Admit it. You will have to wait for around 30mins to about an hour waiting if you didn't make an appointment to take your pet for a visit. But overall, it really worth waiting with experience Vet handling my pet and explain their condition so far even I didn't even notice something like ear mites. Thank you Dr Tan, very patient vet and considerate. Highly recommended.

Most of time i brought my cats here (Belle & Mel) to see vet. The latest was during Mel having kittens 💕💕 Vet there are very helpful and informative. The one helped us with Mel kittens was vet name Ali. Appreciate it so much as it was Mel first delivery. Will keep coming here in future.. Recommended 👍

Good for day treatment, bad for warded. The medicine and consultation is good plus get clear instructions of the diseases of my pets. but, I have multiple cats and kittens that clearly been neglected by the staff or doctor during warded. Multiple bruises and cat drenched with urine in the cage is shown when I picked up my pets. PLS RETHINK AND AVOID IF WANT TO WARDED YOUR PETS. I wouldn't ward my pets here again.

Was sending my cat Xia Mi for spaying and ask the Dr for update, and they send me this. Sooooo cute. Personally, it quite worrying when your pet is left at clinic and the owner was unable to enter to visit. Luckily, they handle my pets well and really reassure to left my pet to them. Overall, reasonable price, good service and highly recommended.

My no.2 vet clinic to go. We went there on last Sunday. Met Dr. A, very friendly & helpful doctor. We seldomly come here because we have one nearer to our house. The price is slightly higher but I guess because they need to sustain the premise as they have many doctors & staff. Waiting time ranging from 5min to 1 hours. So many patients at a time. Fairly equipped as they have the scan, x ray etc. Customer service is excellent. The guy on the registration counter is very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I am so glad that they have options for consultation. (1. You can leave your pet and they will call you and ask about your pet etc 2.You can wait and go in together with your pet.) I l am so grateful they open on Sunday as most vet clinic close during this day. Treatment wise I would say I am happy about it as we never had bad experience. Alhamdulillah. The medications are excellent..broad spectrum antibiotics etc. Last one, I really hope they will improve on hygiene and cleanliness of the premises, then I will give them 5 stars. This Vet is super professional and the price is reasonable. My cat was suspect with some infection on his leg, and the vet does not simply advice you, it will just follow the sickness to prescribe. Now my cat is healthy and keep running wild!

No x-ray,no proper treatment,keep Looking into blood results and tell every thing !!!!!!! MONEY MINDED BUT NIT INTO SAVING THE FUR KIDS!! I have been their regular customer for few years until MCO. 4 weeks ago, my dog Mary had a seizure and I brought here to the emergency. I have been told il be charged extra 200 and I was fine about it because money is the second. I was desperate to save her. I’ve been told that she was poisoned and she had a lump in her abdomen. They ran a blood test, heart worm test and I’ve been told that she has been poisoned. The bill was 875 and I still have the transcription statement in my bank. Requested for the receipt and soft copy but I didn’t receive it all. I didn’t have any documents on the first visit. I had been coming back n forth for her treatment ( it cost me a fortune) until the second week , Mary had her third blood test. This time the poison had cleared up and it seemed like she got infection. On the other hand, I grew worried about her tumor and insisted to know what is the next procedure. During this time, I’ve been told that the clinic doesn’t have any chemotherapy treatment and I’ve been asked to go to a different vet in Kl. Ended up in UVH, the vet told me that the seizure wasn’t really a seizure, it might have been a stroke once they’ve done the x tray. It seemed like Mary has an enlarged heart. The vet told me that after seeing all the blood test I’ve done in animal clinic, that it doesn’t seem like she got poisoned!!! To conclude, Mary passed away on Tuesday, only 4 days after her first visit at Upm. My heart hurts for Mary. Its not about money, but it’s about the diagnosis ! If you aren’t sure what are you doing pls tell it upfront so we, the owners can go somewhere else to save our furkids!-please save your fur kids from this kindA of people

Just because its the only clinic operating 24hours doesn't mean it have to be too expensive. Sometimes, people bring stray cats and dogs because of humanity and they might don't have enough cash. Perhaps can be considerate and pls clean all the pet stools all around the compound at clinic entrance. Tq.

This animal clinic is the best we’ve ever had. The front table always serves people politely and keeps up the situation of your pets. Special thanks to Doctor Ali who conducted several operation. He is very kind hearted and a caring doctor. He is very aware of animals situation, when we decided to give up.. the clinic step up and helped us through the difficulties. Without him, our cat Batu will definitely not survive through this. Although Batu is a stray cat, but Doctor Ali did his best to help her, in the end she managed to survive. Huge respect to doctor Ali for his ablity and dedication, his definitely is a specialist in curing animals.

last december was a total nightmare when our chi fell super ill just out of the blue and had to undergo a couple times of transfusion plus on and off IV drips. ever since then we have been seeing both Dr Loh and Dr Ali and we’re beyond grateful and appreciative of their professionalism, patience and dedication in helping our chi recover. consultations were thorough and clear; most importantly they know exactly what they’re doing.

Brought my 3cats here over this 4years, seen almost every doctors. All are caring and experience! They are good in diagnosis, treatment and especially surgeries. The receptionist are all helpful. Ya sometimes it might take longer time for them to reply but I think it’s reasonable as they are really pack with appointments. The waiting time is actually worth it if my pets get to see a good doctor.

Dr Loh is very experience and able to explain in detailed, given genuine advice. My dog poodle had Orthopaedic surgery in the clinic last year and recently has shoulder dislocated. The fees are also reasonable. We are grateful for his professionalism and service.

This is a very good place that i would recommend. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. I went there few times for my kitten. The doctor assist and answered all our questions without any problem.

Visited on 10 Sept 2022. Made appmt at 2pm and got attended to at 2.05pm. Very smooth. Dr Tan gave me lots of advice and was assuring during the entire consultation (since I am 1st time cat owner). Really appreciate his checks and complicated ear-cleaning after ear mites discovery. Thank you for a thorough job, Dr Tan. Meeka shld be better soon. Cheers!

dr cyndy and dr tan are my 8 kids doctors. and all my rescues. when you go in for a minor thing and they give a head to tail check up, you know they are the ones for your kids. thoroughness is the main quality that i want in vets and i am really happy to say i found it here in these two doctors. and they do check in on your babies after your visit. these are genuine doctors that cares for your babies health and well-being. highly recommended.
