Hmmm.
I
donโt
like
being
negative
in
a
review
but
this
requires
some
management
involvement
in
training
Apple
Store
sales
reps.
I
have
been
to
Apple
in
US,
Netherlands,
Australia,
even
another
Apple
store
in
KL
at
Low
Yat
building.
The
first
impression
is
how
the
staff
approach
and
ask
whether
they
can
assist
in
any
way.
Not
at
this
1Utama
MAC
store.
My
son
and
I
went
there
to
get
him
the
latest
Apple
Watch
series
5.
No
one
approached
us.
There
were
about
3
other
visitors
to
the
store
like
us.
Plenty
of
sales
people.
I
browsed
and
looked
around
for
about
5-10
minutes
then
became
irritated
and
asked
if
anyone
could
help
me.
Then,
a
guy
directed
a
young
salesperson
to
me.
She
was
friendly
and
helped
us
with
our
purchase.
While
she
was
helping
my
son
set
up
the
new
Watch,
I
walked
around
looking
for
a
wireless
charger.
I
looked
up
to
see
if
anyone
could
assist
and
AGAIN,
the
many
floor
sales
reps
seemed
not
to
notice
and
were
Busy
standing
around
doing
nothing.
I
was
amazed!
First
Apple
store
where
staff
are
not
ready
to
assist.
I
also
wondered
whether
it
was
due
to
discrimination
as
all
staff
(that
I
could
see)
were
of
the
privileged
Malaysian
race.
Maybe
time
to
get
new
staff
or
mixture
of
races.
If
not
for
the
fact
that
I
was
short
for
time,
I
would
have
left
without
buying
anything
there.
Definitely
will
not
recommend
anyone
to
that
MAC
store.
