Thought ear cleaning will be painful but surprisingly it is not painful but a bit itchy. Have sought ENT specialist to clean the wax previously. They used vacuum suction which can be quite irritating with the high pitch sound. This one is much better compared to ENT specialist as there is no high pitch sound and more comfortable

Sending my son 4 years old for cleaning the ears. Service is good and ears is clean. Final touch will apply some medicine for the ear.
