Not even worth one star,but jn order for me to post review still need to rate this store.super slow service.waited more than one hour for simple order.we were the first customer during that time but still need to wait for such a long time.its understandable if its clash with food delivery order but we asked about 2times and the remaining order just 2 simple drinks.will never come to this store again and will not recommend to others.

First, I tried to purchase using promo for prn, and ordered about 7cups of different drinks.Unfortunately, I just realized it was only applicable for purchasing using tealive app. Didn't want to wait any longer, I paid them with normal price. Second, I ordered signature coffee but unfortunately, there wasn't coffee at all. I only got iced milk with sugar. Care to explain to your customers about the promo and please be careful next time.

Short of staff, lack of stock. Only 1 staff on duty during lunch hour to cater everything. Food and drinks mostly out of stock.

Sorry to say..not impress at all..very slow service due to lack of manpower.. management should add more staff to overcome this problem..
