Operation hour is 10am-10pm but i go at 9pm, the workers tell me close already!

My wife visited the alley last Sunday; all the way from Miri; she wanted to commend one of the staff there because he was really helpful and went the extra mile in providing my wife with direction on how to get to the alley; he even came to the main entrance personally to bring her up because it was 10 am and the main entrance is not officially open yet; then he showed her the way out again because he was worried she will lost her way; we were really impressed by his attitude; unfortunately we didn’t get his name; just knew that he was a Kedah bowler and has only been working there for four months. Keep up the good work young man and you will be on your way to success 👍👍👍

This bowling centre is located at the highest floor of the shopping mall and it was slightly creepy on my way walking to the bowling centre as it was far off from the busy area of the shopping mall. The cashier was a bit arrogant and talked like a boss to us when we wanted to buy the games. The machines of our lanes was jammed at least 5 times during our games. Gratefully, their workers were helpful and quickly came to fix the machine.

Good place for bowling. Was bit hard to find the exact location from outside. Located on floor 4b Prices are average and can be cheaper upon purchasing membership.

I strongly recommend it for those who want to play at the bowling centre. The price is also affordable . This place was so comfortable and the staff was so friendly.

The place is awesome but the service not able to reach even 4 star.

We went here at 1pm, the place isn’t that crowded. The place is okay, there is no much food choice in here when you get hungry while playing. The billiard kits are mostly broken. Not really worth it

Quite impressing as the bowling centre still well maintained. Recommend to bring your kids for playing bowling. Beside also one restaurant for meal and drink

What a surprise to find the bowling center nice and modern in a location around this area surrounded with mostly nothing much happening shops and only foreign workers. Consider one of the largest bowling center in Penang, it is well kept and clean..

Nice but not cheap

The proshop owner, Victor doesn't know how to communicate with customers...so disrespectful and rude... We did a purchase before and didn't realise there is balance that we should settle...When we visited the shop they acted out violently

The environmental very clean, and enjoyed playing bowling at there. But the frontdesk( cashier) person very rude to us. seems like too racist
