It’s a beautiful property with an amazing view close to nature. I visited this property with my family which includes one year old toddler. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and made sure to attend to our needs. The chef went out of his way to make some healthy snacks for my little one. A big thank you to them for making our stay very comfortable. The overall experience is not what any place will give you. You have to visit to believe it.

There is only one good thing about the place - The view, for which the owner hasn’t made any contribution. The rest which is in within the control of the owner is very poorly managed. If you think by visiting this place you will get the peace of mind the place is supposed to offer, then forget it. The bungalow, unlike the images as shown on their website does not reflect reality that’s it’s dilapidated, dirty and not kept well. The bed linens were dusty, room lights didn’t work well, the deck has too many cobwebs. The service was appalling - keeping in mind the price one pays to rent this bungalow, the staff is rude and inefficient. Our room got cleaned at 8:00. Pm after repeated reminders, the food prepared was not sufficient for 9 adults. There were parts of the room, behind furniture which wasn’t cleaned for eons - that’s how dirty the place was. This is the worst private bungalow experience and I wish the owner would show the actual reflection of the bungalow so that people wouldn’t feel cheated.

Absolutely terrible service and badly maintained. There was a layer of dirt everywhere in the room with curtains falling down on our faces. To top it all, the staff seemed to be in a hurry for us to finish up everything from breakfast to moving out of the property. Felt very unwelcoming. View is gorgeous but if they don't even let you enjoy it what's the point. There are better villas in the vicinity with the same view. To top it all they charged five star prices - 14k per night and the owner was very cocky about everything. He needs to come back down to earth about how pathetic the property.

Good: Views Average: Food Bad: Everything else is a disaster. 1) Upkeep: Despite having atleast half a dozen staff or so, most of the villa is in absolute shambles as far as cleanliness goes. 2) Service: The staff is not friendly at all. Although they are always around, it just doesn’t feel like they’re here to make your stay comfortable. During the meal service, they are always right on your head looking to clear the dishes (doesn’t matter if you’re still working on your meal)! The staff is so rude they didn’t even allow us to chill by the lake after our checkout. The next checkin was coming after an hour and we weren’t in the property. 3) Price: A place that is probably not cleaned in ages and with the staff that is quite inhospitable, the price that is being charged is simply unacceptable. This one’s not even worth half of what’s being charged.

One of the best off beta places we have stayed. Went during monsoons. Lovely rains and breeze. Wonderful hospitality.

If there was Heaven close to Pune, in Maharashtra, Kino's would be it!!!!! Been visiting since more than a decade and never once does it disappoint me. It says a lot about Vicky Lutharia (the fabulous host). I don't know how he ensures everything to the T. Whether it's the hygiene, the food or the service provided by his team. They go above and beyond words can ever express. I never get enough of this place. If you haven't been here, you are missing out on Godliness. No matter the weather conditions, Vicky has ensured everything is available and at the guests' disposal. I would probably live of this place for the rest of my life if I could. Some stand out things for me being an avid traveller across the globe, the rooms are spic (star attraction and the only one I ever put up in, is the one with a private pool inside the room). One must experience it. They have an open roof top sit out which is closer to the lush nature and blue skies. It exposes you to the beauty eyes can't fathom. There different kinds of seating arrangements laid out for the guests to enjoy different ambiences and comforts. Bluetooth boom box at your disposal to play your favorite music at the tip of ur cell phone. Service cant cant any better. The staff is always at your disposal but never in your space- which isnt something I see very often. Last but not the least at all- the FOOD. The food can beat any 7 star restaurant in the world. It elixir was in solid form, the food here would be it. All these years and not one thing that ever disappointed me. I have always ended up waiting more than I should. Sometimes I would also get some packed to get back home and relish. They also have a way to the Pawana lake and have a personal kayak. And ofcourse hookah. Please make time to be here once and I promise you will never get enough! Thanks Vicky for all that you do and the heart you have been putting in Kino's. God bless.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kino lake resort . It was so pleasant and nice . The breakfast buffet was delicious and amazing , we never feel something is missing in taste for any of item . The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. special thanx to Cook and entire staff . we will definitely visit again and will suggest to family and friend .

This has been the 3rd time we have stayed here and the team at Lakeside always go above & beyond to ensure we have a memorable experience. The 4 bedrooms are luxurious and the location of the chalet has breathtaking views of Pawna Lake! They have a ping-pong table, poker table and a couple of spa areas for everyone to relax & enjoy! The staff are so attentive to everyone’s needs and the chef is happy to make different types of cuisines - Indian, Chinese, continental etc etc. All in all a truly amazing experience!

Our stay at KINO LAKESIDE CHALET Was magical beyond all expectations. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful. The Staff were friendly and amazing accommodating. The food! Oh my god, the food was totally delicious. We could not have wanted for single thing. If we are again planning for any family get together this place will be on 1st priority we would not consider staying anywhere other than here. Absolutely perfect! Wonderful experience hasta la vista

We planned a weekend getaway to celebrate birthdays of our friends. And it was the best decision ever! The place not only has a great view but everything about it is wonderful. The six of us had a great time. The service and proactiveness of the staff just benchmarked our experience. Don't think we can settle for anything less ever again! The highlights - 1. Amazing view and lake access (feel free to swim and soak in some nature) 2. Lip-smacking food (an awesome menu to choose from) 3. Friendly and respectful staff 4. Lots of things to do at the property (also a great place to just be and do nothing) 5. They allow pets! (they have some cuties on the property too) Overall, it's a place we didn't want to leave. Loved every bit of it!

We visited this place to celebrate our Anniversary and it was a very lovely experience. The food, the rooms & the service was top-notch. The staff was courteous and helpful. Recently visited Kino Lakeside Chalet, a beautiful place right at the front of Lake Pawna! Mesmerising views, the best was a room with the pool. Overall, the stay was amazing, staff was very friendly & hosted us very well. You’ll never get bored there with tons of activities for you. From Kayaking to board games, they’ve got it all. Definitely visiting again for a rejuvenating staycation.

Kino Lakeside is a serene place to go. It’s a great break to relax out of the city life! Loved the service. The view is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait to be back soon!

The place has the most gorgeous views but it's so overpriced and not worth the spend at all. The staff is not courteous and cleanliness is not upto the mark. Quite a rundown property! Meals were generally decent (barring a few dishes) but the service was pathetic. Hospitality was below average overall.

Splendid location, Great Rooms, Great food and good furnitures, but need some maintenance for basics like Main Door Locks, jammed Taps. Buckets and Dust bins were not available in all rooms on our visit. Hope it is taken care now.
