Great condo, well maintained and tight security. Definitely the best for security in this area, mainly because of the building design. As a Tan n Tan development the standard of care, attention and responsiveness is excellent. I speak as an owner/ tenant and as an engineer. Its a very functional and efficient building. There is very little waiting time for lifts as they respond directly to the first person requesting for a lift. Another lift will attend to the next person and so on. On few occasions there may be sharing of lifts but only if the logic system determines this to be the quickest response. I have called up Building Management about a few issues I encountered including the waterproofing of the exterior wall and all of these have been dealt with quickly and adequately. Having been a resident at other condos in this area I must say G Residence is head and shoulders above the rest here.

This high end modern condo is strategically located less than 10 mins to Petronas Twin Towers. It has an incredible panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city center and the view is especially amazing at night and dawn. Security is very tight, state of the art gym with latest equipments, infinity pool with jacuzzi, great and convenient amenities nearby such as grocers, eatery, petrol station, school and many more.

The security guards here are so helpful especially Indra & Santosh. Indra in particular will help you get clearance moving things into your unit, recommend a maid that can clean ur place weekly, recommend even a gas provider when ur cooking & ur kitchen runs out of gas. He is the best local Guide for this condo You can have your parcels be left at the mailbox. Peace of mind Although, I do have complains regarding their management office, they are super sulky & have some superiority Vibe going on. I understand I am only a renting tenant & everything u ask them 70% of the time, the answer will be NO. However if you go in the round about way, where you ask your landlord to get access card, then suddenly its ok. Atleast please smile & be friendly to whoever is staying in the condo. Theyre like will u please refer to the notices we’ve plastered on the wall. Ok, other than that, if your view is facing the golf course fantastic, its beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place if ur ok with 2-3 bedroom. They do have a penthouse But the price gap is a little steep compared to their usual units

Fantastic location, unbeatable views, low density. Great quality finishes. Grocery store and eateries right downstairs. Very happy with this purchase.

A good residential place, but security takes exaggerated measures for visitors, and people stand for a quarter or half an hour to be allowed to enter the building. Even if the owners of the house called him....

Went here for BYORK, a restaurant, for a business meeting. Ample parking for patrons. Noted a few eateries here. Other than the eateries, a college & other shops, not much activities here.

In this condo, the three toilets downstairs are closed. They say that no one cares about the dirty use of customers, so they lock it and prevent them from using it. It's really funny. The management has no brains, and there are no cleaning workers? Isn’t it funny if the toilets in every place are like this? Then what is the purpose of having the toilets, and not allowing them to use the toilets with the door closed?stupid management
