Not really happy with the car wash service here. I'm fine with they keep pushing and pushing the car wax/polish services but do not "SHOW FACE" if we insist of not getting a car wax. Do not misinterprete pushing with forcing.

Spent RM50 for the water wax they offered, but the result is the same with RM15 wash I had somewhere else. Not thoroughly washed :’) this will be the first and the last time I’m going here. Save your money!

Received a Petron gift card. Disappointed by cashiers ignorant and given a run around with an empty tank. I wanted a full tank for going outstation. They only knew the card is good for max 6,000 points @ RM90 petrol redemption per kiosk daily. I called up the help desk when I reached home. I was informed there's a way to redeem for full tank in a go. Get their supervisor to call up Petron Customer Service to verify your identity as the cardholder. CS will then grant a special approval to validate a full redemption for petrol.

The toilets provided are always clean and smell good

Purposely make gift card hard to use, very bad company and customer service. Not worth to support 1) bring gift card to the station tell me need to register thru sms wait 3 working day 2) after activate bring to the station, tell me last 6 digit of ic number as pin. Tried and it fail with wrong pin. Nothing can be done. Ask me to install app for convenience 3) after install app go back to station. Tell me i cannot claim gift card using the app. Must use the physical card, which the pin is different. Have to call customer service during working hour 4) after call and get my pin number, i go back to the station. RM50 gift card cannot directly claim all 50. Only able to use RM45 max 1 time 5) same gift card cannot use 2 time a day. Means i need go go back again to use up the remaininh RM5 I get this as a gift.. and give me so much headache. if not sincere, please do not sell gift card.. please do not buy this as a gift.. will not support Petron again

The air pump machine is broken for months. Nobody bothers to get it fixed.

Infront this petron, on 2023 christmas eve i was driving and turning into the u turn & suddenly a m/sikal hit my bck & he pass away otw to hospital So please drive slowly and carefully.

I used to go to this place to wash my 2 cars... it was fine all this while until last week they refused to do basic car wash and propose wax treatment instead. Of course I decided to cancel. Very bad service.

Always visit this place to pour petrol. Staff are friendly. There is an ATM inside, very convenient because the area is a very busy area, can't really find ATM or bank without worrying about parking. So easy for quick withdrawal. Sometimes the machine is down, you can always call and ask before heading there.

Never knew there's a Rotiboy in here. Awesome find. I'd just dropped off Ah Boy2 at Sunway Pyramid and this is such an easy location to refuel both the car et moi.

Been coming to the car wash for maybe 10 years now. I like that they are so thorough. Always feel like a car spa pamper session here.

My car tyre got flat. Try to pump air and suddenly a Bangladeshi came to help , thank God. But after awhile he told Tak boleh angin masuk and call his friend, also a Bangladeshi. So I take out my spare tyre and jack and give it to his friend and ask me bayar sedikit rm 50 untuk tukar tayar. I got annoyed. I pumb again and managed to get a tyre shop and get my tyre repaired and they charged rm 20 only.The charges is can't be imagine. They took opportunity on me seeing my hand's problems .They want to help but the money demanded is cannot be acceptable. Be aware.

I know now is fasting month but please attend to your customer with respect. Was buying Rotiboy at Petron Subang Indah just now, (4-410pm)and the boy was so rude. Pressing his ipad so hard like he want to broke his ipad. Such an unpleasant experience. He even give me my change with very rude and rough attitude. It's not that difficult to attend your customer with respect.

Cash wash service in This Petron is just so poor!! 1. No waiting area for customers. Customers have to stand under the hot sun. 2. Insufficient designated area for vacuuming and wiping washed car according to sequence. 3. Overall cleaning level is not satisfactory. Solution. 1. Provide canopy as customer waiting area. 2. Make sure services are given to customers with first come first serve basis. 3. Hire more staffs for car wash centre as the same 3-4 staffs couldn’t cope with high volume customers during peak hours. Petron management please look into it. Or else customers will be switching to other petrol stations that provide good service.

Car wash service really bad. Please dont come here to wash your car. Crazy indian just want cheat money. Keep asking to wax ur car. After reject the hard sell, they simply wash the car and charge me higher price than before. Will not come here again. Con money place.

Really bad car wash service won't come again many people wash but doesn't clean at all
