The service is quite fast, the food is tasty. The ambience is alright as long as you got no other guests that are so excited and talking so loudly. Like my experience last night. Overall I like their food. But the naan is quite flat not fluffy, the kind that I like.

All the foods were flavorful and full of herbs. Ordered starters: Aloe Tikki with Chole and Paneer Puri. Both were great. Dal Pancharangi was our favorite, many types of different flavor in it. Hyderabad chicken was good as well. Bhuna mutton was delicious but could be softer. Bru Coffee was nice. Big portion. Note: It's using condensed milk instead of fresh milk. Staff were friendly and polite. They know how to recommend if you require some opinions. Prices were above average, but foods come with big portion. Credit card (except Amex) accepted here. A bit hard to find parking here tho, unless you park in open car park - RM 10.

The food was really tasty but super pricey tho. The portion was not much as an Indian who eats a lot like me. Ambience was calm and cozy but they forgot to turn the AC on until i told so. Good people and staff and love the environment. They have covid safety measure n maintains hygiene well. They place a plastic on your table so they throw the whole thing once you finish eating n theyll put on a new plastic for the next customer to dine in. Nothing to complaint but the price.

Very nice restaurant in Malaysia. Very tasty food . South Indian items by North Indian specialist were fine. Rasam, payasam etc. The non veg chicken and fish curry were outstanding. Good place to dine.

Delicious food even but spicy for me who don’t take spicy. Love the grilled prawns and chicken tikka. Nice staff.

Visited the restaurant a couple of days ago with my friends, and had a great time. The food was delicious, and it reminded me about my meals in India. The ambience was cozy (they have comfortable chairs), and made the dining experience amazing!! Highly recommend this place if you are looking good Indian food. I can't wait to visit the restaurant again!

Review of an Indian Restaurant by an Indian: 1. Ambience is good but sitting is painful. Table is way higher than chairs so you won't be able to eat for long in that arrangement. 2. Do not use carrots to hold the chicken on the stick. Easy to deploy but difficult to take off since it's hard. 3. Taste - average. NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY. Go somewhere else instead.

Nice Ambience. Good Food. They also serve certain chef special dishes (which is not on the menu). Staff is very nice. Parking can be a bit tricky. Mostly we went for dinner so did not have much issues with parking

Loved the food!! Service was great too! Would recommend them to put less oil in their curry next time as they were all oily (as seen by excess oil on the surface). In general, great good and worth the visit!

Indian cultural setting is nice. High class but reasonable price. Chappati, puri are made fresh so it takes time, so can't sneak in quick lunch unless you take buffet.

The butter naan, keema mutter, butter chicken, raita and plain briyani are pretty good. I love the service here as well. I find the prices a little steep for me but they’ve not compromised on quality so it’s still alright.

Fish tikka was fresh and delicious. Naan tasted great as well though be warned the mixed naan basket is enough to feed four! Found the seekh kebab masala and paneer taka tak (which was the special) quite unmemorable.

Delicious food. I came for the lunch buffet (RM45) and every dish was tasty. Just thought some dishes were a little on the salty side but after eating with naan it is alright. Will definitely come again!

It was really flavorful. My partner loved it. I got butter chicken which normally isn't spicy at all, but it made my nose run and my eyes water. However I couldn't stop eating it because it was soooo good. They offered to take it back and bring it to me less spicy, but I was so happy with how it tasted even though it was hot that I didn't take them up on their offer. The staff was honestly shocked that I found it so spicy. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved the cute dishes the food came in.

Visiting this place was an amazing experience as once you enter here, you’ll definitely experience the Indian culture. One could not say you’re not in any Indian restaurant. The people are good and the services are awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to visit it and one must try Manchurian. Other foods are also amazing. Must Visit.

We went to the restaurant after visiting Ramalingeshwar temple nearby. Quite expensive, but not worth the money. All the curry dishes have the same type of gravy. It cost 200 RM for three persons. Not an authentic north Indian cuisine. The ice cream we ordered was stale and made from condensed milk.

Amazing north Indian cuisine. Went there with my family from abroad, and they love the food, vibes, and services. Spent around RM400 for 4 people. Love the aniseed mouth freshener details. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious and commendable food. Best North Indian food place in KL. A bit pricey, but the flavours are totally worth it. Just that having tried the gajjar ka halwa, it seemed to be having added colors. IMO this dessert does not require extra color as the gajjar itself provides good color. Probably the restaurant can improve on this part to try to keep the food more natural.

Suggest to improve on the following areas 1) The restaurant wasn’t crowded at the time of my visit which was about 1.20pm but seems to be no welcoming ambience 2) Food was good especially mutton briyani, garlic naan and chicken tikka 3) but to my surprise the coffee was served is a large bowl or cup. Recommend to serve coffee especially bru coffee in a silver cup to be authentic 4) Plates were rather large and the table setup was crowded with too many plates and large cups 5) Finally I would suggest for northern Indian influence in the cutlery usage. I would return to this restaurant for the tasty food

NOT missi roti. Paratha, naan? I walked for 30 minutes to here because Sagar claimed to offer missi roti (besan mixed with atta flour, spices etc). Firstly, it came in under five minutes. So, whatever it was it had even been cooked earlier. Secondly, genuine missi roti has a dry texture. It cracks. This was spongey. Thirdly, missi roti is rather thin. This was thick. Fourthly, you cannot open up missi roti and see chopped garlic, cumin and semi-raw dough. Fifthly, chickpea flour (missi roti should in my experienced low-glycemic high-protein kitchen, be at least 30%) has a characteristic aroma very unlike wheat. So, a total disappointment. For an Indian bread it was good. But It was not what I ordered. I think they substituted dhania naan because I asked for no chillies. The two chutnies that arrived were standard coriander leaf and tamarind. Curiously, the lemo coriander soup, while looking like some Chinese bastardization, was tasty, albeit slimy (starch added?) Very small bowl. However, service was excellent. Decor and furnishings lovely. But I eat out for food, not atmosphere. And they did follow my instruction to burn it. I will definitely not return, and if I do I will not expect genuine Punjabi or Rajasthani cuisine. After 10% enforced service charge and 6% government tax I certainly did not tip.

A beautifully decorated Indian restaurant with great ambiance. The buffet dinner didn't have much options for vegetarians but you can always order a la carte.....there are lots of options on the menu. There is also a bar here. Restrooms are kept clean. So are the table cloths, cutlery. The taste is great. The waiters are helpful and polite. Service is good. A good option for Indian food in Kualalampur.....👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👍🏻🙂

The food is amazing. Mix basket is a must. The mutton is full of flavour and is extremely tender. First time tried the spinach dish, it is slightly spicy, and goes very well with the breads. Do expect above average - expensive pricing, but worth the money. You may wanna look out for the buffet options, cost about RM60-RM80 depends on season.

Best place to enjoy North Indian food . Nice and quiet place for all meetings and gatherings. The food is very tasty.

Previously it was really good, they used to serve water like pure North Indian, but now become money minded even started charging for water. Too bad of them, this is the even the case for customers who are going there for years altogether. Food quality also deteriorated comparatively, they have to start improving by becoming customer centric to be in business

We really are Deaf. Two of my friends are from Johor and one from Penang. I introduce them to the Sagar restaurant. The suggested dish names are Butter Chicken Masala and Metti Fish, and they suit eating with tandoori naan and jeera rice. They really loved it so much. They said they want to order from the same menu when they have time to come to Kuala Lumpur. The service staff was very good and friendly. I say thank you so much to those who gave discounts to the Deaf. I really appreciate you 🤟🤟🤟
