I
have
been
training
with
Krystle
for
10
months,
and
I
can
confidently
say
that
she
has
been
an
incredible
personal
trainer.
Her
knowledge
of
strength
training,
combined
with
her
cheerful
and
supportive
nature,
has
made
my
fitness
journey
immensely
rewarding.
From
the
beginning,
Krystle
took
special
care
of
my
knee
injury
(ACL)
and
ensured
that
I
progressed
safely
without
risking
further
harm.
Starting
with
just
2
training
sessions
per
week
and
gradually
increasing
to
3,
Krystal
has
helped
me
improve
my
posture,
reshape
my
body,
and
gain
strength.
Her
patience
and
guidance
have
been
invaluable
throughout
this
transformative
journey.
While
my
primary
goal
was
weight
loss,
I
am
thrilled
to
have
achieved
so
much
more.
Despite
not
reaching
my
target
weight,
I
have
gained
better
posture,
muscle
mass,
and
overall
strength.
Moreover,
the
results
of
my
body
check-up
were
impressive,
and
to
my
surprise,
my
high
uric
acid
levels,
which
had
been
a
concern
for
several
years,
have
normalized
by
December.
This
improvement
has
been
truly
remarkable
and
unexpected.
Krystle
goes
above
and
beyond
by
encouraging
me
to
incorporate
physical
activity
into
my
daily
routine,
helping
me
develop
healthier
habits.
Her
approach
to
strength
training
has
made
exercising
enjoyable
and

I
eagerly
