4 of knowledge and advice when it comes to any questions regarding setting up aquariums. He has a ton of knowledge about what sort of fish are comparable with each other. He's very good with his customers and builds a very good relationship my friend Amy is known as the guppy lady and she always talks highly of rob and joy and his team.

This place struggles to put specie labels on it's tanks, a couple of half wiped off random prices unwritten on dirty tanks throughout, most of the stock has no price labels. A very disappointing visit today

The staff at Rob's are always helpful and give great advice. Anytime I have an issue with my tank they help me through getting it back to normal.

Has a large range of fish stock that is always changing. Can tell the fish are cared for properly as most fish always seem in perfect health. All the staff are highly knowledgeable and really seem to care that you get what you need, and even remember you and what fish you already have. If you have any questions or want to purchase any fish I would highly recommend them. But do note they can get quite busy middays on weekends.

Everyone are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure their customers leave happy.

We picked up two gouramis and a fighter in the last 2 days. The help has been very prompt and we have been given concise advice. We're now aware we have to increase the water temperature of our tank so we can get some clown loaches next!

This place sold us a sick fish and I'm not happy. Be cautious if you go there, I guess it's still a great place to go to get other fishes but please check if the fish look slow or sick. I wouldn't recommend this place but I have to say they sure do have the gift of the gab.

Awesome really the best. We don't have experience for pet fish. Rob's aquarium they gave us all training and support free of charge. We are enjoying and working well for us now.

ok price good fishes range also good but not a place for tank. only a few tank available for purchasing and seem bit expensive in compare to othe close shop with many tanks available. I will go again after my new tank is installed. I will buy many fishes here.:-)
