Dr. Dennis is very professional. Since coming here, my skin has been improving, and my acne has significantly reduced. The beautician Jaslene Ang is also very attentive, always careful and clean when doing facials, and she has a great personality. I am always happy with their services when I come here!

While the doctor at O2 Batu Kawan demonstrated competence, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The staff provided me with a stack of Paracetamol, despite not having a fever, and insisted on an additional payment, attributing it to the doctor's recommendation for early prevention. This is my second visit, a similar situation occurred where I had to pay extra for unnecessary items, making my overall encounters less satisfactory.
