Within the span of 30 mins, he just makes you feel like you are welcome (especially with those infectious laughs) Not only that, he helped me how to sidecar my macbook and ipad. So if you are within the vicinity and thinking of splurging some apple product, look no further and hit up Mr Salihin. the last time i was here at Machines One U , I was totally disappointed and wrote a review and gave only a one star but this time around I was pleasantly surprised becoz this young lady who was a glimmer of hope was sitting at the technical table. So I picked up my courage and went straight to her. And she was good. in fact the only reason i remember her was her outstanding qualities even on the first visit. While she was not at the technical table, she over heard my complaints and took the risk to commit that i will be seen at my 1pm appointment. when 1 pm came and i was not called she went out of the way to engage the slugggish and poor attitude staff and request on my behalf. As luck would have it those ‘big’ guys out ranked her and told her rudely that I had to wait. But i appreciated her proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative and even come out of her comfort zone. Good job then Nur Aidah and thank you for being there second time around too. You were efficient in giving me back my air pods with the relevant explanations! Next time if i have to come i will insist you serve me and my family. And to anyone else. If you want good service seek out this young person And she will definitely help save the Apple. Brand. No thanks to Machines !

I bought an iPhone 11 pro max on 14th, the cashier offered me Apple Care which I refused to purchase. The cashier then laughed and sarcastically discussed how I will break the screen and return after a few days, very rude and very unprofessional.

One of the worst Machines outlets I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Staff nowhere to be found and I had to hunt them down at their store room. I couldn’t even differentiate between customers and staff. Saw that they were wearing blue Machines shirts but the “Machines” wording was so small, they looked like every other customer. They might as well just wear their own clothes because who can even tell? Next, I queued for 45 mins just to make a simple purchase. Nowhere else in 1 Utama had available stocks for the item I wanted to buy, hence was forced to put up with the waiting and lack of customer service. It’ll be online purchases or another outlet for me next time.

The Macbook Pro got manufacturing issue right the next day after warranty was expired. Apple is refusing to fix because it doesnt provide free reapir program for 2017 Macbook pros. This is very upsetting! Because all the work and studies cannot be done because of this fault. Also, repairing is 550$ which is unaffordable for students like me. I would like to raise this problem!!!!! Very in satisfied with the current Apple product.

I have been to Apple in US, Netherlands, Australia, even another Apple store in KL at Low Yat building. The first impression is how the staff approach and ask whether they can assist in any way. Not at this 1Utama MAC store. My son and I went there to get him the latest Apple Watch series 5. No one approached us. There were about 3 other visitors to the store like us. Plenty of sales people. I browsed and looked around for about 5-10 minutes then became irritated and asked if anyone could help me. Then, a guy directed a young salesperson to me. She was friendly and helped us with our purchase. While she was helping my son set up the new Watch, I walked around looking for a wireless charger. I looked up to see if anyone could assist and AGAIN, the many floor sales reps seemed not to notice and were Busy standing around doing nothing. I was amazed! First Apple store where staff are not ready to assist. I also wondered whether it was due to discrimination as all staff (that I could see) were of the privileged Malaysian race. Maybe time to get new staff or mixture of races. If not for the fact that I was short for time, I would have left without buying anything there. Definitely will not recommend anyone to that MAC store.
