    I was surveying PT gyms and pricing wise, you can expect most to charge about the same so it comes down to the environment, preference and most importantly, the trainer/staffs. I chose POWER as I wasn't pressured into signing a package with them, staffs were all encouraging and warm. The staff, who is also my assigned trainer (Ryan), was kind to answer several of my questions before I made my decision for a few days. I signed for their 3-months package which is 3 session per week. I am 1 month into training and my overall experience with POWER and Ryan is wonderful. PT: Ryan was attentive and super friendly, I did not feel pressured or intimidated at the gym. He gave good guidance during sessions, always correcting my form, quick to adjust workouts according to situation. I have tight muscles which hinders a lot of our workout session, which he noticed and then emphasized on stretching which I truly appreciate. My experience with trainers in the past never had good memories but POWER and Ryan changed that so I'm glad I made my decision to go for their free consultation. POWER Gym: I had options before deciding on POWER and the main reason why I am here right now is that POWER Gym has a clean environment. All equipment are wiped after every usage, it is not crowded as there are no walk-ins allowed. I truly appreciate their clean shower room and toilet. The place is well lit and is not stuffy which many gyms tend to be. It feels open due to having windows all around.

    I was very timid and intimidated by the gym before starting with Jian, but feel so much more confident and stronger now after 8 one hour long sessions with him. What I like about Jian is his methodical way of calculating progress (he has a chart to record and study my evolution for every repertoire he gives me) and how he listens carefully to what my objectives are and designs a session to meet them. He is also very patient and knowledgeable about the body, and kindly responds to my endless questions about each movement and what are its benefits so I can engage in every activity with intention and purpose. The gym is very well equipped with many cardio and strength training equipments and is a stones throw from Bangsar Village. My cardio and strength has really improved both internally and the results can also be seen aesthetically. I have now recommended Jian and the gym to friends and family as I really believe this is a friendly, comfortable space to build on fitness, no matter your level, and Jian is an excellent and personable coach.

    Exceptional Personal Training Experience with Krystle I have been training with Krystle for 10 months, and I can confidently say that she has been an incredible personal trainer. Her knowledge of strength training, combined with her cheerful and supportive nature, has made my fitness journey immensely rewarding. From the beginning, Krystle took special care of my knee injury (ACL) and ensured that I progressed safely without risking further harm. Starting with just 2 training sessions per week and gradually increasing to 3, Krystal has helped me improve my posture, reshape my body, and gain strength. Her patience and guidance have been invaluable throughout this transformative journey. While my primary goal was weight loss, I am thrilled to have achieved so much more. Despite not reaching my target weight, I have gained better posture, muscle mass, and overall strength. Moreover, the results of my body check-up were impressive, and to my surprise, my high uric acid levels, which had been a concern for several years, have normalized by December. This improvement has been truly remarkable and unexpected. Krystle goes above and beyond by encouraging me to incorporate physical activity into my daily routine, helping me develop healthier habits. Her approach to strength training has made exercising enjoyable and something I eagerly look forward to. I am grateful for Krystle's guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer.     I recently had the pleasure of attending gym sessions at POWER (Bangsar), and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. The facility is well-equipped, and the atmosphere is motivating. In particular, I had a wonderful personal coaching session with PT Sevak. His expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference in my fitness journey. He tailored the workout to my goals and provided valuable insights on proper techniques. In just a short amount of time, I could feel noticeable improvements in strength and just overall fitness. Overall, my time with POWER especially the coaching session with PT Sevak, has been both enjoyable and beneficial for my fitness goals.     I really enjoyed my time at Power Personal Training - Bangsar. My trainer, Mahathir is super patient with me and is very knowledgeable. He curates my fitness schedule weekly and always pushes me to better myself. I have seen an improvement in my strength and agility within a month of training with him. I 100% recommend training with Mahathir. 😊

    It's my first PT experience and I must say I have been lucky to have found POWER Personal Training and my PT Krystle. Krystle is very attentive and switches up my sets to suit my goals. She constantly pushes me and emphasizes on being intentional with every rep - which I really appreciate. When I sustained an ankle injury playing sports she customized my sets further to ensure safety first without compromising performance. Patient, personal and dedicated - this has been a great start to my renewed fitness journey. I look forward to my sessions every time. Keep it up!

    Been training with Sevak and the experience has been completely positive so far. He’s passionate and knowledgeable about training — able to simplify concepts behind each movement, helping me understand why and how we do what we do at the gym. The environment is great at POWER, and Sevak balances an encouraging training style with firm discipline when it comes to correcting movements. This journey has also been made a little more fun thanks to his sense of humour. Highly recommend training here with him.

    Clean, professional and great for those who are looking for a private space to train. As a rookie in weight training, it is important to have a trainer to make sure I'm doing the right things. My trainer, Krystel is very good in giving me the guidance i need without feeling too overwhelmed. It's been a year since i first trained, and I'm definitely feeling a lot stronger and healthier.

    Been trying to find a personal trainer for the longest time and i am glad that i found this place. The gym is well equipped, and the ambient is cosy, clean, and women- friendly. All trainers are friendly. My personal trainer, Mahathir is very knowledgeable and really knows his expertise. His guidance and explanation is clear, and he is very motivating and supportive too. Looking forward to my next session!

    8 weeks of training at POWER, and I am blown away by the results! I joined because I wanted to improve my strength and endurance for a marathon, and I've achieved that and so much more.     Week 12 of my training journey at POWER, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!     I've been training at Bangsar's POWER Personal Training for 3 months now, and the results have been beyond amazing! I walked in frustrated with my weight and fitness, but the trainers and community turned it around. I lost over 10kg and feel the best I have in 10 years! My strength and energy levels improved significantly. If you want real results, I highly recommend POWER Personal Training.     I’ve always been a shy person and have never joined a gym before. This was my first time joining any fitness center. I am so glad to have found POWER, my trainer is super supportive and is very knowledgeable in training.     Signed up for a PT for 16 sessions, was assigned with Cherrie. I came in with the objective of wanting to move my body more due to my sedentary office life and exercise with good form. Never really about losing weight. Cherrie and I aligned on my goals and she has helped me tremendously in reaching it. Absolutely love her as a trainer and as a person and would recommend to others too. She is respectful, accommodating, attentive to my needs - knows what to focus on, what to change / adjust if she senses that we are not ready to carry an exercise / a number of weights yet. She encourages me to also work out outside of our training hours and as an added value, gives me advice on how to improve my form if I sought her counsel as well. I have improved my form and can slowly see myself grow stronger!

    I started my personal training 2 months ago at POWER. After the training, my posture has been improved and my body and stamina become stronger. I really enjoyed my training sessions with Sevak as he is professional, friendly and knowledgable. The gym environment is hygienic, well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended if you wish to sign up for a PT class.

    I've never done PT before this, so I was a little scared of starting, but I was quickly put at ease with Cherrie as my trainer. Training with her felt more like working out with a friend, which I greatly appreciated. I learned a lot from her and saw significant progress in my workouts. The gym, while smaller, has the advantage of never being too crowded. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit of a challenge. I found it easier to just park at Bangsar Village and walk over.

    I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and motivating environment to achieve their fitness goals. The facilities are top-notch, with a variety of equipment to suit all levels of fitness. My PT is Krystle. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to offer support and advice to help me reach my full potential. She pushed me to my limits while still making workouts fun and enjoyable.     The gym is clean and located in a convenient place. The workouts are catered to your specific goals and body type. The trainers are very friendly. I have been training with my trainer, Mahathir, for about two months and I can say that he’s helped me to improve my body strength and help tone my body. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to start your workout journey!

    Initially hesitant about signing up for personal training but soon realized it was one of my more better decisions in life. My trainer, Imran, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout my time on the program. He knew when to challenge me and when to let me ease into each exercise and tailored my program in such a way that it was sustainable for me in the long run. In just a short amount of time, I could feel noticeable improvements in strength and just overall fitness. As a complete newbie, I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer and would highly recommend Imran if you’re looking for a PT. The gym itself is well-kept and offers a quieter setting compared to a commercial gym - which is perfect if you’re looking for a more relaxed space.

    The gym is very clean and hygienic! It’s a safe environment where ladies can work out without any judgmental stares, I’m very comfortable with talking with my trainer Nicole Lee about anything. Our sessions have been really fun ( lots of different kinds of workouts), she is really good at being positive as well as encouraging during my sessions and she has been very understanding about my hectic schedule. I’ve definitely become more active since I’ve signed up and go to the gym by myself more.

    POWER Personal Training reflects the idea that you can be powerful or powerless. I have to say, joining this training facility for the first time has been an amazing experience! The convenience it offers is simply outstanding. The gym is comfortable and private, giving it a more personalized feel, and the prices are reasonable 🙌🏼 A special shoutout to PT Sevak who offers not only fitness advices but also laughter, with workouts that flex both muscles and funny bones.     I began my training sessions at Power Personal Training about a month ago and I’m pleased with the overall experience, particularly with my trainer, Gyan.     I have been training at POWER PT - Bangsar on and off for several months and the experience has been absolutely amazing. My trainer Sevak took the time to understand my personal fitness goals, limitations and preferences and crafted a tailor-made workout plan that is very fun to follow. The facilities are good as well, the equipments are well maintained and hygiene is a high priority so it definitely adds to the experience. I highly recommend POWER to anyone serious about their fitness journey.

    About 3 months ago, I have signed up a training session with PPT and I’m lucky to have Lengye as PT. This is my very first time going to the gym & training with a PT and Lengye really a good trainer . She design the workouts consider my capabilities without hurt my right leg ankle (I got injuries in the past) the same time tailor with my purpose. She is always so encouraging and help me to push farer challenging myself. My training experience has been great because of her.

    Great place to start your fitness journey. Clean and conducive environment. Well equipped and spacious. However, some of the equipments could be better maintained. My PT, Imran, is awesome! He explains, validates and encourages me, which definitely helps me persevere. I would give him a 5 star!
