Overall is nice hotel to stay. But perhaps for some people don't like to stay on our floor. We stay at room no. zero (0xx). It feels so quiet.. creepy. Location is on > 500m from main road. Service is ok. Ambience is nice. Price is reasonable. Payment: cash & card

Very Indonesian hotel: great swimming pools, surrounded by palms and green trees, waiters very kind, nice rooms and very quiet place far from the crowded street. Perfect for business trips or holidays, recently renovated. Good restaurant inside the hotel, please consider long waiting time for meals.

Our stay at HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Malang was nothing short of exceptional. The villa, with its kid-friendly features, made it a memorable experience. The breakfast choices, coupled with the convenience of buggy cars, added a delightful touch to our family getaway. Highlights: 1. Villa Delight: Opting for a villa stay was a fantastic choice. The huge bathtub was a hit with the kids, adding an extra layer of joy to the experience. 2. Whole House Experience: Enjoying an entire house for the family brought a delightful sense of togetherness. The kids particularly enjoyed the mini camping experience. 3. Breakfast Bonanza: The breakfast spread is a highlight, offering a wide range of options that are not only diverse but also delicious, making mornings a delight. 4. Convenience of Buggy Cars: The availability of buggy cars for quick and convenient transfers to the main building added a nice touch to the overall stay.

Complete facilities. Service was OK. Check in only after 15.00 hrs as per their policy and our own actual experience. The rental bike costs 30k per hour but you are not allowed to go down the road for safety reason which actually makes sense. However it means one would never make the most of the 1 hour considering limited area. Food (room service) was OK too but nothing outstanding.

I loved this hotel always. It has been almost 10 years but still feel like yesterday. Thank you Tiara for make the last effort for our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming. Although there was some renovation noise during my lunch, the positive aspects of the stay far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I appreciated the efforts the hotel took to improve its facilities.

If you want just spend night for sleep and have a fast breakfast, you may consider this hotel. The location not to far from Malang Central city (around 5 km) and near to toll exit gate. The room is sligthly small for deluxe type, however it was relatively clean. You may still find some minor issues in your room but not disturbing you significantly, eg. torn curtain (room 610), beeping door alarm when you open the door without tapping your card, etc. The breakfast is standard, again pls do not expect for tasty or various food, even when I was spending 4 days in the row here all menus are relatively same everyday. You just want to full your stomach with food before you do other activities out side hotel, nothing more.

Worst service. Very BAD. My time for check in must delay for unknown time. Its all because a very slow response of front office. No matter how good your place, your building, if your service is bad. Thats BAD. Even my bed have some niddle behind the blanket. And we have some glitter, remain of make up on the floor. Its clearly mean, my room is used.

We stayed in the villa and it was a nice villa. Clean and bright villa. Very clean pool and nice water slide. It is located in the middle of city. Therefore it wasn't far to go to jatim park 3 and only 7 min to malang smart arena. One thing that concerned me was the breakfast. The outdoor was nice but full of smoking people. The indoor has low ceiling with dark brown color which give a dark ambience and very packed. The food combination was low class and didn't look fresh. The coffee machine didn't work. I would definitely visit again but room only (without breakfast). One good thing was I can order grab/gojek food and be delivered right in front of my villa.

The room was quite spacious, bright, the anemeties are quite complete. But it looks like management can't take care of the rooms and cleanliness properly. It can be seen that in the bathroom there are lots of black mold stains, it is quite disgusting and it is not healthy. I complained and was given a new room, but with the same conditions. Finally I decided to just stay in the room because we were tired and wanted to rest, fortunately we were only there for 3 nights, no more. Even in the new room we got the bottom sheet on the wet mattress, and the floor was wet when we arrived. I contacted the operator and soon they replaced the bottom sheets of the bed with new ones, and mopped the floor dry. An unpleasant experience, but it can happen. I am of the opinion that the condition of the kitchen in the restaurant downstairs near the swimming pool is dirty, because when I passed by, there was a very strong smell, and I was sure that it smelled of dead rats, I could hear the complaints of employees who were looking for where the dead rats were. I ordered food, hoping my stomach wouldn't have a problem. The plates they served were black, and had smudges of fingerprints from the kitchen. WOW so professional. Service and service is very friendly. What impressed me was the service and the swimming pool which was amazing

you can almost immediately feel the exclusivity due to its location in one of higher-tier housing residence with one gate-system. the road from the gate to the hotel is lush with greenery, far from main road's hustle and bustle. perfect for morning jog.

best for vacation with family.. area luas dengan nuansa hutan, swimming pool dengan slide, playground dengan tema dino kids.. most important thing is breakfast free for children under 10yrs 😆

We have room with pool views, there's dino kid's club (with different kinds a toys) and the pool is safe for children. The kafe is cozy and the rivers is really calming. It's really surrounded by nature.. just love it

We had iftar time here.. with affordable price they give plenty variant of food. The meatball was a hit! I personally love the dessert corner, all the puddings and jelly are tasty.

Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in malang. I stayed here back in September. I spent 3 days in the villa and 12 days in a standard room. The villas are high end with a big outdoor tub and excellent very clean rooms and great amenities. The area is tucked in to a very quiet area especially for the loud hustle and bustle of Malang. Food was absolutely excellent albeit quite expensive (like 45K for a 250 mL coke expensive that you can get elsewhere for like 4.5K). Standard rooms are clean and well maintained with good A/C. Pool and court yard was gorgeous and well maintained. Staff was always very courteous and respected that I tend to sleep during the day since I work nights back in the US. The only major complaint I have was that my partner started her "time of the month" very abruptly and bled into the sheets. The staff stopped us and spoke about it rather loudly and flashed photos of it around without regard to the number of people around. My partner was so embarrassed she ran to the room. I came back down and spoke to the manager and explained that it made her very uncomfortable. I explained i was happy to pay any charges that may be incurred from that. He was very apologetic and didn't charge me for it. Despite that one bad experience I still highly recommend this place for those who have high standards for the places they stay and a reasonable budget.

One of the best feature here is the fee strong wifi signal all over the area to keep people stay connected. The shower head flows need improvements, the bathroom noisy exhaust fan need to be fixed. Overall it’s a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Find your inner peace in this hotel! If you need a green, quiet place, far from busy roads and buildings, you're gonna love this place. This hotel has several restaurants, a large pool, kids club, and other common facilities, plenty of space for parking (and very green!), Halls and ballroom, even a chapel for weddings!! Too bad the rooms were a bit small, even the suite ones. But the amenities were pretty nice. Their building architecture was more like colonial style. You will see it even from the lobby, with patterned tiles, high ceiling, and the interiors. Although their price to stay for a night wasn't cheap, but it was really worth it with what you'll get!

The Hotel surroundings are green & fresh. people call it the 'hotel inside city forest". its a good place to bring your kids. unfortunately, the swimming pool is renovated for a a couple weeks

Rooms are great and the pool is really nice. We were surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurant. A bit far from the center and they don't rent bikes. I used Gasjon Sewa Motor rent, who delivered the bike to the hotel.

Staff are friendly. It has all the facilities i needed. Room are clean and spacious. Swimming pool are great for kids. Not so far fron the city that so many great foods

Pool is under construction/renovation. I was asked to pay for an extra blanket. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. Breakfast has improved tremendously.

Love the room. I was in the sky room it's spacious. It has smart tv and I can watch netflix. The cafe made great pizza. Kids loved the pool. It was a nice experience

The room was not ready even after the check in time passed (waited an hour) Plus, the room floor is not that clean? It feels dusty. My feet turned black after a while lol Wifi is good, water pressure is good, aircon is working well, no hand soap, soundproof is poor (I can hear people talking in the hallway, next door being vacuumed, and the construction work outside) A bit disappointing for a hotel on this class But the staffs are really friendly

Great place to stay with family, especially for kid who very enjoyed pool slide and Dino kids club. The location is strategic, easy to be reached.

We had quite high expectation since we are moving to staycation here from M*****e, complex entrance was quite luxury, parking space was spacious, building is looking very nice lobby was nicely designed, so normal that we had quite some expectation. Unfortunately swimming pool (which is one of their best ADV in agoda/traveloka) was under maintenance (they offer shuttle to Araya as complementary but we personally decide not to take that since we are not willing to spend time commuting). And the dissapointment continue when we enter the room, it was actually 'common' Harris room which is not look like new for the furniture, and when we request to have extra complimentary water, they are going to charge us 15rb, which is not much, but from my pas experience, even if that is not official free ammenities, we never get charge for that. Thats sum up my experience, hopefully will be better in future. Btw, we get tumbler souvenir 😂

Staff being so racist by giving me such a towel Which is as i knew this is not the gym or pool towel They gave correct towel to another customer but it ain’t me! I had visit again just after the pandemic and the staff already made me upset Dunno how to continue after paid as a member for few months! Its a nice place to have staycation. They have many facilities that can comfort us. Harris also have villas if you want yo expirience stay in their villas. The place is near by the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to make some event this hotel also has a ballroom or meeting room. And it very clean and comfortable. The place might a lilte bit far from the city. But it's quite good cause it is inside the neighboorhood and near exit tol

Comfy, green & natural sceneries around the hotel & villas because a lot of trees. Nice experience for children because of the pool & kids club. But the Jacuzzi is leaking so we can't enjoy it during our stay.

No HOT water! That’s just my number 2 reason to be at the Hotel after the AC. But i called the service of course, the maintenance guy coming and he said it fix but not really. It’s true you can feel it’s a very tiny amount of warm 🤭 not even Warm! And amazing thing is the Ac that usually it’s too hot, in here is just too cold! So we have to turn on and off all the time to reaching a normal temperature. Maybe you can fix the understanding of a Normal temperature more :) The hotel it self it has a nice scenery, good atmosphere too.. Room are reasonably clean, not really happy with the Bathroom plus no Hot water ;( , it’s a hotel with a poor isolation so, i can hear the conversation of the guy nextdoor. We order Pizza to the room (taste delicious, a normal And how Pizza supposed to be, but apparently it makes us both having pain in the belly instantly! So, no doubt it’s from the Pizza) so sorry for bad reviews but it would be nice if everything just go normally fine. Just a simple standart (hot water,good ac temperature, good pizza and hygiene) :) thanks and goodluck!

Resort hotel type. Love their pools, there are kiddo pool, 1m pool and 1.3m pool. There's kids club near the kids pool. Food from cafe nearby the pool was good. Totally worked for hungry kids after swim. Room was quite big. But I wish for improvement. We booked 2 rooms, one was great but the other has a weird smell. Spacious parking lots. Can held big banquet indoor and moderate one at outdoor too

The hotel is clean, nice, and comfortable to stay, the service is good, the food is very delicious and there are lots of different kinds of it! On top of it, there's a lot of trees which make the scenery very pleasant. Really love this place and maybe I want to go back if I go to Malang :)

I loved the ambience, the friendly staff and of course the food, i tried the iftar dinner, even though its crowded but it still following the strict health protocol, there are various menu like salad, soup, pasta, fried rice, selection of pastry and drinks, really good experience, definitely come back here again

If you’re looking for a place for the kids to swim, run around on the grass surrounding, and having a good time in the sun outdoors, this is the place to be. The slide is addictive, kids friendly but needs adukt supervision. Breakfast needs to be improved. The place is instagrammable. I would definitely recommend this place for the holidays.

Located a little bit far from city centre of Malang, but the hotel area is huge. Fancy entrance and a colonial classic lobby which i love about it. Facilities inside hotel are great. Especially the pool. Tasty breakfast.

We like the 2 bedrooms Villa. Spacious living room, comfy bedrooms, and super nice staffs. The breakfast buffet is just fine and enjoying morning tea on the villa's terrace feels very relaxing.

The hotel has a resort like facilities with nice swimming pools. Good for family. But the rooms has too thin wall. Shouting kids in the corridors guarantee waking you up in the morning. Even the sound of hair dryer and murmuring conversations from neighboring room was heard clearly, annoying my late night reading. Breakfast menu is plenty of choices, but the taste is just barely made it. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a nice and beautiful hotel, but needs more improvement.

Good Modern large place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and great swimming pool below the palm trees for the kids. Lot of families staying, at least in the weekend. Firm but not too hard beds. Way out of center city Malang. All kind of services, including not so cheap but good restaurant, try the lava cake (really delicious)!

We booked a family room and it was quite large and nice. They provide tent and couple beanbags for kids in the room. The bathroom was rather small for a big room like this but it was clean. The food for breakfast was good. The pool was OK but the kids club were rather empty (lack of toys). One thing more, i think that the location was rather far from city center and lots of favorite restaurants in Malang.

The service is amazing! The area around the hotel and the hotel are beautiful. The staff go out of their way with their service. If you have a request they will try to do it as soon as possible. And if you have allergies, it will be taken care of very well. They will confirm it with you and make sure that the chef knows it too. I definitly recommend this hotel!

Even just one night stay, we had a good time. The taste of the menu in buffet was so good, and the other ones as well. I'm so glad that we could check-in at 1pm due to the room is already available ... thank you Harris for the hospitality. oh ya ... the popcorn (2k/each) taste was good too, they're provided two varian "salty and sweet" he's enjoyed so much.

Great for staycation, get away from crowded citylife. Note that this hotel is quite far from Malang city centre, good for leisure or company training than for business. Villa building is great, clean, and maintained very well. Service is excellent! Very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Some points that could be improved : 1. Breakfast taste was blant on my first night, getting better (but still under expectation) on second night. Need improvement. 2. Bathroom is functioning well, but bathroom lightning is too dim, sometimes I get scared without reason inside. Need brighter lamp.
