Its not that I hate crowded airconditioned places but SM Malls just cant handle a barrage of people especially in their supermarket section. You can death drop for falling in line for two hours and no will notice you because they are undermanned. There are more security personnel compared to cashiers. People will still have to get up from their grave, fetch a pale water, and throw it on everyone's face just so they'll realize that they cant do three day sales without adding new employees.

A night shot at SM San Mateo where in I can have my essential needs physically or physiologically. A small SM building but I can have my needs here anytime. Accessibility is not a problem even if it doesn't have a jeepney or SUV terminals for it is along the highway and you can ride wherever in any distination that you want at the proper (sakayan at babaan) of vehicles. It is where I renew my SMAC card for me to avail their promos with you purchase 3,000 and above items. Gues what? Their new SMAC card has a longer year of expiration for almost 3 yrs. less hustle compared to hearly renewal right? I usually went there for my underarm wax at Dermcare for they offer promos at a very affordable price with a friendly staff that will give you a gentle touch during the treatment. Next is the LBC branch that has a friendly staff, easy to deal with specially with my Transfer Factor supplement package for my parents. They take good care of my containers without any additional charge or they are the one that will provide you with bubble wrap unlike with other branches you will be the one to buy in other store or provide for your own. I seldom transact at BDO bank for they have a shorter bank hours and longer lines to wait but the comfort inside the bank is the same with other branches. I am also a ramen lover where Kuroda Ramen satisfied my cravings regardless of the season all of their menus are available whether it is a dine in or take out. In the alert level 2, faceshield and Vaccination card is no longer needed. Just follow a seemless COVID protocols and you can shop safely in this branch.

I rated this 5 star because of the Customer Service. I bought a Cosé Bag and I didn't notice that the lock was damaged. Good thing I wasn't home yet. So I went back and they changed it immediately, unlike the other staffs of different department stores, if you purchased a damaged item and went back to return or change it they'll be mad, in SM, the staff were still all smiles. The staffs are very accommodating. Thank you for the service, SM!

It was great. Not so crowded. We went there and brought my vaccine card. I thought they were going to check it, but they didn't. The mall staff made sure that everything was in order, sanitizing and asking people to make a long queue.

The management is awful and the staff are not considerate, particularly the guards. I'm talking about their handling of COMELEC registration. They didn't provide a proper waiting time. The teens and other adults went there earlier than 11:30 and still didn't make it to the cut off. That's just so annoying.

This may be like the standard plan of an SM Mall; a straight-flow layout. It's good for San Mateo to have this mall, which houses such popular stores.

I go for "A" as Family mall but if you're looking for more options, this is not the place. Considering this should define connection among people from the city and highly urbanized towns.

Glad that they have this kind of view on their roofdeck. It's kinda refreshing. You will see the mountains and the birds flying around. There are tables and chairs where you can bring your food and eat there.

It has limited shops and the grocery doesn't have a wide variety of foods. Also, the price is higher than other groceries. As for the parking, they only have few people to assist motorists which sometimes caused the long line just for parking

very dissapointed in parking space I have an ebike, I paid full price for the parking for the safety and covenience. Yet there are stupid motorcycle rider that will block your parking space no consideration at all that supposed the guard should give them a warning or inform them it is not allowed to block someones vehicle and I also experience I park properly but still the guard move my ebike without permission. SM San Matei Management Attention kindly give designated parking for ebike that we can also charge our ebike even with extra cost.

The place is quite small as compared to other SM Malls. There are also few fine dining restaurants to choose from. You can only choose between Kuya Jay or Savory. We chose Savory for our dinner to celebrate Mothers Day. We have Lechon Macau, Longlife Noodles, Salt & Pepper Pork Spare Ribs, Lechon Kawali, Chopsuey and a soup. The place is accesible to both public and private transport.

I had a productive mid day at SM San Mateo as I was able to buy materials for my home maintenance, bought my medicines from Watsons, bought groceries at the supermarket, ate lunch at Bon Chon, window shop at surplus shop and inquire info for my next visit at the Medical City diagnostic clinic...

This mall is smaller than most of SM supermall branches but you can get a bit of everything. It has supermarket, nice selection of restaurants and fast food chains, hardware store, department store, novelty boutiques, gadgets center and appliance center

Few months after pandemic hit metro manila, the mall is starinf to come alive again. People started to buy and shop but with health protocols neee to be follow for heatlh precautions

Nearest mall in my location. A lot of things you can buy and location isn't hard to find. Been here several times, with different reasons ofcourse. Would I recommend? Ofcourse. See you soon.

Literally same with SM Malls but smaller. You can find most of what you need. Great experience as always. Have to wait in line if you arrived before mall hours. Good thing they provided seat and inside parking area. No worries rain or shine.

It was a nice place. There's a lot of fast food chains to choose from. Guards are friendly and kind. There are also a mini park like at the third floor where you can sit there and eat with your friends or partner.

I went to supermarket and found lots of sale items/promos. Also went to 4th floor to change the tempered glass of my poco x3 nfc phone. I got discounted price from 400 to 250. I'm satisfied with the product I ate in jolibee and I'm glad that there's kiosk to order food, very convenient and high tech. Oh I also went to ace hardware to buy household tools.
