I stayed in Tower A on 2021. There is no privacy in Skypod. Last time, most of the tenant are college students next to the condo but after covid no more college students. Since then, more units rents out as AirBnB and homestay which rip out residents privacy. A week later, I found out im staying next to aurbnb unit. All the parties, weird peoples come and go, all the noises, all the sampah (from bachelorette parties), fengtau parties, some guys only wearing underwear while the door open. Neighbor upstair always hentak kaki from afternoon to 5am in the morning. Fought with them twice since the management cant do anything or not making any action. Oh yes, the airbnb unit have leakage and affected my unit , the damp condition attracted ants. They never repair it. Dodgy condo filled with foreigners. Karaoke at 12am? Walaoweh.. like they owned the whole building. There one security, an Indian lady. So old so forgetful and so annoying. I forgot to bring my access card, ask her to open the door and scold me `who are, u staying here meh?’. The procedure is, no card then write name on the log book and give address. Been staying there for almost a year, give you food n drink and say good morning to everyday and you cant remember me? Cant talk politely. Small sink, not suitable for person who love to cook. Swimming pool no shade, very hot. The only thing that is good about Skypod is the location, walking distance to IOI Mall and public transport. Wayyy to many complaints that I wanted to add in here but I don’t eant to make it sounds personal. Pros: Convenient Location: One of the standout advantages of Skypod Tower A is its prime location. It offers easy access to IOI Mall and public transport, making it a convenient choice for those who rely on these amenities regularly. Cons: Privacy Issues: Skypod Tower A suffers from a severe lack of privacy. What used to be a community primarily occupied by college students transitioned into a space with more AirBnB and homestay units, which significantly impacted residents' privacy. This led to constant disruptions, including noisy parties, unconventional guests, excessive noise, and even unpleasant after-party trash like that from bachelorette gatherings and "fengtau" parties. Some tenants displayed a lack of discretion by wearing minimal clothing with their doors open. Ineffective Management: The management's response to the privacy and noise issues was less than satisfactory. Despite numerous complaints, the management was unresponsive and failed to take effective action. Even a leakage problem from an adjacent AirBnB unit was left unaddressed, resulting in a damp environment that attracted ants. Noisy Environment: Skypod Tower A seemed to have a lively but noisy atmosphere. Late-night karaoke sessions and other disturbances, such as those at midnight, were a regular occurrence. This created an atmosphere where some tenants appeared to have little regard for their neighbors. Inefficient Security Staff: The security personnel, particularly an elderly Indian lady, were forgetful and often displayed discourteous behavior. This was evident when a resident had issues with accessing the building due to a forgotten access card, and the security personnel's reaction was far from accommodating. Inadequate Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen sink in the units was notably small, which made it impractical and inconvenient for those who enjoy cooking or need more space for meal preparation. Unshaded Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was not equipped with any shade, making it uncomfortable to use, particularly in the sweltering heat. This design flaw limited the pool's usability during most of the day. In summary, Skypod Tower A offers a convenient location but is plagued by a range of issues, including privacy concerns, ineffective management, a noisy environment, inefficient security staff, limited kitchen facilities, and an uncomfortably hot swimming pool. These factors should be carefully considered by potential residents before making a decision to stay at this condominium.

The apartment is quite conveniently located. There's a mini mart and a cafe operating in the vicinity. Depending on your ABnB host units, the units are reasonably spacious for small group of people. The basement car park is confusing because there's no indication of pillar number and good luck trying to find your parking lot number. For visitors, you need to ask the security guard to open the car park lift access door to enter the lift lobby.

Security is not tight, doors are always mulfunctionimng. I don't know how's the management, but there always has people smoking by the pool, by the gym room, at the area where smoking is prohibited... Parking has water leakage problem, so and so for. Disappointed by this over price property. 2 stars for the strategic location PS: be careful at the parking, due to no barrier install, driver here like to go shortcut, jeopardising other people here.

I’ve met the rudest security guard here - the old fat Indian lady with the loud fan blasting her face from less than a meter away, so could not hear anything I said she was shouting all the time and I had to shout back. She just had to off the bloody fan in front of her! Is it that hot that you need the fan so close to your face? Rude and no matters, treated people like we all want to get in to dig gold. The other female guard (looked like foreigner) was no help, saw the situation just sneered and sat and ignored. Management should fire her.

Located just opposite IOI mall, eased up with the landmark for travelers. Property owner's (shinyii) very helpful and awesome check-in guide, even without attending at location. It was a pleasant and nice stay!!

This place is average not tidy at all. You can definitely fix your leaking taps and buzzing ceiling light. They have this set rules and regulations yet this place is not clean at all. Do some maintenance man ? Your showers need attention. If you spend time on your presentation then the first impressions will last forever. Communication regarding the pool. Was being fixed ? You need to communicate with your client.

This is truly a wonderful place in Puchang Malaysia for staying and having quality time. I really like the environment all around and the beautiful atmosphere of the building. This is one of the most luxurious buildings here in Malaysia. You can come and visit this place with family and friends.

Location is very near to pj, sunway.The apartment is furnished very basic but overall very clean.Toiletries and washing up powder provided which is a bonus.No hanging rail to dry cloths on balcony.There is washing machine.kitchen is furnished with good appliances.Sofa is a bit uncomfortable.But overall we are happy with our stay.Will recommend.Rules won't allow friends around .I hope for a bit of flexibility like allow for drop by for chat or coffee catch up as long as not having a party.Nice view.Suggest if you have toddler maybe get a ground floor.The window has no safety lock.

1. One of the mattresses is broken. It sinks in the middle. Uncomfortable to sleep on, right? A sinking feeling .Needs a change. Bad for posture. 2. The bedsheets, pillow cases, quilt covers need to change. They are old and worn out. Incongruous designs. It gives one a feeling that this is a makeshift do. Whatever spares from hand me downs to make up the beddings. 3. The bathroom stinks. 4. The red floor mat at the kitchen floor is not clean, it's sticky. 5. However, the water pressure is good.

Booked a stay for 3 days 2 nights here through Agoda App. Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t that pleasant. The host of my stay change our unit without our consent, and the accommodations in the house weren’t in a good condition. However, the residence has a lot of vacant parking, and the view of the city during night is quite beautiful. The swimming pool can be easily accessed between tower 1 and tower 2. it’s pretty close with IOI Mall Puchong.

Friend accommodation just passed through and believed to be better facilities as the location was a strategic location and convenience.

It’s a nice Apartment, many of my friend stay here. I have visited here many times already. SkyPod Apartment security system is very nice, without pass card nobody can in or out. This apartment pass card given by apartment management. One of my friend stay at floor 14, it’s balcony out view is very nice.

equipment quite old actually btw still in good condition the lift looks like dangerous cuz experience that stuck in the lift for half an hour and no cctv at all
