Always didn't answer the phone, I just want to know whether is there any tournament/league happening. At least post it on your official social media account or website. It's useless just putting notice of unavailable lanes on your counter because customer came unknowingly from far, wasting their money and time. There's no benefit at all paid for the membership, cannot even get latest feeds of events happening at the bowling alley and availability of the lanes.

Last played bowling like years ago. And quite surprised that the pricing is different now. They dont charge you per game, but you must choose want to play minimum 1/2 hour or hourly. In my case, i chose 1/2 hour as the staff said its sufficient , but then the lane had a problem after the first throw and needed to staff to repair something at the back. Tadaa 10 minutes wasted just like that.

very terrible. everytime i come here there is always a tournament/event. customers have to wait for an hour or more to get a lane or sometimes theres no lanes available. Management please take note to improve. Please put a sign infront of the entrance that says there is a tournament/event on that day to save the customers’ time. Jangan la everyday ada tournament/event, orang biasa macam kita ni nak main jugak. Please improve the management.

Everything seems ok and well maintain. But the shoes they provide are really bad condition. Counter staff i think is bangla. Very amatuer and a bit rude.

Ask cs on Facebook whether we can walk in tonight or not, cs said 7-9pm got company booking 10 lanes already, other lane are open for public. But when I reach there at 8 something, the staff there told me lane fully booked by company event even there are many lanes vacant. I said your Facebook cs told me just 10 lane booked others are open for public, but the staff just keep reply the same thing to me. Worst experience ever, I think your company very rich no need small customer like us, next time just open your area to company event, no next time for me, thanks.

My first time bowling here, and i was satisfied. Rm30 for 1 hour on weekdays before 5pm with continuous game, no minum or max of people in a group. We had 5 people with a total of 1.5 playing hours.

We booked a slot at 12pm today. We waited almost an hour and we still couldn't get a lane to play because Management was too focused on an event. Seriously the lanes are empty and they're just giving prizes but we still have to wait to bowl. No apologies or compensation for the inconvenience.

Want to book for 1 lane, but only can take booking minimum 10 lane. And ask to walk in, but walk in the lane is full. Do you think our petrol + parking is free? Really wasted our time to go here, we are paying customers and not playing for free, just give us the freedom to book even it's 1 lane.

Do not buy vouchers. Its a scam. So many terms and conditions..not allowed to book, only walk-in but when arrived...was told fully booked even though there are many empty lanes on a weekday. Staff is extremely rude and arrogant...Don't even bother to call their numbers..noone will answer. Don't bother to try to book any company event..they will say that they don't need your business..the worst bowling place ever...you will regret it

Staff at the counter was very rude and didn’t bother to answer questions politely. We couldn’t play because there was an event at that time. Wish there was a way we could know beforehand when the bowling alley was fully booked to avoid wasting time going all the way there.

Went on Wednesday 1.30pm, was “full” except for 4 lanes “reserved”. Hence wrote my name to Q up for it. Running number as 7th turn, and checking on the slot times mostly around 10-15% spent. Hence I ask the staff in charge if return around 30mins would be fine and would reserve plus minus Lebih kurang 5mins. Returned to the place after 25mins, another staff (where the previous in charge has no idea mana pergi), the staff mentioned that been calling my name for 3 times but no return hence eliminated and required another Q up, which is 14th turn. I asked about the previous staff mentioned about the sections shown was fine at the timeframe, however the response was : “Ada customer cancel or return or finish awal then buka the slot”. Okay, a lesson learnt for me.

Called so many time, but no one answered. The fixed lines displayed are no longer in service. You may be busy attending to customers but we called to prevent the disappointment if the lanes are full when we arrived. Please be more facilitative..

There are have stafe no have experience about management and not respect people turst so bad I recommend peplo no go there...

Its crowded, need to go early and allocate your slot as its gaving too much booking Better to avoid last min planning in public holidays and weekends. Added the tariff rate updated in notice as per todays date

Organise bowling fun game. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Definitely will come again next time.

Suggest to update the operation time close at 10pm if you don’t wish to accept any walk in customer after. It’s disappointed being told that all lane fully booked while half court empty lanes were block for “maintenance service”.

Booking for bowling at 12 pm but after 1hour ++ our turn is not up yet. All the lane already clear but management priotise event booking for prize ceremony instead our booking. What the hell with this services!!! Not recomendded at all.

Staff told us to fill up the waiting list even though there is clearly at least 5 available lanes. After waiting for 15 mins, we asked the staff again, he ignored us. If you are not capable of doing business, just close it down, no need to run the business. I know management will be looking at these bad reviews, you guys know what to do. I recommend not coming here, there are many other bowling place with better staff.

Great place to bowl with great lanes. Having other amenities nearby adds to the attraction of the place. Awesome joint for leisure and time with loved ones or friends. 👍🤩

The price is affordable and the atmosphere is lively but the bowling balls are a bit worn off and the lanes need better maintenance. Overall it's a decent bowling alley for you to spend time with loved ones. 🤗

Its a nice place to go..n bathroom is convenient in each places u walk so its good for people who has walking problem😁

Customer service is really really really bad. HQ very slow doing their job. To book and organize company event here is very very very challenging since they are working very slow. if you are planning to organize event here please opt for other place. Took Forever to get quotation, never pickup calls, every number shown on website ALL USELESS!

Not happy with one of the male workers on duty today because he did not help in making lane reservations and the explanation was not clear. Need to be reprimanded for the good of the company👎🏻.
