This beach would be great but people just leave their litter everywhere rather than taking it to the bin. The beach is covered in plastic and rubbish- plastic bags, forks and spoons, takeaway cartons, bottles, cups and even dirty nappies. This is the amount of rubbish we collected from just a small section of the beach. The majority of it is not brought in by the tide, it has been left there. Shame on the people who come here and think itโ€™s okay to dump rubbish in a natural area.

Nice little hidden beach spot if you are looking to get away from the bustling crowd. Very clean stretch of sandy beach so you can enjoy the breeze. If you plan to swim here do take note that there are warning signs of undercurrents so don't go too deep into the sea. Getting here is easy despite the narrow road leading to this place.

Beautiful beach to bring your family and friends. The scenic view will make you mesmerized and forget all your problem temporarily. You can view sunset from the beach. It's located deep at Balik Pulau coast. The path to the beach is hill and curvy. Picnic will be suitable or barbeque but swimming is dangerous as the water is deep and in some occasion we can encounter torrent.

Beautiful place to catch sunset. This beach has many rocks. But please be careful when one want to swim at this area, this beach could be deep at certain area with its rougher ocean wave.

WARNING AHEAD, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR TOURIST! This place is a nice place but there is one BIG DOWNSIDE! No signal and No internet connections! It means if you come here by grab, there will be no leaving since you won't be able to use the grab service. People who come here are mostly locals, they drive their own car so no problem for them.

Hidden beach at the end of the road. There are stairs to go down to the beach, no ramp for buggy or wheelchair. 1 vendor selling sugar cane drinks. No specific parking lot, just parking space on both sides of the street.

Long Sand Beach is one of the beautiful beaches located in Penang State, Malaysia. Beaches are calm and its seem to be a good fishing spot. It is a suitable place for hideouts from the hectic environments. You can also enjoy watching the sunset in evening.

Natural and untouched by development. Hoping it stays this way. Come here instead of Batu Ferringhi if you prefer a less crowded environment. It's peaceful and scenic.

Great place to chill on a weekday as the crowd is pretty intense during weekends. Untouched beachfront with trees providing welcome shade in a few spots. Only downside is the road leading in, which is narrow and not user friendly especially at peak hours.

This beach was bit far tucked in the country side..yet trust me , worth similar to Penang's super popular , overly crowded beach on the other side. Less crowded , u got ample space to yourself , clean beach , long strands of white sandy beach. No stall/shops here so please prepare the necessities. Toilet was ok and good spot for serene beach beauty. Plus , nearby this beach still got a lot of places to visits

Regards to water quality this is one of the absolute best beaches on the island of Penang! We saw big groups of people who just left their trash even though there was a trash bin just a few meters away. Please donโ€™t leave plastic and other rubbish at the beach!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

nice place , nice view , quite danger to swimming and not allowed so better don try to swim here and just enjoy the view because the waves on the beach are huge and strong. The water level is also rising fast. Its was a nice place for people who like fishing. Who like to takes the picture, can visit this place too. but DONT'T SWIM HERE, you can take care of your life and your loved ones.. โœจ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hidden nature. You can enjoy the sea breeze and relax there. There is no signal, no facility part, no hawker stalls. But this is a bit dirty, tourists should take away their garbage.

One of the prettiest beaches in Penang but also the farthest to get to. This is not a designated tourist beach so there are no proper facilities to accommodate beach goers. Visitors should be more responsible with the things they bring to the beach as I always find garbage on the beach. Just like esen beach in batu maung, there's no one that will pick up the trash, so please bring back whatever things/garbage you're bringing with you. Weekends could be a bit hectic as locals come in droves to spend time at this beach, usually for a bbq picnic and angling. Parking is also a hassle on weekends as parking spots are limited. Best to come on weekdays. This is a beach I've always enjoyed coming, to relax and unwind with my family.

Good sandy beach, less crowded BUT no facilities whatsoever. Some visitors here don't know how to keep this place - rubbish thrown all over the place. Prepare to bring bottles of water to clean up after a dip in the sea as the toilets locked up and abandoned.

Beautifully secluded beach. It could use a beach cleanup but the water is warm and inviting, clear and refreshing. This appears to be a great surf fishing beach!

The best beach Iโ€™ve visited in Penang so far. Itโ€™s so calming and the sun set view is indescribable. One thing to be aware of is the rocks step to walk down to the beach. Itโ€™s quite challenging especially for elderly and kids as itโ€™s kind of slippery due to the sand and too many rocks. By the way, no facilities nor hawkers there. So bring your own food or you can get it by the roadside before entering to the beach. Overall, I would say itโ€™s worth of visiting.

Clean, not sure if have toilets, I brought my own tong of fresh water for a final rinse. A hobbyist angler uncle advised me that the beach is of the steep type, current is strong, so please swim in the shallows only. Sand is smooth, but particle size is large. May not be the best for sand castles.

(Translated by Google) In the middle of getting ready for breakfast, I came to visit my sister-in-law. Last week his beloved father died. Ask your wife once even if she feels it is not worth it because she really wants to move from Taiping in the afternoon. Brother-in-law's house in Balik Pulau. Move from Taiping at 11.45 am, stop buying ABC je not far from brother-in-law's house. Sampai2 is close to 2 o'clock. As expected by abe Im. After releasing the longing not to visit since the beginning of PKP March 18, he was able to have long conversations, stories of all kinds. It's just that he's not serious and very serious. Season COVID has reached 1228 on 24 October 2020 and today it is 800 more on 25 October, the feeling of this departure only fulfills the responsibility of friendship between the two red and green areas ... ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… (Confirm to be criticized later) ... He also had a video call whatapps with his mother far away in Kuala Krai. Say hello, ask about Mr. Pig who is always looking for cassava and sweet potato by the side of the house. And look at the clock, it's already 4 pm. Tiba2 .... "Wer, nok gi pata?", Abe Im breaking the noisy deafness of a child who was playing while watching Mr. Barnacles' cartoon on Nickelodeon. "Take a shower for half an hour, please click" the poison again. Jebat abstinence is challenged. Taboo young people are invited to the beautiful beach. Abe Im taking me to the beach. He said it was close to home. I suspect he and the children must always bathe there. Remember the beach is very crowded, open and the cleanliness is normal. Apparently 2 pergh ... Pasir Panjang Beach. Connecting to the beach at the Balik Pulau National Building Camp ... Pretty crazy this beach. But the water is in weyh. Abe Im for her second grade son and the other siblings came down like that. I'm angry. "Im, I'm drowning anok tu", (Im, I'll drown that child), I wrote. Yelah, the beach at bay. Rarely not deep. "Eh, tohor je", he replied lazily. Hmmm. I 'be like' oklah. The four children went down first when they saw the five cousins โ€‹โ€‹came down. I, on the other hand, even though I had lured my wife who was reluctant to go because it was a bit late with sweet words embroidered with lies, went to copy the clothes with confidence. Eh. What a shock this shower is. But not many people take a bath. Is mcm anney or aunt is bathing in a bikini with her son. I, Alhamdulillah, was not as bad as before, my eyes just looked at him at a glance. Astaghfirullah astaghfirullah ... I who from earlier did not believe the water was shallow managed to prove that the water was not shallow. But Abe Im's son who is number 2 does not have a direct water phobia. Look at the swallowed sea water and relax. When it enters a little water, it just feels .. Oh in the water too. It is not suitable for bathing for children or adults who are not good at swimming. After all, swimming on this beach is good in any way, if you get a rip current effect or suddenly your feet are really life threatening. It's fun to take a shower. I, who is not very good at swimming, is also practically a chestnut who studied 15 years ago in sem 1 UMT. Swimming and Aquatic Clubs. That's right. If there is a little skill. No matter how bad we are, we have little confidence. He also swam to the depths of his chest. More than that, they are afraid and worried that no one will come to their rescue if they drown. Had to wait in the water place a little as a border so that the children do not fall asleep and are easy to see. Finally he returned home after about half an hour of bathing. Rasa nak repeat. Only when you read old reviews on google map, you feel a little scared too. Many people have drowned. It can actually be associated with the interference of subtle beings as well as coats. Maybe you have enlightenment. I Alhamdulillah, he allowed me to read the protective prayer such as 'ุงุนูˆุฐ ุจูƒู„ู…ุงุช ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุงู„ุชู…ุง ุช ู…ู† ุดุฑ ู…ุงุฎู„ู‚'. It means I seek refuge in Allah from the evils of His evil creatures. Alhamdulillah, nothing bad happened. Crossed earlier, if you come next time if you want to take a shower, you also have to provide a hard safety float like in the pool along with a rope. He did not go to save the drowning man with his bare hands or as a support plan if anyone drowned. (Original) Tengah siap2 sarapan pagi, terlintas nak melawat kak ipar. Minggu lepas ayah tercintanya meninggal dunia. Ajaklah bini sekali walaupun dia rasa tak berbaloi sebab singkat sangat nak gerak dari Taiping tu dah tengahari. Rumah kak ipar kat Balik Pulau je. Gerak dari Taiping jam 11.45 pg, berhenti beli ABC je tak jauh dari rumah kak ipar. Sampai2 dah dekat pukul 2. Tiba2.... "Wer, nok gi pata?", abe Im memecah kepekakan riuh rendah anak sedara yang bermain sambil menonton kartun Mr Barnacles kat Nickelodeon. "Mandi2 setengoh jam, pah keliklah" racunnya lagi. Pantang Jebat dicabar. Pantang anak muda diajak ke pantai nan indah. Abe Im ajak ke pantai. Katanya dekat je dgn rumah. Aku syak mesti dia dan anak2 selalu mandi kat situ. Ingatkan pantai yg sgt ramai orang, terbuka dan kebersihannya biasa2 sahaja. Rupa-rupanya2 pergh... Pantai Pasir Panjang. Bersambung dengan pantai di Kem Bina Negara Balik Pulau... Cantik gila pantai ni. Tapi airnya dalam weyh. Abe Im bagi anak dia yang darjah dua dan adik2 yang lain turun macam tu je. Aku dah geram. "Im, lemas kae anok tu",(Im, nanti lemas anak tu), leter aku. Yelah, pantai di teluk. Jarang tak dalam. "Eh, tohor je", dia dengan keterselambaannya jawab. Hmmm. Aku 'be like' oklah. Anak2 yg empat orang dah turun dulu bila tengokkan kelima2 sepupunya dah turun. Aku pula walaupn tadi mengumpan isteriku yang keberatan nak pergi sebab dah agak lewat dengan kata manis bersulam dusta, pergi salin baju dengan yakinnya. Eh.

A less touristy beach here at Balik Pulau. Other than that, nothing much really. Also there's virtually no cell reception at all, which is a rather nice way to turn-off your internet-life for a while. Not far from the beach there's a nice seafood restaurant (Jia Siang) do check them out too!
